Guest Reviews
- Bernadette (10/5): - Beautiful home, great location on quiet street. Outstanding communication, very helpful.
- Vannida (8/5): 8 Traveller from Melbourne - Property was lovely & large enough for 8 of us. From the front it look small, but once you entered wow. It is well built with high quality fixtures & layout
Great location. Not far from CBD at all no need to drive just Uber for under $20. Big shopping ctr not too far for groceries. Warning for other travellers shops here close at 5:00PM restaurant 9 or 10PM. If you come back late from sightseeing, make sure to stock up on food just in case there are no restaurants open. Water pressure if 2 people are having a shower, the water will just stop flowing or only turn into droplet. Which mean we have to constantly adjust water temp or step away from the shower for a second
Kitchen - Pots & pan need to be replaced, they were badly scratches & missing handle. Not enough bowls for bfast cereal/porridge. Need dustpan as well, we had to use tissues to pick up dirt after sweeping floor
Bedrooms we found cockroach in a few bedrooms
- Letitia (10/5): Wonderful Stay! Spacious, Clean, and Perfectly Located - The house was very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciated the incredibly easy check-in and check-out process, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. There were no issues with amenities—everything was exactly as described and worked perfectly. The hosts were accommodating and helped with all our needs. The location was ideal, offering great value for the price. Highly recommend!

- Angela (7/5): Proceed with caution… - The house was amazing and the location was great. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It has a huge garage which was soooo valuable during the 45* days we had during our stay. The kitchen could’ve done with more utensils and stuff for cooking, but we made do. The check-in process was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, and hope to never have to experience again. It was very confusing and misleading. We did not know if we were checking into an apartment building with 2000 units or 20. Turns out it was just a house. (Why did they lead us to believe that there would be a reception desk?!) We were given a code to a lockbox, only to discover there were no keys inside. We were told a driver was on the way, but they did not tell us that the driver was an Uber driver and was hired to deliver the keys. I was told I needed to click on the link that was texted to me from an unknown number, follow the prompts and send them a picture of my photo ID. Dodgy as! For hours we were convinced we had been scammed, so we actually started compiling information and writing a report. Finally, after the Uber driver delivered the keys, we were able to gain access to the property. I’m anxiously waiting for my $750 deposit to be returned to my account because I’m still feeling apprehensive about it all. The house was fine but “Swainston Apartments” left much to be desired! (Seems coincidental that someone named Cherry from Swainston Apartments contacted me about check in process, and someone also named Cherry left a generous review about the house, as if she were a guest. Red flags.)

Lovely courtyard. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with toilet paper! It doesn’t have screen doors. Also the pillows were too flat for us
