• Rosa (10/5): Para repetir - Excelente ubicación para poder ir andando. Bonito, espacioso, limpio, camas muy cómodas y muy bien aislado del sonido exterior. Todo perfecto. Alguna de las llaves para entrar nos costaba encontrar el punto para que funcionasen, pero con los códigos sin problema, por decir algo.

Uncomfortable beds (very creaking and wiggling).
• Glaysyanny (9/5): Excelente localização, sem sombra de dúvidas! - A localização sem dúvidas é o ponto alto da hospedagem mas também as camas eram confortáveis, o banheiro espaçoso com boa ventilação e no mais estava tudo bem. Se a localização e a estrutura do quarto permitisse seria interessante janelas mais convidativas mas mesmo assim nada além a apontar pois supriu todas as necessidades e expectativas.

Canapé lit à la place d’un vrais lit double(ils ont juste collé la tête de lit contre le mur). Des lits simples aussi étroits que dans une prison, miroir sale vieux, meubles très usés… un 15m2 pour une famille de 4 tous dans la même pièce… les photos de l’entrée sont très jolies, mais une fois rentrée dans la chambre c’est toute une autre dimension. Le tout pour 1300€ pour 4 nuits!!! Prix d’un 4* superior voir 5 étoiles dans beaucoup de pays. Plus jamais

Уборка каждый день. Отсутствие окон. Напор душа слабоват. В ванной могло бы бить больше крючков для полотенец и полочек для косметических средств. В ванной сильная влажность и полотенца не высыхают, но к счачтью их меняли каждый день. Матрац на большой уже нужно менять, так как скатываешься в середину. Уборка могла бы быть более тщательной, особенно мытьё полов. Полы как всегда в Италии холодные, тапочки не были бы лишними.

• Aoife (8/5): Fabulous location and very well appointed property. - The location of this property is exceptional- moments from the Trevi fountain and minutes from the Spanish steps, it is perfectly placed as a base for experiencing Rome. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff member that we met was very pleasant and helpful, including assisting us with securing return of a lost item following our visit. There was a level of transmitted noise within the property from adjoining residences that is beyond the control of the hosts directly, but which do disturb us at times during the late night hours.

• Abigail (4/5): Not worth the money - The location was really close to the Trevi fountain The building itself seemed secure and we were text with all the info and door codes prior to arrival and could leave bags It’s very dated now from the photos and I don’t believe it’s a 4* anymore, VERY over priced for the level of standards in the room. The curtains weren’t real curtains so the lights from the street illuminated the whole room during the night, the bed sounded like it was on its last legs and your only given one very cheap flat pillow per person. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and they clearly hadn’t bothered to hoover and mop under the beds. My main issue was that I was charged €40 (I was informed of this on the day we arrived) for use of a travel cot - despite booking the room for correct occupants and numbers etc. When I queried the additional cost saying it doesn’t specify this at time of booking and even sent a screenshot of how it didn’t mention it they replied with ‘just because it’s not mentioned on booking.com doesn’t mean it doesn’t cost anything’ !! Ridiculous hidden fees. We also returned to our rooms to find one of them unlocked after housekeeping had been in which meant our passports, wallet, camera & belongings weren’t as secure as we thought!! We had already pre booked a return trip here in December to this hotel but we are cancelling it.

Te manejas completamente autónomo para check in y check out. Sería muy bueno que tuviera más enchufes y algún estante en la ducha para poder apoyar las cosas (shampoo, crema, jabón) y algún cesto de residuos en la habitación

A localização é perfeita, praticamente ao lado da Fontana di Trevi e perto das principais atrações, permitindo fazer quase tudo a pé. O quarto é confortável, limpo, bem cuidado e muito acolhedor. O check-in é simples, com instruções claras e organização impecável. O atendimento também merece destaque pela cordialidade e eficiência. Não tive nenhum ponto negativo durante a estadia. Recomendo sem dúvidas para quem quer conforto, praticidade e uma experiência agradável em Roma.

• Heike (8/5): Rom in bester Lage. Unkompliziert und charmant. - Die Lage zwischen Trevi Brunnen und Spanischer Treppe war ideal. Von der U-Bahnstation ist man in 3 Minuten beim Quartier, Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür weg und es ist die perfekte Lage um das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Vorabinformationen inkl. Schlüssel/Einlass/Wegbeschreibung waren perfekt und es Francesca war jederzeit erreichbar. Einzig suboptimal war der Geruch und die Feuchtigkeit im Badezimmer - dies liegt aber daran, dass der Raum fensterlos ist. Die eingebaute Lüftung hilft, der Geruch aber bleibt. Die Gewölbe und die liebevolle Einrichtung machen das aber gleich wieder wett. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau :) Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war überraschend ruhig, auch mit geöffnetem Fenster. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer und sehr unkomplizierter Aufenthalt den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Semplice e comodissimo il check in, il personale ci ha inviato tutte le informazioni dettagliate e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Ci hanno fatto lasciare le valige nella parte comune x tutto il tempo che abbiamo voluto e ci hanno permesso di usufruire della zona comune anche dopo il check out visto la pioggia forte che purtroppo abbiamo trovato, insomma sicuramente ci tornerei.
