- Bénédicte (5/5): Mauvaise dernière expérience pour notre voyage en Italie - La localisation et la chambre, suffisamment confortable Pas d'accueil physique: tout s'est fait par WhatsApp interposé (dans ce cas, pourquoi nous demander une heure d'arrivée exacte?). Quand on a demandé le parking le plus proche, on nous a orienté sur un parking privé beaucoup plus loin et qu'il fallait appeler avant d'arriver par ailleurs quasi impraticable avec nos valises (2 escaliers de rue à monter pour accéder au B and B depuis le parking et GPS perdu) - paiement en liquide sans reçu pour un montant assez exhorbitant - . Portes d'entrée sur la rue et du B and B difficilement franchissables par des valises et la porte du B and B difficilement ouvrable. Petit-déjeuner assez rudimentaire pas sur place mais dans un petit café à 400 m de là. Comme on n'a vu personne, il fallait par ailleurs déposer les 9 Euros de taxe de séjour dans le bureau de la chambre et en faire une photo pour "prouver" qu'on l'avait fait. Bref, assez surréaliste, tout cela: mauvaise expérience pour notre dernière soirée en Italie.... C'est dommage.

La gentillesse des hôtesses à notre arrivée Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un.bar à proximité et le personnel y est gentil et souriant, les croissants et brioches sont excellent et frais Odeur d humidité par moment 4 nuits et pas de changement de serviette, poubelle pas videes. Lit pzs fait....Nous n avons vu les proprios qu à l arrivée. Cuisine à disposition mais aucun couvert. Tout semble beau mais la propreté de la sdb est pas au top, vitre douche pleine de traces de calcaire, pas de pommeau eau ou froide bouillante....pas mon meilleur B&b en 3 ans

- Vladlena (10/5): - Wonderful room! Very modern and stylish design, perfect location in the historic center, and the option for self check-in. The room had towels and toiletries. It’s a bit inconvenient to take a shower standing in the bathtub — water splashes on the floor — but it’s manageable :)

- Alwahedy (10/5): Very nice - Breakfast.. it has to be international breakfast or at least mixed, not only 1 sweet and 1 hot drink, it has to meet different type of customers specially for who is out of the eurozone like Arab.
- Pinelopi (10/5): Cute room near all important places in Napoli - Everything was a expected, clean and like the pictures. The host Chiara was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Great location, easy to walk to Centro historico or Spanish quarter. Breakfast was like a proper Italian one coffee and corneto, just delicious In order to get to hot water you needed to let the water run for a while. It's nothing major just felt bad wasting water
