- Omnia (1/5): - أسوء اوتيل دخلته فحياتي ، أنا حاجزه غرفه سي فيو ولما وصلت قالولي إنها اتسكنت وعروض عليا غرف تانيه ، ده غير ان الاوتيل كله ارضي وبعيد عن البحر يعني مفيش في الاوتيل كله غرفه سي فيو/ البوفيه عباره عن مهزله معظم الاصناف كانت خلصت قالي دقيقين وهيوصل refill قعدت ساعه إلا ربع وفي الآخر جابلي نص فرخه محمره ملهاش اي طعم وده طبعا بعد تدخل أ/ محمد سعد أ/كاريمان بقولها عن مشكله البوفيه قالتلي انتي جيتي متاخر مع اني وصلت 9 والعشا المفروض لحد 10 تاني يوم روحت بدري ملقتش مكان اقعد فيه اصلا ولا اطباق ومعظم الاصناف بردو كانت خلصانه والناس كلها واقفه بعيالها كانّه بوفيه خيري وبردو بكلم أ/كاريمان عن المشكله تقولي " معلش اقفي معايا هعوضهالك مره تانيه" طب والفلوس اللي دافعاها طب وإجازتي اللي باظت. منتهي عدم الاحترافيه وقلة الذوق ،ده غير النصب في تصنيف الغرف علي أنها سي فيو والعامل جه اخد الساين من علي الباب عشان مطلبش تنضيف الغرفه ولما طلبت يرجعها قالي اصلها طارت مع أنها اكريلك مستحيل تطير الحمام مفهوش ميه سخنه ولما كلمتهم قالولي اصل احنا بنقفلها في الصيف وبنشغلها حسب الطلب ده طبعا بعد ماكنت اخدت اول شاور بعذاب الكاتل من جوه لونه اسود اصلا غير صالح للاستخدام الشاطئ مش برايفت ولا حاجه هما عاملين شراكة مع الشاطئ المقابل يعني غير النزلاء موجودين عادي
- kamal (2/5): Overall, the hotel's rating is no more than two stars, and what we paid is much more than it worth. - Despite the poor management of the hotel, most of the workers are good and polite. 1- There are no Wi-Fi and Internet so I couldn't get my work online done. 2- The beach is separate from the hotel, so you have to cross the street and is also very narrow, so you can't see the sea from anywhere in the hotel (no actual sea view). 3- The rooms and bathrooms aren't clean, and many items are missing, such as the bathroom clothes hanger, hair dryer, an iron, a bathroom mirror, a bathrobe, and a safe box. 4- There is no a single entertainment program provided or offered. 5- The food doesn't taste good most of the times, despite most guests' complaints. 6- We had to call several times to get the missing supplies, you have to beg for them. 7- The sheets were not changed throughout our stay. 8- Most of the photos used to advertise the hotel don't actually exist. 9- I complained to the hotel management about all of this. I also explained to them that the amount paid was not commensurate with the poor location and services, and that they should be reduced. They replied that I had booked through Booking and that I should return to them.
- Bouchra (2/5): - Je trouve bizarre qu’il y ait bien noté sur Booking, et quand on arrive sur place c’est une catastrophe. Ce n’est pas propre les serviettes on a l’impression, ils sont pas lavées la route tout casser pour y arriver passer par derrière faut payer la route pour y arriver le personnel il essaye d’être à l’écoute pour le séjour qui se passe bien la plage elle était propre nickel
- Mohamed (2/5): أسوأ تجربة في حياتي - الغرفة الاولي كانت سيئة للغاية و قاموا بعمل upgrade بدون تكلفة اضافية و العاملين مهذبين ومتعاونين قدار امكاناتهم في البداية هو ليس فندق على الإطلاق و لا منتجع كما هو مكتوب ...الغرف مش نضيفة خالص ومستوى النظافة سئ للغاية و الفرش متسخ و رائحة الحمام سيئة جدا و الاستاف رغم تعاونهم وبذلهم الجهد الا انهم غير مؤهلين للعمل بمكان كفندق ولا توجد أساسيات الخدمة الفندقية.. الأكل سئ جدا جدا جدا و كميته محدودة للغاية ولا توجد اصناف متنوعة .. والشاطئ ليس خاص بالفندق و صغير جدا ومستوى النضافة به سئ و مزدحم جدا نتيجة وجود رواد اليوم الواحد ...كنت حاجز 3 ليالي ولم نستطع الاقامة اكتر من ليلة وطلبنا استرداد المبلغ من خلال بوكينج و حجزنا بفندق اخر بتكلفة كبيرة حتى لا تضيع الاجازة علينا ..تم التواصل مع إدارة الفندق لاسترداد المال المدفوع وتم التأخير في إرساله رغم وعد الريسبشن بارساله في اسرع وقت وبعد ذلك امتنعوا عن الرد على مكالماتي وتواصلت مع بوكنج مرة اخرى لاسترداد المال ...احذر من التعليقات الايجابية الموجودة مش حقيقية على الاطلاق...اقسم بالله هتندم ندم شديد ..
