• Saar (9/5): Het verblijf was gewoon goed: ruim, netjes en met alles wat we nodig hadden. - Het huis was ruim en bijzonder netjes. Fijn dat er voldoende badkamers waren voor het aantal gasten, en het zwembad maakte het verblijf helemaal af! Niets op aan te merken!

• Bernard (10/5): Excellent. - La situation générale, à mi-chemin du centre de Palma et de l'aéroport, très commode pour visiter toute l'île. La qualité de la maison : confort, équipements, entretien, notamment la piscine et la climatisation. Le plan de la maison : très bonne répartition des chambres et salles de bains, permettant à plusieurs couples de séjourner sans se gêner les uns les autres. La fiabilité de la gestionnaire. Maison à la campagne nécessitant, de fait, la location d'une voiture : pour les courses, pour l'évacuation des déchets. Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. Mais il convient de bien prévenir les locataires à ce sujet (ou bien de proposer en option un service d'évacuation des déchets). Consommation d'électricité au-delà d'un minimum, facturée en plus. Nous étions bien prévenus. Mais il était difficile de minimiser notre consommation, alors que plusieurs lampes dans le jardin restent allumées toute la nuit.
• Amy (10/5): Fantastic stay - Our stay at Villa Son Ferriol was fantastic. A group of 10 stayed and there was more than enough space for everyone. Easy check-in and check-out process. The villa is lovely and is 10 minutes away from Palma. We didn’t have a car but ordering taxis to and from the villa was easy enough.
