• McGinn (1/5): Double booked fiasco - Nothing The fact that our accommodation was double booked before our arrival without any communication. We stood on the street outside for over an hour before the owner replied to any messages. Whether this was the responsibility of the computer system that Booking use or the owner is irrelevant - we travelled 2000km (family of 4 with a child of 4 years old and a baby of 4 months) to find that we had nowhere to stay. This had not been communicated to us beforehand. I had already paid the bill in full and so such an error is unacceptable. The owner offered us the apartment from the day after our arrival which I gratefully accepted only for the booking to be cancelled outright by the owner once our telephone conversation had ended. This is utterly unacceptable and not forgivable, even if you do send a WhatsApp message saying "sorry". I would think long and hard before booking these facilities.

• song (10/5): 非常好 - 非常好，位置也好，旁边就是大教堂和公园。服务人员总是关切的询问居住的怎么样，厨房设备也齐全。非常愉快的体验。还有小阳台，可以透透风，晚上在阳台上吹风，很舒服。 房间有点潮气，其他都很好
• alberto (3/5): Alojamiento pequeño que no se corresponde con las fotos - la ubicacion y acceso rapido no se corresponde con las fotos. Todo cerrado, pequeño y oscuro. El sofa tapado con una funda vieja

• Dolores (9/5): - Está en una zona muy céntrica. El apartamento es pequeño pero para una semana ha estado muy bien, nos hemos sentido cómodos. El baño es muy pequeño. Para personas con cierto problema de movilidad podría ser bueno poner una barra de apoyo en la ducha.
• David (8/5): Apartamento muy correcto para pasar unos dias en Murcia - La atencion del caser@. En todo momento nos iba preguntando si necesitábamos algo. El apartamento calidad precio es más que correcto. Falta alguna cosa de menaje de cocina y como sugerencia pondria la nevera en el comedor, asi la cocina no seria tan estrecha.

• Rogel (10/5): Excepcional - Nos gustó mucho la casa,la ubicación,la comodidad,la limpiza e higiene,en general todo pero lo q más nos gusto fue el aire acondicionado ya q era una pasada estar fresquitos y descansar después de tanta playita Lo q no me gustó mucho es el olor q salía por ratos del baño,por decir algo......pero también os digo q volvería a repetir
