Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Heating will be charged between mid October and mid May. Air conditioning will be charged between mid June and mid September. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
