• michela (5/5): Ottima posizione ma appartamento da sistemare e POCO PULITO E ORGANIZZATO - La posizione ottima ed anche i servizi circostanti come supermercato Tesco sotto casa e i mezzi bus e treno vicinissimi Appartamento decisamente NON PULITO, mal tenuto e poco/male organizzato. Il secondo letto (divano letto) non abbiamo nemmeno provato ad aprirlo perché a pezzi e sporco. Non era chiaro, perché poco ordinati, quali fossero le lenzuola da utilizzare per farsi il secondo letto (abbiamo usato il materassino presente nell’appartamento). La cucina poco curata, anche se abbiamo usato solo il necessRio per la colazione. Igiene e ordine e manutenzione decisamente da migliorare, visto la posizione e il potenziale dell’appartamento.
• Isabel (9/5): - El apartamento tiene de todo, lavadora, horno, microondas, plancha. La ubicación es excelente, parada de bus en la puerta y de metro a 1 minuto. Esta limpio pero hay zonas que necesitan profundidad para que sea de 10.

• Ainara (7/5): Buena situacion - Cerca del metro y supermercado debajo de la casa. La segunda cama, sofá cama muy incomoda.
• Irene (1/5): Pessimo - Bella solo la zona, tranquilla. Appena arrivate abbiamo trovato l'appartamento veramente sporco, sembrava non pulito da mesi, con addirittura la spazzatura e indumenti sporchi dentro, pieno di polvere. Il letto era rotto, le lenzuola sporche. Dopo aver contattato l'host come unica soluzione ci ha detto che il giorno dopo sarebbe arrivata la donna delle pulizie. Finito il soggiorno, per il gran disagio avuto la prima sera, ho richiesto il rimborso della prima notte, ma il proprietario ha risposto negativamente. Non mi è mai capitata una situazione del genere e un disagio così grande. L'appartamento sarebbe stato confortevole se PULITO e sistemato.

Bien équipé: outils de cuisine, serviettes, machine à laver, sèche cheveux... Communication facile avec le propriétaire, checkin/checkout autonomes et rapides Les lits/oreillers ne sont pas confortables Le canapé lit a un matelas qui dépasse donc bien pour une personne mais pas plus. Certains équipements à revoir: lumière salle de bains, chaise..

• Rosa Mª (8/5): Buena relación calidad / precio - El apartamento es pequeño pero está muy bien equipado. El edificio es moderno y cuenta con dos ascensores. Tiene cerca autobuses, metro y parada de taxi. La zona es tranquila y tiene un supermercado justo debajo que tiene un amplio horario y una cafetería con variedad para el desayuno. La comunicación con Giulio ha sido fluida y él ha sido muy amable y resolutivo en todo momento. Las camas y las almohadas son mejorables, demasiado blandos los colchones y muy finas las almohadas. La mampara del baño no cierra del todo y hay que ducharse con cuidado para que no se salga mucho el agua.

• Virginia1010 (10/5): Meraviglioso - L'appartamento si trova proprio sopra la fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro in circa 15/20minuti, all'uscita dell'appartamento a meno di 10 metri abbiamo trovato TESCO un supermercato super fornitissimo, inoltre attraversando la strada avevamo la fermata della metro Imperial Wharf, per non parlare dell'Uber Boat che aveva la fermata proprio a pochissimi metri. Zona meravigliosa e tranquilla, aperta al traffico solo residenziale. Davvero una meravigliosa esperienza. Il proprietario gentilissimo e presente per qualsiasi evenienza. Tutto perfettoooooo

This place has a lot of tissues - This apartment only gets a good rating as it is well located No hot water in kitchen or in bathroom basin where the tap leaked badly. Shower head had nothing to hold it on position and the shower screen leaked. There was a sofa bed made up which I had not requested and took up a lot of room. I couldn't deflate the mattress so just had to leave it up on its side so I could sit on the couch. Then the back leg fell off. The air flow was poor so the place was stifling and I left after o e night. Still trying to get a refund for the other 2 nights but that seems unlikely. Ih: and I had to wait 45 minutes outside the building to get the access code. Manager's response " For the security of the building , we need to get in contact with the guest , you can immagine we cannot send sensitive information to everyone we don't know for your security and the neighbours security, otherwise the management building company can sue us ..." Hasn't been an issue anywhere else. So do read the reviews carefully!
• Massimo (3/5): Just DON'T - The apartment was there. We could sleep in it... There is a Tesco in the building. Bus + Tube nearby. Well... everything else. Unclean, untidy, kitchen in very bad shape, broken, no warm water in the kitchen and bathroom, shower is a mess and drowns the whole floor. The beds are very uncomfortable, you'll need a chiropractor afterwards. Bed linings quite dirty. Notified the apartment manager of the broken kitchen, all he said was 'Thanks'. Notified him of no warm water: no reaction.
• Juraj (4/5): Accomodation as itself not bad, just needs some investments and better cleaning. - Nice complex and safe location, close to Overground train station, Tesco store just next door I communicated with the owner on WhatsApp 3 hours before departure being informed the cleaner is in the room preparing room for us. Then we came to the address, the owner has not responded for last hour, the phone calls were dropping to voicemail. I literally spent full hour on the street with wife and 2 small kids worrying where are we going to sleep. just after a hour I got phone call from owner, getting the instructions for room entrance, - explanation? the battery of mobile phone died... I am going to fight for refund. Even though owner claimed the cleaner prepared the room for us, there were dust fluffs under the bed, strange sock under the heater, dirty towels in the washing machine, the air vents covers full of dust and the shower condition could also have been better. Room was booked for 4 people, we got just 2 towels. The mattress quality on the main bed was poor, it was spring bed that has already passed its best times. The topper mattress on the sofa was much bigger then sofa itself, so we needed to support it with chairs to prevent kids rolling off the bed.
• Pereira (5/5): Good location but poorly maintained flat - The house is very poorly maintained. The blinds were broken and the house in general poorly cleaned. The toilet sink was blocked, the house had no hot water neither at the toilet or kitchen.
• Olof (9/5): Superb - Good location close to train station and next to a supermarket. The kitchen is adequate but could use a stew/saucepan. Easy to access. Good service from the host.

• Rose (9/5): Will definitely still choose this place and will likewise recommend to family and friends. - The location was excellent. It is just at least half a minute away from the overground and the building is just in front of a bus stop that can likewise direct you to the city. Very accessible. The property manager was very very helpful and courteous. He made sure that everything is settled prior to the check-in and provided us with the details of the lock box just in time. The room is a studio type flat with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed which is just enough for 3 people. It has complete flat amenities such as fridge, oven, kettle, plates, spoon & fork. For people on budget and wants to just prepare their meal, they can definitely prep their meals here because there's a Tesco within the building and another nearby Sainsbury's which is a bigger grocery. The only thing that I didn't appreciate about the unit is the cupboard. When we arrived the place, there were a lot of clothes including underwear, socks, and few pieces of shirts that wasn't even cleared by the cleaner. I hope they can improve on this aspect but nonetheless, the rest are acceptably and very much appreciated.
• Tara (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and easily accessible by train and buses. There were no clear instructions on key collection and we had to wait more than an hour to find out how and where to collect the key, athough we did inform the host on arrival time previous to day of arrival. Communication was poor and service at concierge was very rude unfortunately. Also the beds were really uncomfortable, sadly we dis not have good nights' sleep.

• Ashley (10/5): Perfect little apartment for a short stay in London. - It's really convenient for Imperial Wharf station. Coffee shop, taxi rank, and tesco right on the corner as well. Host was brilliant. Super friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Very clean and perfect for our stay.
