Anche gli asciugamani non erano al massimo della pulizia. La stanza inoltre puzzava nonostante il profumo per ambienti. Bagno maleodorante e non in buone condizioni Stanza fatiscente.

• Karim (2/5): - We stayed here for 4 nights because the photos on Booking looked quite appealing. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the expectations. The room was worn out and poorly maintained — the furniture is literally falling apart, and the bed linen had holes and stains. There is a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, making it impossible to keep the door open. The shower is a separate issue: the water temperature changes randomly — from cold to suddenly very hot. The shower cabin is extremely small, so if you are a bigger person, it will be very uncomfortable. The only advantage of this place is its location. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

A estrutura do hotel na verdade é um prédio bem antigo que causa uma má impressão, porém tudo bem limpo O boxe é extremamente pequeno, e o prédio por ser muito antigo e com outros serviços nos andares causa uma insegurança

• Il Giusto (5/5): Ci sono aspetti da correggere - Il letto e i cuscini comodi, la camera è spaziosa. Ci sono segni di trascuratezza o disinteresse, sia in camera che in bagno, alcuni macroscopici come un asciugamano bucato, così come la federa di un cuscino, e una pila del telecomando mancante. Mi spiace far notare qui queste cose, ma il personale si è visto solo al check in. Dato che ho pagato 3€ in più di tassa di soggiorno (il ragazzo non aveva resto da darmi), spero che vengano spesi per acquistare un asciugamano nuovo.

La habitación no tiene nada que ver con lo que aparece en la foto, toallas y sábanas rotas con agujeros, la ducha tanto la mampara como la manguera rota. La puerta de la habitación y la cerradura en mal estado, provoca mucha inseguridad. Debajo de la cama había bastante suciedad y restos de comida. En resumen FATAL.

• Laura (2/5): Non consiglio la struttura - La posizione è molto centrale. La struttura era sporca, con le lenzuola bucate, il rubinetto che perdeva e ho trovato anche un pelo all’interno delle lenzuola. Basterebbe fare degli investimenti non particolarmente costosi per renderla dignitosa.

• Alexia (7/5): Agréable et très confortable pour quelques jours j’ai très bien apprécié ! - Localisation parfaite ! Rapport qualité prix respecté. Très pratique pour se déplacer car proche de tous les transports ! En somme un bon séjour dans ce lieu. Je recommande vivement aux jeunes en voyage ! La climatisation qui fonctionne à merveille un but bonheur !! Les peintures au mur qui n’étaient bien finies. Les finitions de travaux sont à revoir en ce qui concerne les murs et la salle de bain avec un écoulement d’eau au dessus du wc.

• Bozhidar (2/5): NEVEVE EVER CONSIDER OF USING THIS PLACE! - The location is good. Close enough from Roma Termini and far enough to be clean and no bad looking people around. First of all we didn't have hot water for our entire stay. We haven't received new room, cause the problem was related to all of them. We were not able to take our money back so we can move to another hotel. The wall in the "bedroom" was wet and moldy. There were unsecured electric cables in the bathroom. Instead of having real double bed we had two beds connected where there were no possibility to hug each other and sleep well because of the gap between the beds. The internet doesn't work as well. When I asked for refund they hang up the phone and never answered again.

• Vojsava (4/5): Just very disappointed, from the photos at booking seems very different and when you go there is totally another thing - The air conditioner The shower caps were missing, there was no shampoo at all and only 4 soaps were enough, the bathroom was very small, the trash cans were full and no one changed them. There were no slippers to stay in the room. The reception did not exist and created a feeling of insecurity.

Now the mattress was dirty, bed sheets old and with holes. Room walls were dirty. and in bathroom electricity contacts were covered with tape. when we requested for extra blanket we didnt get any response from stuff.

• Gabriela (4/5): Disappointed - Good location, close to metro. AC & heating. Provided towels were dirty and stained. There was a kettle in room but no cups or mugs. Nil kitchen facilities. The mattress was dirty and bed sheets were ripped. The shower cubicle was claustrophobically small. In the evening like 8-9 pm the water in shower was nearly cold. We booked double room, our beds was in fact 2 single bed pushed together, so cuddling with other half was impossible as the beds were drifting away from each other. The pillows were externally uncomfortable. On top of the price we had to pay additional 42€ for taxes. Strongly don’t recommend this place. Not worth the price.

• Veljkovic (6/5): If you need room just to sleep over it’s good, but if you need something more that it’s not for you - Friendly staff, they make us coffee on arrival. They let us to do check in at 10am (regularly is from 2pm). Close to metro station and Termini station but not on the station with lot of people (5-7 minutes by walk). Accommodation includes 5 apartments and in the common room is coffee machine that you can use. The staff refilled the coffee all the time. Door of the building is locked and there is no sign for hotel. We needed to ask workers from bakery nearby for help. Without them probably we will still searching for our accommodation. The bathroom sink is small and you get everything wet when you wash your hands Wardrobe is too old, from the last century The room needs painting.
