• Roope (9/5): Siisti sisältä, lähikadut kamalat. - Siisteydestä ja asunnon tyylistä. Paikka oli juuri remontoitu ja näin siistiä asuntoa on todella vaikea löytää Italiasta! Asunnon läheiset alueet olivat kamalia. Asunnon läheisillä kaduilla liikkui paljon hämärää porukkaa.

• Andre (8/5): Nice apartment in a convenient location - The apartment itself was clean and modern. The AC worked really well, which is important during the summer. Although the location is convenient, the outside of the building and the neighborhood in general look sketchy. I would suggest looking up the streets around the property on google maps before booking it to ensure you’re comfortable with it — particularly if travelling with family.

• Nancy (10/5): Service was fantastic, apartment was good value for money. We were transiting in Naples to get to Amalfi. - Quality apartment with all the details and decor thought through. Amazing seafood and cheap restaurant nearby. Street was a little dark. We arrived late at night. But other than that all was easy.
• Carmel (10/5): It was an excellent stay. We love our host and unit was really clean. That was enough for us. - Unit was very clean. The sheets and towels even smelled like it was newly washed. The decors were pretty. It was very cozy, neat and very organized. Airconditioner was in great working condition; so thabkful for this when out and about after a really hot day. The host was excellent. Responds right away. She even brought us a parting gift before we left. Location wise - It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the train station. It is maybe a 25-30 minute walk to the piazza del plebiscito; not a big deal as we walk all day anyway.

Very close to everything. Really a nice place to stay. Nothing to say tough some bathroom amenities would have been nice.

The apartment is a small oasis in the middle of a very busy city with nice restaurants close by, the metro station not too far away and a host always ready to assist us with everything. Unlike what some people say about the historic part of Naples, we never felt unsafe. There is nothing not to like if you want to experience the historic part of Naples with the good things and the bad things.

• Rachel (5/5): Passable - Host was very helpful and organised transport for us from the station to the accom for 15 euro, and later to the airport for 28. She was very responsive via WhatsApp. Property was very modern compared to other places we’ve stayed in Italy. Bit of a strange location, felt very residential. Host was lovely but English wasn’t great which made it challenging to communicate sometimes. Oddly, we had to take our own rubbish out when we left, or would be charged.

• Dimitris (10/5): Amazing apartment and host ! - Ferdinando's apartment was perfect in every way ,from our arranged shuttle who had to sit waiting for us because we were delayed patiently to our host Veronica who was as kind and helpful as can be . The apartment was even better than the photos,spotlessly clean and nice and cool for us when we arrived. The apartment is in a good location near markets and places to eat ,we loved our stay and definitely recommend it
• Tes4ik (10/5): Excellent apartment in the "ghetto" of the Napoli - Very nice, well maintained and clean apartment. Everything you need are presented there. Good wi-fi internet. We were met and escorted by a nice host woman, thanks to her for her flexibility and help in checking in. The apartment is located in a strange part of the city (looks like a "ghetto"), at first we were a little scared to go for a walk, especially in the evening, but when we read about the history of the city, the fear disappeared and we took a lot of atmospheric and cool photos there! :) Everything was perfect, thanks!

Perfect! - The property itself is a true hidden gem, you feel luxurious with the high ceilings, LED lights, chic bathroom and smart TV whilst enjoying the comforts of a sofa coach, comfy bed, PLENTY of pillows (Super comfy for those that like to feel like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow!) as well as an authentic espresso kettle and a convenient balcony if you’re a smoker. Veronica, Salvatore and Luis were the most helpful and kind hosts we could have wished for. Nothing was too much to ask, they even hand delivered us umbrellas so we didn’t have to get wet in the rainy weather. Location wise, the building is an otherworldly, historic showcase and the neighbours are super friendly. Step out onto a budding neighbourhood street, turn the corner and you’re surrounded by beautiful architecture, shops and delicious restaurants. 100% recommend staying at Ferdinando’s home when you’re in Naples! If I had to be picky, and I mean extremely picky… I would have appreciated a microwave. purely because I am the absolute worst for ok not being able to eat half my dinner and then needing to reheat it at a later time but honestly it didn’t affect my trip or opinion of this fantastic apartment.
• Alex (10/5): The best staying in Napoli. - One of the most clean place we ever stayed. We had everything we needed, shame we only stayed one night. very close to the historic centre. Located right in a local authentic neighbourhood . veronica was so helpful and very welcoming. We will definitely return. Not the best idea to drive as there is no street parking, we had to pay £25 a night.

The host Veronica was helpful and was eager to help with anything from advice to helping organise transportation. Amazing facilities. Very clean. *Also - there was no charge for the remotes and there was hand soap in the bathroom (regards the previous visitors reviews) + a bottle of water (free of charge) in the fridge was very appreciated! Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Naples!! I had a great stay, thank you! :)
