• Alaa (1/5): THIS IS SCAMMMM! - Nothing at all. It is discusting, unleavable and unsafe. Booking.com should take an action immediatly and remove this from their platform. There are 244 reviaws and all saying the same things. This is SCAMMMMMM! Why they are still listing here?! PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE! This was the worst experience of my life. We spent terrifying minutes in this place and decided to leave immediately and stay on the street rather than remain in this disgusting accommodation. The air was unbearable—we could hardly breathe. The place smelled strongly of drugs and smoke, and there was alcohol left in the fridge. The photos in the listing are completely misleading; this is not the place shown in the advertisement. I booked a family room for 2 adults and 4 children. Instead, we were given only one bunk bed and told the rest of us should sleep on a sofa. This is not a family room by any reasonable standard. This happened on Christmas Eve. We could not find another place to stay, and there were no trains to go back home. I spent over £700 on booking and travel and received absolutely nothing in return. My children were deeply disappointed and upset. I cancelled the booking immediately and I have been in contact with since then. Unfortunately, they did nothing to help. The only compensation offered was £50, which is unacceptable. should remove this property immediately unless they are willing to help others be robbed as well. I will not give up. I am filing a formal complaint, and my next step will be to contact the media.

I proprietari erano sempre irraggiungibili. Abbiamo chiesto più volte aiuto (disperati perché eravamo in un paese straniero fuori al freddo fino all 22:30) all’assistenza di Booking i quali ci hanno promesso più volte di trovarci una sistemazione diversa, siccome i proprietari erano irraggiungibili, ma hanno rimandato fino alle 22:30 quando finalmente ci hanno dato i codici di accesso. La camera, se così si può chiamare, era penosa…mozziconi di sigaretta sparsi per tutto il pavimento, lenzuola sporche e disfatte, pareti in condizioni pietose e attrezzi da lavoro sparsi ovunque…per di più la finestra spalancata, con la “camera” gelida, e la porta di accesso alla cosiddetta “camera” con la maniglia rotta che non si chiudeva, poteva entrare chiunque. Ci siamo rifiutati di rimanere in mezzo allo sporco e ci siamo ritrovati a vagare per una città straniera fino a 00:30 cercando una stanza libera in ostello. Booking non ci ha ridato nessun euro speso per questa truffa, perché non solo abbiamo trovato una camera diversa da ciò che inteoria era, ma ci hanno lasciato fuori al freddo fino alle 22:30 senza qualcuno che ci accogliesse in quella topaia. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un altro alloggio ma sia i proprietari sia Booking non ci rivedranno mai più…farò fare il giro di questa storia perché nessuno dovrebbe ritrovarsi in una strada al freddo in una città che non si conosce. Purtroppo eravamo talmente disgustati, stanchi e infreddoliti che siamo scappati subito prima di fare foto.

The phone which is provided in the website is never accepts calls , only messages. I came to check-in and there was nobody to refer to. The room was closed. We was there for a Hour and half just standing outside with our disabled 10yo son and the owner turned his phone off and ignored us, someone did come outside and he looked homeless but he left the door open so we went in and it was like a drug den! Reported this to the local Health and safety and also the Council directly as he should not be letting this place out to anyone!. I have contacts so taking this further. Everything. It was a pit, apparently the guy is a English man and am getting his info from my resources to take this a lot further for compensation and the stress he has caused.

Instead i was given a room with a bunk bend and unclean, i had to sweep it myself since the previous user left food, bottles in the room,very filty indeed. After 1.5 hour of waiting and on request we received the room number with code via text message. I think the owner was not honest, if the room was not ready, he could have just wrote this. I can imagine better option for spending sunny Sunday evening than waiting between trash bins. The place itself is total mess too, broken stuff, dirty rooms and toilet. Just couple of days before I have stayed in much better place for even less price and not far from that place.

The room was extremely dirty, the window was broken, and there were people smoking drugs right outside the door. My wife and I felt unsafe and deeply uncomfortable staying here. Given these circumstances, I immediately contacted the host requesting a full refund, as the accommodation was entirely unfit for guests. The lack of proper maintenance and security made this an extremely disappointing experience. I urge Booking.com to review this listing and ensure that such substandard accommodations are not allowed on the platform.
