• IOANNIS (10/5): - Μεγαλο διαμερισμα με δυο υπνοδωματια και σαλονι με καναπε .Μπορει να φιλοξενησει 4-5 ατομα. Πετυχαμε το συνεργειο καθαραρισμου νωρις και μας επετρεψε να αφησουμε τις αποσκευες μας και να παρουμε και τα κλειδια του διαμερισματος. Πολυ κοντα στη piazza de popolo και στη σταση μετρο flaminio. Να φτιαξουν το πατζουρι στο ενα υπνοδωματιο ωστε να μη μπαινει ο ηλιος το πρωι.

• Nadja (10/5): Great apartment for 4 persons in a central location - Fantastic location. Big and comfortable rooms and beds. One of few true 2 bedroom apartments, where the 4 of us could stay comfortably and have their personal space. Sunny, well lit apartment. Well equiped kitchen. Nespresso machine is always a big plus. The bathroom is nice, renovated with a spacious shower. We especially enjoyed the radio/speaker for listening to music while getting ready for the day. The hosts are responsive and friendly, they answered all of our questions, and even sent us a mini guide with recommendations The 4 of us stayed here, and we noticed just a couple small things missing here and there, which are quite inexpensive but make the stay go smother for larger groups; mainly additional hooks for towels in the bathroom, maybe some paper slippers and additional towels would be nice. A coat rack in the entrance.
• E.C.W. (9/5): Fantastisch - Locatie, ruim appartement en zeer goede service van de host. We hebben regelmatig een vraag kunnen stellen en we werden snel beantwoord. Matrassen beginnen een beetje door te liggen en de airco maakt best wat herrie bij de badkamer. Maar dit werd niet als storend ervaren.

• Olga (6/5): - Location It was very cold inside. The heating system is turned off during the day and barely works in the evenings and at night. Moreover, the blankets were very thin, so it was really cold to sleep. One morning there was no hot water, so we couldn’t take a shower. There is no wardrobe near the entrance, and most of the closets are locked, so there is nowhere to put your belongings.
• Sophie (8/5): Perfekt für den Sightseeing-Urlaub - Das Gebäude hat echt Charme. Die Lage war perfekt, so dass vieles zu Fuß besichtigt werden konnte. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen da und haben daher in der Unterkunft kaum was genutzt. Es war aber sehr sauber und alles da, was man so für den Tag gebraucht hat. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich Ohropax einpacken, da es trotz geschlossenem Fenster recht laut von den Außengeräuschen her war.

• Tatiana (7/5): Good stay with perfect location in Rome. - The building is calm and clean, self check-in was smooth and the elevator was a plus in Rome even though walking up the stairs was easy. The flat location is excellent - walkable steps to main attractions and all the places that we planned to visit around Rome; plenty of grocery shops and good restaurants nearby as well as delicious stops for gelato and coffee. Savoia staff was friendly and ready to help with any information that we needed. Transfer was punctual and the drivers were great to our family. I had to solve some work online in my country hours but sadly, the Internet WiFi speed in the apartment was rather low for modern standards. The flat is clean in general but it could use a new coat of paint - some walls were quite dirty.

En un apartamento con cocina, es razonable esperar que los huéspedes puedan comer con un mínimo de comodidad, pero no había ni servilletas, ni mantel ni salvamanteles. El aire acondicionado resultaba claramente insuficiente para el espacio. Los muebles eran viejos y el interior de los armarios estaba visiblemente descuidado. En conjunto, la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado.

• Debbie (8/5): Lovely host who came to our rescue and kept in touch during our stay. Good location and apartment. - Firstly a massive thank you to the Savoia for coming to our rescue when our original booking for Rome at Maison Letizia Roma let us down last minute leaving us stranded! Finding accommodation for 6 the day you arrive whilst a major sporting event was going on was no mean feat! The accommodation was central enough to continue with the pre-booked trips we had and the rooms were all good. We had to make use of a sofa bed (not what we had originally booked with alternative accommodation but it did the job! Price was higher than normal dud to the sporting event so we cant really say if it was value for money. Lift to floors was great for the luggage. The doors to the building are incredibly heavy. No problem for us, but worth pointing out for those that may be more frail. The accommodation was a little dusty and could do with being hoovered but they weren't expected us! I'm sure that had they been, this would have been addressed.
• Ely (8/5): comfortable quiet apartment in a non touristy area - Location is very good if you enjoy walking (as we did). The metro station is a bit far. There was no traffic noise in the room, only barking from our next door neighbor's dog (infrequently anyway and never during sleeping hours). Bed was comfortable but mattress is reaching the end of it's useful life. Refrigerator was modern and large. A/C worked well. Apartment was large and comfortable with wooden floors which was great for our allergies. Staff was very helpful (through email and WhatsApp) and helped us arrange transportation back to the airport. You should provide kitchen towels. Also a couple extra hooks for bath towels in the bathroom (maybe on the back of the door?). A regular bread toaster would have been appreciated. We saw a panini machine under the sink but we felt it was too cumbersome for the task. There was no privacy in the kitchen unless you closed the shutters, darkening the room. The lady in the apartment across the patio kept us under "surveillance". Impossible to get an evening snack in your underwear! Maybe you can provide some privacy curtains ? Hallway floor needs repair (there was a carpet covering this )
• Katherine (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious Lack of linens, no blanket's and only one pillow. This would be a perfect place to stay if they could make accommodations for additional towels and linens for comfort.
• Katherine (8/5): Superb! - The apartments exceeded my expectations. It’s located so close to a supermarket, metro station and pretty much most key attractions are walkable from there. The apartment itself was so big for the two of us. We loved the space! Toiletries available included hand soap and shower gel and we had more than towels and toilet roll. The bedrooms were both spacious with huge wardrobe space in the main room. The mattresses receive many comments, but for me this is subjective. My preference is a little more firmer. The kitchen is modern with large fridge, oven with job and even a Nespresso machine. There was coffee and condiments such as pepper and oil but I question how long they had been there. The apartment included washing up liquid, dishwasher and liquid. Utensils were plentiful but a colander or sieve would have been helpful for draining pasta. After reading some reviews. I brought my own tea towel. Very handy 😉 There was no noise to disturb and other residents were friendly. There isn’t much I didn’t like. ImMy experience was positive. My only suggestion is that it would have been helpful to have a welcome booklet to let us know what facilities were in the apartment and how to use. I had no clue how to work the air conditioner and got it working after pressing lots of buttons on remote. I didn’t know there was an Amazon stick for TV until I was packing to leave and using the oven again was guess work. Also, I didn’t realize there was a supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

• Gabriella (6/5): all would have been fine if clean and the mattresses were of a decent quality. it’s not great to be on vacation and not - Great location, very lively and central to everything. We walked everywhere. staff was responsive, helpful. unacceptable level of cleanliness, filthy toilet, mold and mildew in the shower, so much thick dust that my son had constant allergy attacks. Mattresses were uncomfortable; ours sloped in the middle.
• Rellia (10/5): Wonderful experience in Rome! - Location was excellent! Apartment was perfect for my husband and I traveling with our 13 year old grandson. We loved the building and the floorplan of the apartment. It was pretty and practical! We would stay again if we return to Rome! The beds could have been more comfortable and the nights were cold and we could have used some blankets.

• Denislav (8/5): Somewhat old, big comfy apartment with a 9/10 location. - It's a spacious apartment with an excellent location 50m from Piazza del Poppolo and 7-8min from the subway station. We could reach almost all of Rome by foot. The building is a bit old, but comfortable and feels classy. Air conditioner was nice to have, we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The property staff was very friendly and helpful! The shower cabin sink was clogged, and it felt a bit dirty there. Also the door locking mechanism was a bit too complicated for my elderly mom, although she managed it.
• Morten (10/5): Great value for money, good location and quiet. - The flat is spacious and well located, just off Piazza del Popolo. Set in the back of a grand residential building, it’s very quiet, even if the building is on a busy street. Bathroom and kitchen are modern, beds are good, linen and towels (plenty even for four people) clean, and aircon works well. Excellent communication with Andrea at the head quarters, who replied quickly to queries, okayed a later check out time, and sent tips for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping in Rome. Marco, who met us at the flat for check in, was very helpful, explaining the functions of the flat and even helped with our heavy luggage. Overall, a very good stay in Rome! A few more essentials in the kitchen would be good, e.g. proper knifes for chopping vegetables and slicing bread. Pans should be replaced as coating is coming off.
