• Tim (10/5): I would stay here again . - Every thing was neat and tidy , host was very helpful in regards to providing all helpful information for locating and for access to lodging . Also kindly asked if i needed any thing to inform them . No negative remarks about the room or the host . Everything was very good.
• Lloyd (6/5): Communication very poor. - Had all we needed for just one overnight. Multiple attempts to communicate with owner were unsuccessful. Very frustrating as owner continually sen messages using some app which we could not ope. We thus never did get any responses to our question. We asked to communicate via text or telephone but owner refused to do so. Most annoying.

• Mari Ann Stiles (8/5): Great place -clean and affordable - Great clean quiet place. We needed an affordable place to stay for one night, and this was a really great option. We will definitely book again. Close to towns but quiet and relaxing. A keurig machine would be nice, there was a coffee machine but we had k-cups with us.

• Angela (6/5): In Ordnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Eigenes kleines Cottage mit Feuerstelle. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 5 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt von Kentville. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist inklusive. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Übernachtungsangeboten. Obwohl das Cottage relativ neu ist, war es ingesamt schon ein bischen abgewohnt. Die Möbel sind leider nicht einladend und komfortabel. Auch war mir die Bettdecke für die Jahreszeit zu dünn.

• Sophie (10/5): Maisonnette moderne, tranquille et propre - super séjour! - Belle petite maison parfaite pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Moderne. Propre. Pratique petite cuisine avec l’essentiel. Lit confortable (plutôt ferme). Endroit tranquille. Bel environnement avec des arbres et jolie petite cour arrière. L’hôte semble sympathique et répond rapidement. Pas très loin des services. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation. Note: Il y en a qui disent que le divan est mal situé, mais moi, j’ai trouvé qu’en s’étendant dessus, c’était super confortable pour regarder la télévision!!! ;-) Petits détails: La cuisine était bien équipée, mais ce serait bien d’ajouter des assiettes plus grandes pour servir un repas. (Il n’y avait que des petites assiettes et des grandes assiettes de service.) L'interrupteur de la petite lampe de chevet semblait brisé (je devais brancher et débrancher la lampe). Ce serait bien d’avoir un bac pour le recyclage. Tout le reste était super bien!

• Wendy (6/5): Quiet,convenient location ,well equiped apt. - Convenient location, well stocked, basically clean throughout, easy access owners very accommodating No where to sit comfortably to watch tv Cupboard doors had many fingerprints Even with 10% found accommodations still a little pricey.would have to be 125.00 to 150.00plus tax to book again.Just a place to relax, watch golf and ball game and sleep so tv area important to us two comfy chairs to swing around would really help.

• Tatiana (10/5): This peaceful, quiet, and safe location is ideal for a relaxing getaway. - Breakfast is not provided at this location, but tea, coffee, and sugar, etc., are provided in the kitchenette.
• Tom (5/5): The stay was ok. The place reasonable but needs attention to details when cleaning. - There is ample space, good size bathroom, and plenty of cooking utensils and related items. There was also an ample supply of cleaning products to clean up the previous occupants mess. The place has great potential if arranged properly. A loveseat facing the entrance door three feet away is king of silly, but it was comfortable for reading and guarding the door. The kitchen counter was not clean, full of bread crumbs and other stuff. The microwave was not clean, had an ample supply of grubby finger prints and smudges The toilet was flushed but lots of pubic hairs, yellow substances and other stuff under the toilet seat and elsewhere. As noted above, there was an ample supply of cleaning products, just the cleaner needs guidance on how to use them to do a reasonable job.. The light switches had grubby finger prints and lots of grease still on them.

Air-conditioning good for stuffiness/humidity. Parking available Furniture arrangements strange: tv in kitchen but sofa facing away from TV. Bedroom needs blockout blinds. Kitchen could have a few more items, eg. Tea towel, dish rack needs base, so it doesn't leak onto bench Night light in bedroom didn't seem to function (on/off). Couldn't find hair dryer. Door to bathroom had come off rail, so we had to right it. Apartment could do with a spring clean, particularly appliance surfaces. Dusty/grimy items and the mop we tried to use was very dirty. Toilet plunger needs a base to sit in.

Extremely comfortable bed and close to great food places as well as the - I really enjoyed the quietness and the cleanliness of the property. It was a little bit to hard to get the heat turned down so the place was a little bit more warmer than i prefer but still a lovey spot

• Christopher (9/5): Wonderful - I had a great stay at Fancy Nancy Place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with thoughtful extras. Nancy was a fantastic host—quick to respond and very kind. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth with the remote keypad. I’d definitely stay here again! It could be challenging to find the place after dark.
• Dewaine (9/5): Comfy and convenient. - Our hostess was quick to respond to any queries. The apartment was very easy to find and checkin instructions were very clear. The space was small but comfortable and suited our needs. The shower , sinks, and appliances were great as was the ample supply of linens/towels. The bed was also very comfortable. If our stay was longer (and weather permitting) we would have made use of the firepit in the back yard. We appreciated the privacy as well. The added touch of supplying items like hot chocolate, popcorn, even an umbrella! etc was welcome and thoughtful. We also really appreciated Nancy's kindness. We left something behind after checkout and Nancy was quick and very kind to respond to our request to retrieve it. Very little: We found the configuration of sofa/table with the television not conducive for viewing. We'd also recommend a provision of a hair dryer and an iron.

• Tsvika (9/5): Good value for money - Good value for money, and Nancy was there for us when needed. It is a bit tiny, and the double bed is against the wall in a corner, so one person is expected to challenge himself getting into and out of the bed.
• Wilma (9/5): Great place for a couple to stay while exploring the Annapolis Valley. - It was close to Wolfville (we were visiting our son who attends Acadia University.) It was perfect for a short stay. There was no couch to relax on at the end of the day. Only kitchen chairs to sit on when watching TV/movies.

Unfortunately guests before us were smoking in the unit, so smelled of cigarette smoke. A comfy chair to watch TV would have been nice but but not essential

Supermarket at top of road. 15 minutes walk into Kentville centre, lots of local attractions on the doorstep. • Gerri (8/5): A super clean, well equipped stay in a very quiet location. - Nice, quiet area to stay in, very close to downtown restaurants, etc Air conditioning could have been better. Was a hot, humid day and the portable air conditioner helped but was a bit on the noisy side. Appreciated the fan in the bedroom. Couldn’t seem to get basic channels on the Roku TV, like live sports or national news.
