• David (7/5): Once inside and connected to the WiFi, all was fine. - Good location, comfortable bed, good shower and plenty of hot water. We had difficulty accessing the property. The video sent showing the keypad location showed the wrong location, the provided keypad code was wrong and the door key was difficult to operate (to unlock, turn the key 45 degrees anticlockwise and push the door). The WiFi information provided in the flat was wrong.

• Sally (10/5): A beautiful home to return to after busy days exploring the wonderful city of Granada - The location is perfect, right on the heart of the Albaicín. The apartment is decorated beautifully and is a masterclass in making a small space feel huge. We loved everything!

• Paola (10/5): Excelente - Estuvimos 4 días, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca del Albaycin, Sacromonte, San Nicolás, calle Elvira pequeñas, vistas a la Alhambra y con buenas combinaciones para moverse en transporte público. El apartamento era cómodo y nos sorprendió que no se escuchaba ruido de la calle, a pesar de ser una calle muy transitada. Por otro lado gracias al personal por ser venevolentes y ceder a nuestras peticiones. Gracias y volveremos sin duda.

• Alyx (9/5): I loved this place, some small issues that can be solved pretty easily. Beautiful and comfortable environment and beauti - The entire layout and colour scheme - Amazing! My favourite colour is green so this place fit me very well. The art is interesting and the view is superb. Fully stocked kitchen and all in all very comfortable environment The bed was INCREDIBLY squeaky, you can’t even sit on the bed without a loud noise. Additionally the sealing at the bottom of the shower isn’t sealed so every time I showered the bathroom got flooded which then leaked into the bedroom.. I had to use towels to dry it up. The stairs up to the flat are a bit confusing and awkward especially with luggage

• Ellen (6/5): Beautiful but needs improvement - Location is unbeatable. The photos are very representative, it looks amazing and the living room is very comfortable. The bed was not good: it was extremely squeaky so with every move, we would wake up each other. The mattress is also not great. The shower overflows into the bedroom, we had to use two towels to keep the water out. Seeing the first comments made are from January, it doesn’t seem they are very keen on fixing it. The apartment has the potential to be amazing, but it’s sadly currently lacking at important components.
• Vildana (8/5): Nice & cozy with excellent location - Great location, comfy and nicely decorated. We had issues with the bathroom- it flooded even to the bedroom after every shower.
• Nele (8/5): Good place for a few nights stay to explore Granada - The location was just perfect, all the sights are in walking distances. Interior design was really cool and nice side views to Alhambra as well. The kitchen could have some paper towels. And the walls are really thin, you can hear everything from upstairs.
• Stephen (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great area to see the main attractons - We loved this beautiful appartment, so well presented and equipped. It is a great location for all the sites to see. it is a bit of a walk from the train station but al all the flat and easy. Although it's on a fairly busy street once the windows were closed it was silent. A lovely comfortable bed too We found the situation with towels not so good. One towel each for 4 days, and the same for 1 day. if you want more you have to pay! we have not experienced this before when travelling in Spain in many apartments. One more little comment..one hob isn't enough to cook anything and the coffee etc left for tus traveling guests was a a bit mean.

Keep written copies of all requests to the host. - Great location Unit was perfect Extremely good value based on location and high end finishing in the unit as well We requested late check out for noon, one hour later than then 11am checkout time which the host agreed to. Shortly after 11am on checkout day, the host is calling and messaging me frantically that the cleaning lady is waiting to get in. He continually tells me that he never told. Me we could have an extended checkout time. I showed him the screen shot of him confirming late checkout and he apologizes. At 1130am. We returned to the unit and the cleaning lady is already in there moving our stuff around. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the host
