• Sarah (7/5): Quiet location, host easy to contact, fairly good facilities available but could be cleaner. - I was confused that we were able to collect keys & drop luggage from 11 BUT aren’t supposed to check in until 4pm!? However having advised we had dropped luggage (before 4) we were then told the flat was ready for check in anyway; which was a bonus. Nice big bath sheets. Cleaning materials readily available & all items you may need for a longer stay. Such as dish washer, washing machine, fridge, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, hoover etc. Also had hand wash, tea towel, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner Incase you forget yours, which was a bonus because I did forget mine! Quiet area, shops, deli, bus stop, laundrette literally in row of shops underneath! Only a short walk to train stations. Flat not filthy but not particularly clean either. Could definitely use more attention to detail and a bit of a spruce up. Such as inside of microwave, cupboard doors, appliances (like kettle for example), tiles, doors, inside fridge/freezer, radiators etc.Furniture tired and worn. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and a bit of a pain to pull out initially. Went away easier! Curtains a bit flimsy and mismatched/missing in areas. WiFi wasn’t working. TV (seemingly Virgin Media) disconnected. TV remotes not working either so couldn’t even navigate regular channels easily. I did try using buttons on side of tv but not very well.

• Veronika (7/5): Mostly great flat that could use a little glow-up - The location is great and the flat itself is very spacious and comfy. Towels were also provided, which was nice. There is also a very nice bakery right below the flat if you want to treat yourself for breakfast. The owner seemed communicative and kind. Some of the previous reviews were concerning but we didn’t have any issues with picking up the keys and the “weird smell” some people described is just cigarette smoke that seeped into the walls in the hallways but we couldn’t smell it in the flat itself. We also didn’t feel that the neighbourhood was dangerous in any way. In fact, everyone we talked to was very kind. The fridge didn’t close properly and the washing machine looked mouldy. The floors and the bathroom could also use a deep clean. If you mostly want to use the flat just as a place to sleep, it doesn’t really matter but if you want to make use of the amenities, it might become an issue. Perhaps more detailed house rules would help keep the flat in a better condition.
• Deborah (3/5): Poor - Location was the only good thing about the stay. Instructions were not clear on arrival when collecting keys. Awful smell in the stairwell and corridors that carried on into the apartment. Apartment could do with a deep clean, all rooms felt and looked dirty. I didn’t eat or drink anything in the apartment as I couldn’t face using the utensils. I wouldn’t return.
• Mary (9/5): Great location and experience. - Good location / spacious apartment. In addition, the host was very helpful and responsive. The TV remote didn't work, but apart from that it was a good stay.

• Tserendolgor (3/5): Stay out from this place if it is not summer. Cold and uncomfortable. Owner didn’t care anything - Not far from train stations and big park near by . Quite area Linen’s are not clean and towels are dirty. Big problem was really cold and we couldn’t even possibly use shower. All cups and glasses are dirty. Asked to owner too cold and couldn’t have a shower owner didn’t care and said everything is okay. Was unconfortable cold and dirty stay for my trip.

• Katarina (5/5): The place was ok. Inwould recommend it for a short stay. Fully equiped. Great area. You can hear the car noise from the - Great area, close to beautiful Regent´s Park. Books. Fully equiped. Soap, duschbad, shampoo and conditioner. Tea, coffee, salt, sugar… Very nice coffee place right next door. Close to Euston station. 1. There is weird smell in the corridor outside. 2. Bathroom: the toilet seat cover doesnt hold up. The shower heads are fully covered in lime stone, there is mold in the shower. Shower water tap is falling of. There was dirt under the bin, next to the toilet. 3. Kitchen: fully equiped but a little dirty. Old sponge. 4. Wifi was disconnecting you every few minutes. Poor connection. 5. Noisy, from the street. We didn ´t mind, but someone could.
• Leïla (10/5): Great location and spacious & bright apartment - All the instructions were really straightforward and the host was very responsive. We asked last minute to check in earlier which the host agreed to despite it being on the same day. The apartment is bright and spacious and it has all the necessary amenities. We had a convention at the Friends House and could easily get there on foot (10-15min instead of google maps 18min). Everything about this stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again for allowing us some rest during this eventful weekend :)
• Arentsen (9/5): Superb - Location great. Close to Regents Park and transport routes. Bus stop right outside apartment. Able to rent ebikes right there. Close walk to Great Portlland station or Warren Street or Regent Street undergrounds Easy walk down to Oxford street or Tottenhamcourt Road. Having access to washing machine. Dryers if needed in laundromat below. Minor maintenance issues.
• Tatiana (8/5): A good place to stop for a couple of days - The apartment has absolutely everything that guests might need, a very warm and quiet apartment, clean. The kitchen is comfortable and functional. Clear instructions from the owners, everything was convenient. A magnificent park nearby adds value to this property. Downstairs in the same building there is a cozy coffee shop and useful shops. Bus stop right under the house. Some things in the apartment were very worn, probably due to careless handling by guests.
• Maria (10/5): Lovely stay, helpful host, would recommend and would be happy to stay here again! - The property was spacious, mostly well-equipped and comfortable. It was near to our desired location and had some useful amenities right on the doorstep, making for a comfortable and good-value stay. On arrival, the property was clean and well-presented and offered free wifi and access to lots of TV shows. Tea towels in the kitchen would have been a nice touch! And perhaps a more secure lock on the front and balcony doors due to travelling with a small child who could stand on tiptoes to undo both. However, this may not bother someone travelling without children/toddlers - just our personal preference!

• Tuthill (10/5): Wonderful apartment to base a visit to London in. - Beautiful apartment. Nicely decorated, very modern. Spacious rooms. Great location. Very quiet too for the centre of London which I wasn't expecting.

• Petra (9/5): A great vacation rental for exploring London - Great location, right next to Regent’s Park. Very clean upon arrival. Spacious and well equipped. Friendly communication prior and during our stay. Safe neighborhood, away from the crowds but still close to the center and tourist attractions. Everything was great!
• Jacqueline (1/5): Didn't even get to stay as could not get into the property. - Could not get into property due to information provided did not reflect what we were faced on arrival.
• Renee (6/5): Great location, but property has not been maintained as the pictures suggest. - The location was great, easy to get to a lot of places in London. Also the fans provided were essential in the heatwave. Flat is a nice design, just not quite as flash as the pictures. A lot of things were broken including the toilet seat, door handles were all coming off, the shower handle would come off, the utensil were dirty and the instructions to collect the key were not clear at all! We were told it was outside the building when it was in fact, across the road, attached to a rail on the floor. Completely misleading so took us almost 40mins to find it as the host also didn’t seem to know where it is. The photos given were old and not up to date with how it looks now and the bathroom did not look very clean & TV was covered in dust. Pots and pans had dirt on them that we were able to wash off so unsure why that hadn’t been done before.
