• Marcin (7/5): - Location is nice Apartment should be cleaner. Windows are old and you hear all the noise from outside, it is very loud.

• Adriene (2/5): It does not fullfil the basic requirements, sufficient enough hot water for showers and cleanliness - The location is good. It's central. Very unhappy with the flat and our stay. We checked in and noticed that there was NO hot water and no working heating. Contacted the administrator. As he could not solve the problem, he took us to spend the first night in another flat nearby. Next day he said the problems were fixed. We returned to the flat. The heating was working, but the hot water remained a problem during ALL our stay. It was impossible to take a shower longer than 5 minutes cause the water would get cold. There was not enough hot water and this during winter. We addressed the problem to the administrator, but received no feedback. Besides that, the flat was dirty and not prepared to receive guests. Plenty of dirt and mold in the bathroom, dust behind doors, on the corners, over the bed, stains on the linen, extra pillows without cover sheets and the kitchen utensils were ABSOLUTELY disgusting, VERY dirty. Not even the dishwasher was clean. We had to first clean the dishwasher to be able to use it. On the top of that, there was a terrible penetrating smell coming from one corner in the kitchen and the furniture is wary, dirty, and dusty. We tried hard, but our stay was terrible. We wasted lots of time specially in the first two days, arriving, moving to another flat, then coming back. We had to change plans because of that. We also wasted time cleaning the flat and washing the kitchen stuff. We were on holidays and not expecting to have so much trouble and work. It is a disrespect to rent a flat without checking if the basics work and without preparing it for the guests. We paid a good amount of money, and the flat did not fulfill the basic requirements as to provide enough hot water for showers and a clean environment. It was not hygienic.

• Scuotto (10/5): - La nostra esperienza a SevenWinds è stata la migliore a Napoli. Antonio è stato gentile e ha prontamente risposto alle nostre esigenze. L appartamento è moderno nuovo con mobili di design.. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Tutto perfettamente funzionante con cucina ben equipaggiata e un bagno molto comodo . La pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre è una location super centrale.. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Пришлось несколько раз звонить, чтобы заселитьс - Удачное расположение: близко к метро и железнодорожному вокзалу . Хороший интернет, качественная бытовая техника (холодильник, плита, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина) . Есть кондиционер. Много различной посуды. Очень шумно в квартире ( шум с улицы) , нет стеклопакетов на окнах. Плохо уходила вода в душе и в раковине в ванной комнате
• Girolama claudia (5/5): - Siamo arrivati tardi in struttura perché il nostro volo arrivava a Napoli la sera, e non avete trovato neanche una bottiglia d’acqua per noi è stato un disagio.
• Piotr Pydzik (8/5): A great location for exploring unique city. - First and foremost, thanks to our driver, Vincezno De Simone, who helped us find our apartment (we probably wouldn't have been able to find it on our own) and gave us valuable sightseeing tips. Thank you, Vincenzo! As for the apartment itself, it's in a fantastic location – close to everything! It's well-equipped (air conditioning, TVs, washing machine, iron, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc.). Breakfast at the local café was very tasty, although rather small, in the Italian style. As someone mentioned earlier, the windows in the apartment are not sealed, which makes it quite noisy even at night. The constant honking of horns and a group of British people partying in the building opposite is a constant nuisance. As for minor issues, some of the dishes were dirty (apartment itself was clean), and some appliances were worn and not fully functional (for example, there was no cold water in the tap over the sink, or the drain in the shower tray was clogged, causing water to overflow into the bathroom). I assume this is a coincidence, but the Wi-Fi connection was down for several days, which made planning the following days difficult. Request to the property administrator: hooks for hanging large towels and clothes in the bathroom would be very useful.
• Marc (10/5): - Nos gusto todo, bien situado, lado de una rostisseria buena, supermercado, centro,... de la estacion de tren hasta apartamento mejor pasar por la calle Umberto Las llaves del apartamento, y de la luz no se pueden separar, por ejemplo si en casa no hay nadie, la lavadora y lavabajillas no funcionan sin la llave del apartamento.
• Horacio (8/5): Muy buen dpto, desayuno a una cuadra, sencillo. - Amplitud, todo refaccionado y muy completo La zona no es linda , pero está cerca de la estación central y del barrio histórico . Está en un 2do piso por escalera
• Pia (9/5): Siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla - Asunto on hyvällä sijainnilla suhteessa vanhaan kaupunkiin, rautatieasemaan ja nähtävyyksiin. Mukava sänky, hyvä nukkua ja ilmastointi sekä tv molemmissa huoneissa. Pääsimme asuntoon jo aamupäivällä mikä oli mukavaa. Keittiössä puuttui välineitä, kuten leikkuulauta, tiskausvälineet ja viinilasit, Italiassa! Seinillä ei ollut mitään naulakoita eikä pyyhkeitä tai pyykkejäkään voinut ripustaa mihinkään. Aamukahvilla tarjolla vain croisantti, kun en käytä eläinperäisiä tuotteita, emme käyneet kahvilassa.

• Majed (7/5): It was ok but would expect better for the raring it has - - very nice design of the house - very close to metro station - not as clean as I would accept - the neighborhood is not good, lots of trash outside and very very loud - there was a dishwasher but no soap for it and a machine wash but also no soap for it. If I offer these things to a guest I would expect that I don’t have to fly with a soap for dishwasher.

The breakfast included was at a local cafe and was really good! The host was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again when visiting Naples.

• Zoltán (8/5): Very good - Perfect location and host. Great apartment. Easy checkin. Very loud. Fully renovated apartment but 1 layer widows. Almost 0 soundproof.

• Denitsa (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice, super super clean and modern - you have everything you need. The area is not very nice, especially if you are visiting Naples for the first time and we didn't expect such a nice place within this neighbor - but the apartment was very beautiful and comfortable, the location is pretty good - the train station and historical center are within walking distance , metro station is right around the corner, the breakfast is cornetto and coffee drink from the near café, which was completely sufficient. The only think that we didn't like is that it was very noisy - еven if the building is not directly on the main street, you can hear everything, perhaps better insulation of the windows would be a good solution
• Lívia (10/5): Exceptional - The suit is really nice, new and comfortable. It has good location, the Duomo metro station is only 2 minutes by walk, and the Garibaldi is in 10 minutes. Antonio was really kind and helpful. Every morning we had great coffee and pistacchio croissant at the bar. We loved this accomodation.
• Valentin (8/5): Very good - Surroundings are not pretty, but seems rather standard for Naples, and the location is a actually very practical. Super nicely furnished, fully equipped. Smooth (but contactless) check-in. A bit noisy, lound music played by a neighbor through the afternoons, breakfast could be optional since the is a full kitchen.
• Stefan (10/5): The best and most modern accommodation in naples - probably the nicest and most modern accommodation in the whole city. brand new, clean and incredibly stylishly furnished. the apartment is huge for 2 people and the location is perfect (2 minutes from the duomo metro station) and safe. i can recommend the accommodation 1000% to anyone (except people with disabilities, as only a narrow staircase leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor). when we come back to naples, we would only book there again. antonio was incredibly nice, absolutely reliable and helpful. thank you for the pleasant stay a bit noisy at night, but that's the way it is in naples ;-). the breakfast in the nearby cafe could be more varied, but who has an apartment with breakfast anyway ;-)
