Niob (8/5): Solide Ferienwohnung mit herzlicher Gastgeberin in einfacher Lage - - Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets exzellent, schnell und freundlich. Glücklicherweise beherrscht sie gut Englisch - im Unterschied zum überwältigenden Großteil der anderen Menschen in der Region. - Das Apartment war schön sauber und geräumig. Vier Personen konnten problemlos auf den Betten (Doppelbett und ausziehbares Schlafsofa) schlafen. - Es erfolgte in der Mitte unseres (zweiwöchigen) Aufenthaltes eine Zwischenreinigung. - Eigener PKW-Stellplatz im abgeschlossenen Hof des Gebäudes. - Möglichkeit für Lagerfeuer im schönen, aber steilen Garten. Die Gastgeberin stellte sogar Holz und Zündmaterial zur Verfügung. Wir konnten so ganz wunderbar Stockbrot, Würstchen und Marshmellows grillen. - Ein kleiner, sehr lieber, aber auch neugieriger Hund. War nie zu hören. - Generell sehr ruhige, dörflich entspannte Lage. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind einige kleinere Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto schnell erreicht: Das relativ große aber absolut nicht sehenswerte Kladno ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar, das sehr schöne Beroun im Nachbarkreis in 25 Minuten, die Altstadt von Prag in etwas unter einer Stunde. - Eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine würden die Ausstattung des Apartments sehr gut ergänzen. Die Gastgeberin hat jedoch angeboten, die Waschmaschine des anderen Apartments zu nutzen, als dieses nicht belegt war, und hat auch die Nutzung der eigenen Waschmaschine angeboten. - Etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck für vier Personen, so dass unmittelbar nach jeder Mahlzeit und jedem Snack alles abgewaschen werden musste. Wir sind schwach geworden und haben teilweise mit Papptellern gearbeitet um diese lästige Pflicht etwas zu reduzieren. - Wir hatten an zwei Tagen mit Stromausfällen zu kämpfen, die jedoch offensichtlich außerhalb des Einflussbereiches der Gastgeberin lagen. - Gelegentlich intensive Gerüche und zahllose Fliegen vom benachbarten Pferdestall. In dörflicher Lage natürlich erwartbar, hat dies aber dennoch die Möglichkeit des Bad-Lüftens eingeschränkt. - Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. - Apropos Lage: Bratronice ist touristisch schlecht erschlossen. Das fängt bei kaum vorhandenen Bürgersteigen an, und hört bei einem sehr kleinen Angebot an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf. Die Bargeldauszahlung im örtlichen Coop war mit meinen ausländischen Bezahlkarten nicht möglich, der nächste Geldautomat ist im Nachbarort.
L.m. (9/5): I really can recommend it! - It was very nice size, a lot of space. It was clean and cosy. The lady was very nice, put on the heat immediately when I booked. Dogs were more than welcome. In front is a little park, where I could walk the dogs. I could park the car inside the premises. Very good wifi too. Quiet little town. I was in winter, the first night it was outside -11 Celsius, but inside it was warm. The shower wasn't on the wall, so sit in the bath and hold the shower. The left bed was a little sagged, the right one not.
