• Ester (8/5): We had a pleasant stay and will stay again - It was a very nice modern apartment and clean. We slept on a sofa bed and it was very comfordable, and we had a nice view We had a share bathroom but because nobody was booked into the other bedroom, we had it all for ourselves and it is a very spacious. It was a good place to stay for one night or a couple of night if you there on business. Our room was room with a sliding door and the was not easy to lock it, and I did not feel that private in there, cut lucky there was one one guy who shared the place with us and we only saw him when we arrived. The shower in the bathroom was to hot, and we could not turn the water down to a normal temperature so need to be looked at. The book in time and book out time on the website is wrong and need to be changed.

I tried calling the owner multiple times, but they didn’t answer. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.

• Vinesh (9/5): Great apartment and location for a short stay - The apartment was super clean and conveniently located. If I had any questions the host was quick to respond and very accommodating. I had the sofa bed room and for a sofa bed, it was really comfortable.

The room is very small but matches the photos; there could be more storage space. A major issue is the unsuitable sliding door to the room — it doesn’t close properly, which is a problem in shared accommodation. The kitchen and equipment are sufficient, though it would be good to occasionally wash everything in the dishwasher. Overall, satisfied. • Kerstin (7/5): Empfehlenswert - Ruhige Lage, angenehme Atmosphäre und gute Verkehrsanbindung ÖPNV. Tee und Kaffe waren jederzeit verfügbar, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Cleaner Look ohne viel Schnickschnack. Insgesamt sauber, die Lüftungsschlitze im Bad sollten allerdings mal abgesaugt werden. In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, keine Aufhängmöglichkeit für Kleidung und Handtücher.

• Tom (1/5): Bad - Wasn‘t provided access to the property Was supposed to pick up the key at a nightshop, they couldn‘t find the key, spent one hour on the phone with the Keynest helpdesk, who were useless. At one point they suggested the shopkeeper should go through the day‘s CCTV footage to find out what happened to the key. Owner did not react to calls or messages. I was not provided with alternative accommodation. So I found myself without an apartment at 22:30 after flying in from abroad. This property and its owner should be blacklisted
• Jun (9/5): Highly recommended! - What I appreciated most were the peaceful environment and the clean facilities. The bed was incredibly soft, when I first sat on it, it felt like sinking into a cloud. However, it turned out to be extremely comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've ever had. The instructions for collecting the room keys and finding the accommodation were clear and easy to follow. Google Maps was particularly helpful in locating the key collection point and the accommodation itself. The location is very convenient, being close to King's Cross Station and well-connected by bus. It’s also within easy reach of restaurants, convenience stores like Co-op and Tesco Express, and popular tourist destinations. All in all, I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation at central London, by the way, you will be fine if you plan well! What I didn't particularly like was the "No Wearing Shoes in the Room" rule. For safety reasons, I keep my shoes in the room, which might lead to misunderstandings with other flatmates who see me wearing them into the room. I have a few humble suggestions for the owner: 1. Provide two shoe racks, one empty rack for guests to store their outdoor shoes and another with indoor slippers for guests to use within the apartment; OR 2. Create a small designated space outside the room, approximately the size of three floor tiles, where guests can leave their outdoor shoes before entering the room and switching to indoor slippers stored in the wardrobe; OR 3. Offer a small door mat for placing outdoor shoes and ensure indoor slippers are provided for use inside the room.

• Barbara (6/5): Basic but convenient. No frills. - Good location. Keys easy to access even if bit of a faff. 2-4 persons using bathroom and not cleaned daily, mattress is thin and soft. Walls are thin and despite asking to close doors gently….. fridge full of half eaten food which didn’t move for the 3 days I stayed.

We got back at 11.30pm on a Saturday and were talking in the kitchen and a man came out from behind a plastic wall asking us to stop talking, which we did. Just something to consider.

It is a shared apartment with three sepera - Very clean, organised, perfect for a short stay in central London between Old Street and Angel. The organisation and communication around getting the keys was late and a little frustrating. Otherwise all good.

Have all basic necessities like electric kettle, cup, tea, coffee, cutlery, fridge etc. modern and clean apartment in a safe location. The bed linen. When I peeled top layer, there are many small hairs inside on bed sheet, maybe it wasn’t cleaned properly… Except the linen, other part of facility was clean. Also the wall wasn’t so thick between rooms and living room for my room, with partition (with lock) so I heard other people in the room talking loudly in middle of night that woke me up.

Setting the right temperature for the shower requires precise skills however once you figure it out it's spot on. There was a group of chavs outside the building not so late night. I don't mind them, however, I would be concerned if I was a solo female traveler

Also place was very clean. Well, I didn't get from the photos that harmonica stuff is a door for my potential room. I was shocked because I should had left all my documents and laptop and I felt that all my stuff really unsafe. Because basically there wasn't a door. During the night my flatmates came back home and the light from the kitchen literally woke me up. Every noise that they did even the smallest one you can hear very clear. You should mention in your description that this room will be with no privacy at all. I had very important meeting next day and I was very shattered. P.S. you can how exactly that light was in the room at 2-30 AM

• Galimova (7/5): Good - The place was clean, instructions for access were clear and straightforward If you are choosing the smallest room in the property you should know that one of its walls is like a foldable shirm which means that you'll be able to hear EVERYTHING. Plus getting in and out of the room was a little annoying. Our neighbors were respectful, so it was an issue on this occasion. The ventilation in the bathroom looked minging and definitely needs a change of filter or smth.

But no that's only if you pay for the higher priced one although it definitely mentions 2 seperate beds. Host was very unhelpful and cheeky as well. Key pick was in a very dodgy shop as well. The room only had a thin sliding door between us and the other people sharing the flat so could hear them every time they were in the kitchen.

The location was good and the views were good. Possibly my mistake, however when I looked it appeared to be one whole apartment we were booking, however there are 3 different rooms within the apartment shared with other people. Luckily there was a bathroom within our room as I would not have liked sharing a bathroom with other random people. Additionally the curtain in the bedroom didn’t fully close so there was a whole window open for people to see in/light to come in. Additionally you collect your keys from an off license and the people in there were rude and hardly spoke! Was a very strange place to collect keys from

While other rooms and the kitchen seemed well-maintained, the overall experience varied significantly. It felt like a hit and miss situation where consistency in quality and comfort was lacking. The main problem here was the loud, continuous sound from the ventilation, making the environment uncomfortably noisy. This forced me to use noise-cancelling headphones, even at night, which was far from a perfect solution and unfortunately compromised my sleep quality significantly.

Great location, easy to get to from any airport and railway station, very convenient to travel around London as well as underground stations are nearby and a bus stop just in front of the building. Key drop close by and also happens to be a quite well stocked shop 24/7 which is super convenient. I will be coming back and I recommend highly the place and the host. nothing. everything was great.

We were two 20 year old girls with suitcases without knowing where to go because the owner didn't respond to messages or calls. We thought she had been a scam. After calling booking assistance very angry, the owner deigned to answer us

The air conditioning was really hot and we couldn’t turn it off (only the small one in the room). Although it is very nice to wake up and go to bed in a place so warm, please make the Earth a favour and keep the air conditioning a bit less hot :)
