• Emilia (2/5): - La posizione mare locali La casa era sporca non era stata pulita bene. La vasca si vedeva che non era stata lavata . Mancano delle piastrelle nel bagno. Il tappeto per la doccia sotto e‘ scambiato. La ventola di areazione in bagno non funziona. Gli accessori per il Wc visibilmente sporchi. Le cornici di tutte le porte con polvere sopra visibile. In cucina mancano i bicchieri per bere. Il ripiano per i piatti in cucina visibilmente sporco. Il frigorifero con ghiaccio dentro. Il lampadario in camera da letto che dovrebbe funzionare anche come ventilatore era rotto. I cuscini se togli le federe sono sporchi con macchie gialle di sudore!!! Il divano in salone, idem, impolverato e con un solo cuscino con macchie gialle. L‘ armadio in camera da letto puzza di chiuso e non si puo‘ usare perche‘ le ante sono bloccate dal letto. La stanza lavanderia in disordine situata in terrazza.
• david (1/5): Most probably the worst in 50 years of travelling on holidays home and abroad - You obviously have no idea what the apartment had regarding arrival, the apartment is not even in the website photo it’s a block adjacent to the side with the main entrance, I have emailed you and the owner giving my thoughts on the apartment and received responses with no answers to my questions on the lack of what I had found, so I will itemise them again, no hot water in the kitchen, kettle and toaster broken,No crockery except 1 cup and 2 small plastic mugs, no cereal bowls or small saucepans, kitchen window blind old dirty and broken. Lounge furniture old, window blind levers not working properly except 1.was told to go and buy replacement kettle not knowing what other problems I would find. Bathroom had good sink/ faucet/ bidet, tiling old with tiles missing, bath old no safety rail or non slip mat too dangerous to use, shower curtain old and stained, electrical cable connection by front door exposed with a piece of wood nearby no fixings, no smoke detector. Most probably illegal? Told your representative i would require a move to another apartment or a refund, was told no apartments available and no refund, told him I was leaving the next day to look for another apartment or cut my stay and get a flight home the following day Wednesday 31st December, which he noted and said he would inform the relevant parties. I am still waiting for a response from you, if there is no reply in the next 24 hours I shall proceed with my complaint on social media. I See above
• Sharon (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything we walked into to a mess, filthy overflowing bins Cleaneers turned up at 6pm finished at 830pm couldn't get in there No sheets no clean towels The location was horrendous taxi rank outside the window bar underneath open all night No sleep for a week Windows don't keep noise out
• Tata (10/5): Exceptional - Nice comfortable apartment, located close to the beach, restaurants and activities. It was clean.
