Guest Reviews
- Carrabs (1/5): Uncomfortable and unhygienic - Location The entire property has cafe style blinds that are worn and don't overlap anymore. The main bedroom has a corner window and the blinds have large gaps between them letting in loads of light during the night from big bright street lamps outside right onto your bed! The most unrestful and sleepless stay we have had at a rental.
The bedding is stained with yellow stains - it could not be more unhygienic - we will not be staying there ever again and will not recommending it to others.

- Shane (8/5): Easy relaxing time with walks and local visits. - Good location 5 minutes from Dunsborough, self contained home in an area with other villas. House has reasonably good facilities with two bedrooms (master bedroom has it own bathroom - not ensuite), two bathrooms with as separate toilet and laundry. Good appointed Kitchen and easy family space with good size smart TV. Vertical blinds offered poor light protection for night time sleeping and the linen provide could include face washers.
- E (10/5): Good - Easy access and good parking clean and comfortable

- Lisa (9/5): Good value for money. Met our needs perfectly. - Very well equipped Apartment. Has everything you need , as well as basic kitchen staples. Lovely quiet location. Very clean and nicely furnished.
- Shaun (10/5): - Exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern and comfortable. Had a great time! Will book again! Nothing :)
- Linda (8/5): Little gem nr Dunsborough Lakes. - Good location, easy walk into town. Lovely comfortable bed, good facilities No shelves in the bedroom for clothes?
- Alison (5/5): Extremely frustrating check in and arrival process spoilt our trip. - Location was a bit too far from Dunsborough centre to walk, especially at night. Being told that we couldn’t check I until after 5pm at 10.30 am on day when we had already embarked on our journey. Huge problems checking in due to the instructions not being accessible on my phone nor my daughters. We eventually had to use a laptop to access the entry instructions. The property management company was unresponsive. The barbecue was filthy. No response from the property managers when I sent them photos.
Garage extremely tight to get in and out of. We have a mid sized SUV. The property was overpriced for the size of it.
- Brett (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and easy access to the surrounding shops and beaches. - The accommodation is easily accessible with ample parking. Access instructions were easy to understand. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A very new ground floor unit type of accommodation. Close to the shopping centre although a car is required. Very happy with our 2 night stay. Dunsborough and surrounds really surprised us with its beauty and beaches. Would certainly stay again at Villa on Valcross. If you are in the area do yourself a favour and visit Kathleen's seat and Canal Rocks at sunset. Incredible! It was very comfortable and clean. Absolutely nothing we didn't like.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (9/5): Comfy and well appointed 2 bed dunsborough villa - The villa was well furnished, particularly the kitchen, which had everything you might need including huge oven and fridge, toaster, pod coffee maker etc. The washing machine came in handy too Location is a bit peripheral to the centre of dunsborough - around a 40 minute walk into town, however it's a lot closer to the beach. Front door is fiddly to lock and has a habit of blowing open if it hasn't been locked just right.
- Eugene (9/5): Wonderful accommodation - Clean and well equipped to cook meals . Good location to visit Margaret River attractions.
- Claudia (9/5): Superb -
- Stroud (8/5): Solid little unit of peace - Great location...modern little domicile.clean tidy. Easy. Central. Shops nearby. Really nice little unit. 1 toilet.... 🤔 not exactly the best when ur hung over /sick. And the room blinds... do next to nothing for shutting the sunshine out. So comfy bed..but no sleep due to sunshine.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (10/5): A wonderful stay - The place was exactly as described in photos and was lovely and clean.
The beds were super comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful with communications. Having to leave as the place was so relaxing.

- Namrata (8/5): Very good -
- Rooa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Genevieve (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and clean accommodation. It was a bit far from Dunsborough town centre which we should have looked at before we booked. However, we did have a car so it was good for getting around the Margaret River region which has so much to offer.
- Joel (10/5): Fantastic - Great location a short drive to woolies ans the beach/cafes. Also a great spot as ita central to all the main attractions ... Eagle bay , Bunker Bay, Yallingup , Margaret River region winerys.
The apartment was large and spacious clean and had everything we needed for 5 nights . We would definitely stay again!
- Esther (10/5): We had a magical stay, perfect location for what our intentions were, comfortable and clean! - Property itself was really lively and comfortable, location was perfect for what we were doing. Would definitely recommend and also use when we return.

- Brad (7/5): Good -
- Olivia (10/5): Host was lovely and kept in touch to make sure our needs where met at any point during the stay. - Included all utensils needed for any meal cooked. Provided coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate. Very clean and well kept. Host was very lovely, ensuring we settled in well.
There was a nice little book full of the hosts recommendations of food, coffee spots, water sports etc which was a nice bonus for days we couldn't decide what to eat/do.
The shower was very roomy and had amazing pressure too!
Quiet area which was nice for night!
Would definitely book again, it exceeded our expectations!
- Mariloi (9/5): N/A - Easy accessible the location. Noisy the road.
- Lauren (8/5): Lovely, easy and comfortable - Loved the location as it was close to all amenities. Lovely decor and very comfortable I will admit that I booked this accomodation on the basis it had two bathrooms which I assumed meant two toilets. Our misunderstanding however I was hoping for two toilets based on the fact my family member has cancer and needed privacy. Still it didn’t at all make our stay any less pleasant.
- Bayly (10/5): Exceptional - Awesomely appointed and maintained. Clean and comfy. We loved it!!!!! Will be back for sure. Close to everything and when we wanted to stay in, we had everything we needed to feel at home.
- Dannielle (9/5): Superb -
- Trisha (8/5): Very good -
- Daniela (9/5): Superb -
- Mamta (8/5): The booking mentioned two double beds but actually they had one double bed and one trundle bed which was uncomfortable a - Very nice and clean There was one toilet and two showers and should be the other way round.
- Kelly (9/5): Superb -
- Theresa (10/5): Very nice, clean and comfortable - Clean, modern and spacious Nothing
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Clean and spacious.
Had tools there to cook food.
