It is a lovely "bed and breakfast" style place, with a gorgeous garden behind the building. The location could not have been more convenient for people on the Camino del Norte. Esti greeted us upon arrival and was so warm and welcoming and gave us some tips for restaurants in the area. The station is a stones throw from the casa and it was very simple to get to San Sebastian. Perfect location. Would happily stay again . G

- Verónica (4/5): No reservaría otra vez - El pueblo era muy tranquilo en coche a 15 min de la playa lo que tiene cerca es el puerto,, Pues lo que se dice apartamento no lo tengo muy claro toda la noche con un zumbido como si tuviera un extractor o algo encendido el sofá es para morirse de incómodo mis hijos no pudieron dormir hay y me acosté yo la verdad que los hierros del sofá los notaba todos el olor a cerrado a humedad no se no volvería a reservar en las fotos me esperaba otra cosa por lo que se ve tienen varios apartamentos y el mio no era para calidad precio la verdad

They made me feel so welcome and cared for, despite the language barrier. The room was clean and comfortable and the linens were cozy. I really enjoyed staying here and recommend it to anyone traveling the Camino or on vacation. It exceeded my expectations. There was nothing not to like.

- Patxi (8/5): Aúpa, Orio!! - Una estancia de dos días excelente. El personal de la casa es muy agradable, locuaz y colaborativo. La habitación es grande, luminosa, espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Decorada con gusto y con una pequeña terraza que amplía el radio de acción. Muy cerca del centro de Orio. La cama se nos hizo algo corta para nuestra estatura, pero es cómoda.

Edu fue muy agradable y muy atento en todo. Los desayunos perfectos (recomendables). Tienen un jardín muy bonito. Por la ubicación, a 100 metros de coger el tren para San Sebastian o para Bilbao, perfecto. Y el pueblo de Orio muy bonito también, con su playa y su ría. Solo, como ya he dicho, el baño. Que nos toco la habitación en la plata mas alta, y estaba el techo abuhardillado del baño, y tenia que estar todo el rato encogido. (mido 182). Para mi pareja bien (no es tan alta)

- Rosa (8/5): A poco tiempo de todo! - Parking a pie de puerta, apartamento con muy buena accesibilidad para personas con dependencia o discapacidad. Tiene de todo, limpio y en buen estado, de menaje etc, y sino lo pides y te lo facilitan. Nos cambiaban toallas y recogían casa a diario. Para quién no moleste, un simpático gallo nos daba los buenos días a partir de las 6.30 h...Atención de dueño, muy agradable. Algo de ruido a partir de las 6.30 h de coches, tren. Aviso por posible alergia o sensilibilidad a la humedad.

Estibaliz fue una anfitriona increíble, nos explicó muchas cosas sobre los sitios alrededor de Orio. Ana también majísima y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Y el desayuno riquísimo!! Volvimos encantadas.

- Barbara (8/5): Haus mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre! - Das Haus ist innen sehr stilvoll mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Das reichhaltige Frühstück gibt es in einem entzückenden Raum, der wie aus einer anderen Zeit wirkt, man blickt zum Garten raus. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Die Bahnstation nach San Sebastian ist zwei Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus steht direkt an einer Straße, die tagsüber viel befahren ist. Nachts wird es dann ruhig. In unserem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben wir außerdem alle anderen Gäste gehört, die durch die Haustür kamen.

La señora de la casa es agradable, la limpieza es correcta, estuvimos dos noches y pasaron nos hicieron las camas y cambiaron las toallas, muy bien. La habitación tiene secador y espejo de aumento, también te ponen gel para la ducha. Muy bien Todo muy bien, pero faltarían enchufes y algún espejo grande.

We had a super spacious and bright room on the second floor. The house has that vintage feel, with beautiful classic furniture and wooden floors that you don't find anywhere else. All of this is set in a beautiful garden. If you enjoy breakfast in the living room off the kitchen while admiring it, it's a great way to start the day. Highly recommended.

- Annette (9/5): We hebben het heerlijk gehad. - We hadden de ruimste kamer met balkon rondom. Heerlijk bad. De kamer was brandschoon. Mistte wel een beetje een koelkastje. Airco zou ook fijn zijn, was nu niet heel warm maar kan me voorstellen dat het dan best warm kan worden ‘s nachts. Treinstation om de hoek heel fijn. Ontbijt was prima voor 12.50 euro pp. Koelkastje had fijn geweest.

Lo malo es que nos dieron la habitación ultima, que encima para personas altas como yo es bastante incomodo, ya que te chocas con el techo inclinado todo el rato en el baño. Es bastante incómodo. Ya podrían haber hecho un descuento por este problema

Transport by tren is on the doorstep, with San Sebastian and Bilbao easily accessible every 30 minutes. A 5 star establishment! Thank you. Everything was perfect!
