Kleine kamer,..maar compleet uitgerust De kamer is wel erg krap met zijn tweeen,….nogal smal bed en je kan je koffer niet uitgeklapt laten liggen

Don’t expect to leave you bags before or after check out . They don’t want to do this and making you right doesn’t of papers that you have no problem with their rules , not booking information or they will not check you in without singing . Also they will Not want to cancel booking but don’t give service they provide . Highly Not recommended . Don’t expect to open bag inside room . There is no place for it literally .

Pünktliches Auschecken auf die Minute ist zwingend erforderlich, ansonsten wird sofort die nächste Stundenstaffel fällig. Kannte ich so nicht, sollte man wissen und ernst nehmen.

• Ryan (10/5): Quite, comfortable, amazing location. - It was so hard to find accommodation in tokyo but this place nailed it. Despite the busy location it was so quiet at night. The colourful local community must love staying here 😉 proximity to some incredible night-life. No luggage storage on checkout day. Had to find a train station storage for our backpacks.

• Karen (10/5): Highly recommend for location, value for money and hospitality towards guests. - The Imperial Suite was supplied with a very comfortable bed, robes and generous amenities. We were very comfortable. Locations is fantastic and staff were extremely helpful. Very very clean and well-maintained room. The Imperial Suite is quite extravagantly decorated with high quality attributes though had many highly reflective surfaces. When using the toilet at night, the lights automatically come on and because they are bright lights, all the shiny details reflect and are a bit blinding. A light that has dimming capability or that starts dimmer would help. The dampness in the room, due to being on the lower level, is hard to combat. Efforts are made to minimize this with dehumidifiers however it remains quite noticeable.

• Aurelia (1/5): Horrible! - I booked a Delux room that looked nice, but they did not mentioned that the room was in the basement with no windows and bed mold smell. I requested another room and after hours of waiting at 7:30 got a cheeper smaller room, still with no direct window.

Planımdan ötürü bir gece uzatmam gerekiyordu en üst segment odaya geçtim son gece, nispeten daha büyüktü daha doğrusu normal boyutlardaydı ama onda da lavaboyu köşeye bir yere koymuşlar kullanımı imkansız bir şekildeydi dişlerimizi fırçalayamadık bile. Resepsiyonda bir tane erkek personel sadece İngilizce biliyordu onu da her zaman bulmak mümkün değil diğer kimse İngilizce bilmiyor ve çok zor anlaşıyorsunuz.

• Jamie (10/5): Awesome VIP style suite with tons of room and features. 10 out of 10! - We stayed in the VIP Suite. There's only one suite in this hotel and it's in the basement which was a little weird, but it was very worth it. It was massive and very fancy and worth the extra money. If you've ever been to a nice room in Las Vegas, it was up there, which is very rare for Japan. We would definitely recommend staying here and would come back! There was no complaints at all. Staff was great too.

The rooms are on the smaller side and the neighbourhood is not be suitable for kids/families. Great for young folks though. Felt safe overall

Two couches, karaoke machine, TV over the bathtub, great music system, very secure, lots of bath and beauty products in the room. Great location too. Even had free wine/beer glass upon arrival. Could have had a breakfast option and more space for other activities in the property (pretty small) but still very cool

Samo okruženje hotela nije baš za obiteljski boravak. Veličina sobe je bila dovoljna za boravak jedne osobu te na jednu noć. Kako je bio petak okruženje je bilo malo bučno.

• Amir (4/5): The big disappointment! - Nothing much The fact thst the luxurious room is in the basement with no windows (and no air), isn't mentioned at all! It's a totally deception!
• Lauren (6/5): Very clean and welcoming staff. Significant security concerns and wouldn’t stay again. - Staff were welcoming and lovely to deal with. Room was clean, large and as advertised. Security was a significant concern during our stay. The hotel is located in a popular nightclub/bar strip and we were woken at 2am by an intoxicated man incessantly ringing the room doorbell and proceeded to try to come into the room (We were staying in the executive/VIP suite). The man was able to enter the hotel, enter the lift and get to our floor without being a hotel guest with a key card. The lift is also at the entrance of the hotel and doesn’t require card access. The room also didn’t have a door peephole or a security latch meaning we had to open the door completely to see who was ringing the doorbell and ask them to leave. Whilst the staff were apologetic and were able to get the man to leave it left us incredibly uncomfortable (we only stayed one night).

No where to put luggage felt claustrophobic. Window was present but behind wall panelling so we left it open as much as possible, however too noisy at night to do so.

• Otero (10/5): Una estancia y ubicación perfecta. Dormirás como bebé. - Excelente estancia. El staff insuperable, nos trataron con mucha calidez durante todo el tiempo. Fue nuestro último tramo en Japón y realmente estábamos ya cansados esta última semana, fue perfecto tener una cama tan cómoda y poder fumar, que a propósito, los cuartos tienen un excelente sistema de filtrado y el cuarto jamás olió a humo ni cuando llegamos. El baño excelente, el agua temperatura perfecta para darse un baño de tina. El cuarto era muy bonito! Perfectamente oscuro y silencioso de noche, incluso cuando los bares vecinos hacían ruido, dormí como bebé hasta pasadas las 9 a veces sin darme cuenta. El hotel brinda tragos ricos gratis como Moet y vino tino, botanas y galletitas, el cuarto estuvo excelente con utilidades del baño como sales para baño cremas shampoo cepillo plancha y secadora. Me encantó, lo recomiendo ampliamente! Todo estuvo excelente. De verdad recomendado.

• Markus (7/5): - Great decor, powerful AC, complimentary wine, in-room accessories, alcohol vending machines, easy to find, close to the station, and probably the best hotel TV I've ever used. I understand it is a "leisure hotel" and caters to--let's say short term stays-- but there was no place to hang a towel and the sensor light by the door was too sensitive and kept turning on all night.

• Elcim (10/5): Everything was better than I had hoped. - Staff were incredibly helpful. Amenities were exceptional, did not even need to use my travel sizes! Location is great, between two subway stations and a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku station. Every part of the hotel was very clean and safety was not a problem at all. All in all, my stay went fantastic thanks to the staff!

• LIMOR (7/5): - היחידה מרווחת ומאובזרת בכל טוב. מיטה רחבה מעל 2 מטר רוחב, עמדת קריוקי, מערכת רמקולים סראונד, קרמים מפנקים לפנים ולגוף, אבל... היחידה בקומה 1-, ולכן אין חלונות, מתחת לאדמה..., מערכת האיוורור בלילה/ מזגן מרעישה, המיקום קצת רחוק מתחנת שינג'וקו - הליכה של כרבע שעה עם מזוודות -היה קשה. הצוות חביב מאוד אך לא כולם דוברים אנגלית - לא פגם בהבנה, השתמשנו בגוגל תרגום..., חשוב לציין שאין שמירת מזוודות אחרי הציק אאוט, וחשוב לא פחות, אין שירות של שליחת מזוודות. הם מפנים לחב' ימטו, שיושבת ליד תחנת שינגוקו. אז צריך להטלטל עם המזוודות כרבע שעה בדרכים, בסוף לקחנו מונית. כתבתי לעיל... ממש הפריע לי שהיחידה מתחת לאדמה ואין חלונות, קמנו בבוקר ולא ידענו איך להתלבש, יורד גשם? בהיר? שמש? סגרירי? שלג? וכשיורדים למטה, ויוצאים מהמעלית, יש קצת ריח של טחב..

• Pedro (9/5): Great option in Tokyo - This place is SO clean it feels like it was built yesterday. The staff is very friendly and there's welcome alcoholic drinks available for you to serve yourself. While the room is small for US standards, it had every amenity that larger hotels have in rooms. The location was super walkable to nearby stations and lots of nighlife and food places within a quick walking distance. The rooms are small, so just be ready for that. There were no real windows in our room, so you end up in a very dark room at night. I need that to sleep so that didn't bother me.
• DerE (7/5): Nice hotel in good location - I had a big room with a comfy bed. The hotel has a good location with lots of bars and restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall a good place to stay. My window was blocked by some construction. So I could open the window, but I was then starring at a wall and had therefore no daylight in my room. During booking it was not clear to me, that this is a love hotel. So most guests are staying here only for 90 minutes or so. You can sometimes hear that the other guests don't use this 90 minutes to read a book or have friendly conversation. I use ear plugs - so for me it was fine.

• Lucia (5/5): - Hotel bien situado (cerca de shinjuku station, se puede ir caminando, y cerca de zona de bares/restaurantes muy animados y buenos). El personal es atento. La habitación es pequeña pero bastante cómoda, los productos de baño son excelentes. La cama es cómoda y la ducha es tipo onsen. Leimos que era un love hotel, pero eso no nos frenó. Para mi lo peor fue que las habitaciones no tienen ventana (tienen una minuscula que da a una pared de cemento), y al estar en una zona de fiesta se oyen ruidos por la noche de la calle. Me quedaría una noche máximo dos para probar la experiencia.... pero no más.

The bathtub and shower was notably nice and large and even had a TV! After checkout they were willing to hold our luggage but only until noon which we had to change our plans for. It would've been nice if they could've held it for a few more hours.
