- Jean (7/5): Très contrarié par l'absence totale de personnel pour la réception - La proximité du centre ville. La chambre spacieuse. Aucun contact humain. Reception totalement dématérialisée. Les codes d'accès ont été transmis sur whatsapp sans que ce soit signalé dans le mail de confirmation de la réservation. En pelerinage vers compostelle, je ne suis pas connecté en permanence sur les réseaux sociaux et je m'inquiétais de savoir comment rentrer. Donc avis très négatif: vous laissez croire qu'il y a une réception avec des horaires quand on réserve, et après, plus personne.

- Hans (1/5): - Central location. Anonymous flat, very loud/noisy. No rooms should have been let for the Santo Domingo party. Music played right outside my window. An extremely loud band played non-stop from 21:00 and until 04:30, at which time I had no sleep in spite of high end ear plugs. Chose to leave the flat at that very early hour. I have video and db-measurements which I can provide at request. I expect to get a full refund for this very unpleasant experience.

There was a toilet AND shower in a small bathroom shared by 7 rooms. Extremely disappointing and misleading. It was also EXTREMELY NOISY in the building. Water pipes and banging.

Dans la CHAMBRE 5 des personnes ont fait la fiesta de minuit à plus d'une heure du matin. C'est rageant surtout quand on se leve de bonne heure pour le camino frances.

Y la pronta respuesta por wasap La mesa estaba rota, pero al avisar al dueño me dijo que no habían podido cambiarlo por ser finde semana.

- Maria (7/5): Calidad-precio muy bueno - Muy cerca del centro y el precio excelente. Es fácil el acceso (aunque quizás para una persona un poco más mayor sin mucho conocimiento de tecnología, se le complicaría) pero tienes total libertad de entrada y salida y dispone de dispensador de cafés y chocolate para desayunar. Me tocó la parte que da a la calle y al ser un primer piso se escucha todo, no está nada aislado. Por desgracia pillé festivo y unos niños estuvieron hasta muy tarde en la madrugada justo debajo de mi ventana jugando con la nieve, por lo que no fue posible el descanso.

The beds have thin metal frames with thin mattresses, like many albergues, but were sufficiently comfortable. Being a pension, interactions with staff is usually via text, and there is no common area to share.

- Francisco (6/5): - Había mucha humedad en la habitación y bastante fría, la verdad que un poco de calefacción, no le vendría nada mal. En el baño el suelo estaba húmedo y como si estuviera sucio. La verdad que un poco más de limpieza en general no le iría mal a la habitación, pero sobretodo lo que molesta más era la humedad que había, estaba todo mojado.
