- Shiraj (1/5): Bad service - I am not happy you hotel grand usman because not clean,very small and tanny bed ,disgusting toilet also I never seen before booking. Com gave them this kind of bad service for customers. However, I would like to refund my money because I am not happy this hotel and uncomfortable also hotel prices so expensive. Bad service, not AC working and not electricity in the hotel all the time. So I hope you accept my request and refund my money ASAP.
