• Arsen (9/5): - Удачная локация, в 500 м от остановки аэроэкспресса (Alibus). В целом, вполне приемлемая квартирка за вменяемые деньги. Вся бытовая техника в рабочем состоянии, правда, кофеварка чуть протекает. Вай-фай бы посильнее, в спальне практически не ловит.

• Alin (10/5): Exceptional host, well-equipped stay, great base for exploring Naples and surroundings - We stayed at Renato Sweet Home for 4 nights and it was a great choice for our trip to Naples. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building, just a 5-minute walk from the central train station – perfect for day trips to Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii or Vesuvius. When we arrived, Gianni was waiting for us in front of the building and handed us the keys in person. He gave us a warm welcome and explained everything about the apartment and the surrounding area, which was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wardrobe, TV, nightstands, and air conditioning. The hallway includes a small but fully equipped kitchen, with a microwave, stovetop, and all the essentials for cooking. The fridge was stocked with juices, water, yogurts, biscuits, croissants, Nutella, jam, coffee, and tea – a really nice breakfast selection. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower, bidet, towels, soap, hairdryer, and iron. Our host Gianni was truly exceptional – kind, helpful, and always available. He even booked a taxi for us at 4:00 AM for our early flight. He lives in the next apartment, so any issue is solved immediately. The area around the train station is not the fanciest part of Naples, but we never felt unsafe, even when coming back around 10 PM. There is a strong police presence in the neighborhood. The building also has a lift, which is very helpful with luggage. All in all, a great value stay with everything you need. Thank you, Gianni! The only downside is the noise from the street – if you're a light sleeper, it could be a bit bothersome. Also, the Wi-Fi signal is quite weak: there was no connection in the bedroom, and only a single bar in the kitchen from time to time. It would really improve the guest experience to install a Wi-Fi repeater or booster to extend the signal throughout the apartment. Lastly, it would be nice to have some shower gel/shampoo included for short stays.
• Felipe (10/5): Exceptional - Gianni and his family gave us a very warm welcome to naples, the apartment had everything we needed! I'd definitely recomend it!
• Francesco (8/5): Cozy apartment for short stays - Very good location, despite the busy street, close to the central station. Gianni is super friendly and ready to advise and assist you. The apartment is small but cozy, and also very clean and neat. Breakfast included is definitely a nice add-on. Recommended for short stays. The WiFi signal isn't that strong (nearly absent in the bedroom). Be aware of the noise in the bedroom due to the busy street outside (especially if you keep the windows open). Bathroom small but functional (tho some screws and bolts need some tightening from time to time). The shower seems to have some issues with adjusting the water temperature efficiently, just be a little patient, it'll self-adjust eventually.
