• VICTORIA (8/5): Lovely apartment, good location - Outdoor space lovely Compact apartment but very clean. Owner was very accommodating with letting us leave our luggage & letting us check in early. Pool towels provided Bed too hard for us but that is personal preference.

Very good and helpful communication from the owner Unfortunately, the only item to sit on in the apartment was an extremely uncomfortable settee. There are no parasols around the pool.

• Anne (10/5): Fabulous, will definitely stay here again. Many thanks to Marina - The property had everything we needed and was close to beach and restaurants. The complex it is in is spotless, quiet and was easy to park car outside of complex. The pool was cleaned frequently during our visit. Inside the apartment it had all the essentials needed, coffee, salt, sugar, dish washer tablets and washing capsules etc so didn’t need to rush out when we arrived to purchase these items. A complimentary bottle of wine as well, these wee touches were greatly appreciated. Marina was extremely helpful when I contacted her about a late check out making our last day very enjoyable and all her correspondence before we arrived about apartment, location, key codes etc was very helpful. Couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about apartment

• Jenni (8/5): Lovely little hide away. - This was a lovely quiet location. Property was very clean, just what we were looking for. It would have been nice to have a bbq for outside cooking. The pool is not heated and exceptionally cold at this time of year. The sofa is not the most comfortable but we understand it is a sofa bed. As I belive this property sleeps 4 there were not enough glasses, mugs or bowls for 4 people.
• Ann (10/5): Brilliant would definitely stay again - Everything, it was spotlessly clean bed very comfortable, near everything short walk to shops and bus stop for airport. Marina was so lovely we had a problem with the tv and she sorted it straight away. I would highly recommend Marina’s place. Nothing but if you are looking for a lively spot it is very quiet but that suited us.

The location for us was great, close to the town but the complex itself was nice and quiet and lovely neighbours.

A washing machine, toiletries etc. A bottle of wine for when I arrived and an early check in which was brilliant. No oven, but I knew that before I booked.

Excellent location in the centre of Playa Blanca on a very quiet complex. Excellent communication with the owner Marina that meant everything went smoothly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

• Nicola (9/5): Beautiful apartment great location - Lovely clean apartment with all you need. Nice sheltered garden with sun beds and received lots of sun. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Beach 5 minutes walk and marina 35 minutes along the front. Nice to have an apartment with all the household things there like bin bags etc. Tastefully decorated. Bed was a little hard

• Sapphy (10/5): Perfect five day break in Casita Bella Vita! - Beautiful apartment in a great location. Really well equipped with everything you need including hairdryer and beach towels. The bed was so comfortable with cotton bedding which helped to keep us cool, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. So close to Playa Flamingo which is a lovely sandy beach with restaurants and shops. Bus stop just round the corner, Spar across the road. The host Marina met us on arrival and was lovely and very helpful and there was a very welcome bottle of wine on the table waiting for us. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

Lots of ants in the bathroom, our family stayed nearby and had the same issue so I’m thinking it’s a common issue that people there live with.

• O'connell (10/5): Great location, recently renovated and very quiet - Great location. Very close to Flamingo beach, supermarket, restaurants, and airport bus stop. Extremely quiet. Very friendly and welcoming gated neighbourhood. The casita has been recently renovated in an attractive style: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, garden area with table and chairs and sun loungers. The bedroom is large and airy. The kitchen area has a table and 4 comfortable chairs extending to a small lounge area with a 2-seater sofa. The whole area is very bright with lots of big windows. Full sunshine on patio area in morning until mid-afternoon. Marina is a perfect host who responded quickly to text and facilitated me in every way possible. As a solo traveller I was happy with everything.
