• Guillermo (6/5): - Ok for me as a backpacker Noise. I dont care about Noise úntil 11 pm or later but during two nights people were shouting all night long. Sometimes it is 2 am and people shout. Why dont the receptionist forbid that?

• Salah-eddine (1/5): Dirty, cockroach, bad stay better leave.. - Nothing, it was a supplice to stay here… It was awful, never seen a place dirty like that. They had LITTERAL COCKROACHES !!!!!! You should flee this place ! The facilities was dirty and doesn’t work. No light, no cleaning, no water… Did I mentioned the cockroach running on the bed ? I didn’t stay for the night… And the staff wasn’t convenient.

• Mohamed (4/5): Great Location but Needs Improvement - The hotel's location is excellent—everything you need is nearby, from shops to restaurants. It's also a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The rooms need more attention, especially in terms of cleanliness. Some rooms don’t have glass on the windows, which lets mosquitoes in and makes it quite cold at night. The bathrooms could use some renovation, and it would be great if they provided basic essentials like slippers in the room and soap in the bathroom. With a bit more care, this place could be much better! The staff used to be friendly, but the new staff isn't.

Run down ...many things broken... mattresses terrible.. under bed dirty. The promotional pics are from Pharohs time I think...nothing like that now... run down.
• Joshua (4/5): Good enough for a cheap price but there are better hotels in the area - The cost and location The staff was pushy and we got eaten alive by mosquitos, as the balcony door wouldn't close properly. When we tried to figure out where we could get bug spray they said they would get it for us but I said I would get it myself. However, after I had gotten it for myself he came and knocked on the door and forced me to pay a rip-off price for what he had gotten, which was raid, so not even what I had needed. He also made us pay an exorbitant rate for luggage storage, and then still harassed us for a tip afterward. The toilets were messy and the showers were also messy to the point I didn't use them. The location of the host is also difficult to find. They let me do a late check in which was appreciated. Location in the city around the hostel was nice, near lots of good food vendors.

I don’t think they ever cle - Staff is incredibly happy and helpful The sheets were unclean and she showers didn’t drain properly. The WiFi doesn’t work for most of the day and there is limited service in the rooms

I was badly bitten by bugs for all parts of the body! The room is dirty, all in the dust. Bed linen and towels are not available. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SOMETHING FROM THE BUGS, THEN BETTER DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE

• Kevin (10/5): Gentle - It is a good place when you want to prioritize saving money, and it is actually quite comfortable and cozy. Karim's attention is extremely good. He is very kind and tries to help you in every way possible. If you want an affordable place to spend your days in Egypt, I think it is a good recommendation. If you want a 5 star hotel, which is usually very expensive and also offers more services than you would like or could use, I think this hotel is not for you. It is very practical. Just to rest, while you enjoy the city and Egypt. Be careful of mosquitoes.

• Ismaïl (8/5): Spent a very good stay - * Staff : Ayman was very nice, professional, and helped me everytime I needed it. As soon as I arrived, he helped me come to the building, offered me a bigger room than expected for a very low additional price (200 EGP for 3 nights). He also allowed me to stay a little more than the checkout time * Location : It is wonderfully perfect ! At center town, with a lot of restaurants, shops, etc... around. It stays lively until late at night. And very fast for Uber drivers tome come to. * Price : price is good, not expensive at all, and totally Cleanliness wasn't at best. However, it wasn't dirty either, and the room was spatious and comfortable Shower state was not so good, but the things for basic needs, like hot water, shower itself, work well
