Umístění hotelu blízko letiště. Pokoj byl pěkný a čistý - na standardní západní úrovni. Hotel mi zdarma zajistil odvoz na letiště. Nebyla mi moc jasná politika hotelu ohledně odvozu z letiště - na stránce jsou informace o nějakém poplatku. Myslím, že by bylo vhodné informace explicitně uvést. Nicméně, to je jen drobný komentář.

The customer service was top-notch - every staff member I interacted with was helpful and courteous. Special shout to LEMA, who was an excellent host. The food was delicious, and the waitresses at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even introduced me to the local staple, 'injera’. Overall, a great experience! N/A

• James (8/5): - The room was very comfortable and modern. Breakfast buffet was also possibly the best I had during my Ethiopia visit. I might have just gotten unlucky with my room, but I constantly heard pigeons that sounded like they were right on the other side of the wall. If I'd stayed longer, I would have requested another room not at the end of the hall, but otherwise the room was great.

The shuttle bus came and got me, somebody popped out to the shop for me and they did it all with such friendliness and genuine care for you. The shuttle bus driver came out and met me at the airport, the food was excellent and the room was great.

My stay with TH Bonroyal was perfect from minute one. The hotel is ideally located, the staff super friendly and they are very accommodating as well, which made our stay incredibly pleasant N/A

• Mbong (10/5): One of the few hotels in Addis, I wouldn't mind staying at, each time I visit Addis Abeba! - Like was the case the other time when I stayed at this hotel, I enjoyed my stay during this trip. The staff have always been professional and welcoming; the room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony; Internet and hot water worked well throughout my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch as well. I could order food from the kitchen late at night and had it served in my room. I requested the hotel shuttle for airport pickup and drop-off at the hotel. It came on time and was free for both trips. I highly recommend!

• Eta (9/5): A neat, good & value-for-money hotel with a Spa, a few metres away from Bole International Airport. - A value-for money hotel which is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes drive away) and neat. The neighborhood was well lit and appeared safe at night. I liked the free airport shuttle service. My room was spacious, clean, well-insulated, had free toiletries as well as complimentary tea items and bottled water, and a balcony. The water heater worked well during my stay. The hotel's staff were friendly, professional, welcoming and could speak understand and speak English. The internet worked well. I was able to attend online meetings without internet disruptions. I liked the spa (which was open round the clock) and the gym. I wouldn't mind staying here again, when next I visit Addis. The balcony was quite tiny and there appeared not be that many shops or pubs nearby.
• Lawrence (2/5): Unsatisfied - Shuttle driver and desk reception upon check-in. I checked out after getting in my room. It was dirty, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I went down for a beer, and they had to find the bartender who was working also in the restaurant. I wanted a 2nd thinking I was just tired from traveling. Again had to find the bartender. I asked if anything was close by to eat and socialize and they told me nothing was available. I went to my room and called a freind who told me of a better location and destination. I circled out and went to the other hotel which was clean and no searching for bar staff. Unfortunately, it was not as glamorous as the website described. Sorry.

• Marcus (9/5): Great location close to airport, perfect for a stopover as the shuttle picks you up free of charge. - My flight was late and arrived at midnight. The hotel shuttle still picked me up free of charge and took me to the hotel where the checkin was kept open for my arrival and went smoothly. Great facilities with gym, hammam etc. The breakfast buffe was meager with mostly local food but the staff quickly made me an omelette.

Room was very spacious. Hotel promises air conditioning, however, I stayed there twice on separate occasions and no A/C, just blows circulated air. On booking.com says hotel provides hairdryer and there was none in room or at the front desk. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have. Overall good sized rooms, good location but overpriced.

• Jim (1/5): I want to support any boutique hotel, but cannot recommend this place due to the bugs. - It has a nice area on the ground floor, which is ideal for those wanting to work remotely. After checking out, I realized that my room at the hotel might have been infested with bed bugs or other insects, as I woke up with numerous insect bites covering my body. I promptly informed the hotel of this issue via email at info@thbonroyalhotel.com over a month ago. However, I have yet to receive any response from them regarding the matter.

Room wasn't clean at all, as they didn't expected as to arrive. Breakfast very basic I wouldn't recommend Maybe in Ethiopian STDs is good but not in any other STD, Sorry.

From the moment I was greeted at the airport by the shuttle driver, to the warm and efficient check-in process, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The dinning room staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a delightful experience. The manager's prompt email responses to my inquiries demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

The place is near the airport and they provide complimentary pick up/drop off service. Great value. No diet sodas in the restaurant and no nearby convenient store.
