- Ahmed (10/5): - Exceptional Stay at Sharm Hills Resort I had a truly wonderful stay at Sharm Hills Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable, with beautiful views overlooking the swimming pools. The resort itself is fantastic and offers everything you might need during your stay. There is a great private beach, a supermarket, bazaar shops, a men’s barber shop, a gym, and a laundry service — all conveniently located inside the resort. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, who was incredibly supportive. He arranged our airport pickup smoothly and organized an amazing sea trip to Ras Mohamed for us. His hospitality truly made our stay even more special. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend Sharm Hills Resort to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and excellent service. I will definitely come back again! Nothing

У нас входил бесплатный завтрак, мы его заказали к определенному времени, и Ахмед все доставил вовремя. Нам предоставили трансфер до аэропорта! Номер большой, это апартаменты с 2 спальнями, миникухней и большим холодильником. Ресторана в комплексе нет. Есть отдельное небольшое кафе, так себе. В пешей доступности 2 магазина, где можно купить и продукты, и сувениры, и сладости. Ахмед любезно принес нам карточки для пляжа Заза бич, до которого 20 минут ходьбы. Если придираться, то добавить гель для душа и шампунь. А так все хорошо!

- Ehab (10/5): it was amazing vacation i had at sharm el sheikh - I recently spent a few days at Sharm Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and honestly, it was one of those trips that stays with you long after you leave. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I could finally breathe. Life gets busy and overwhelming, and I didn’t realize how much I needed this escape until I was standing there, looking at the Red Sea stretching endlessly in front of me. The view alone is worth the trip. Every morning, I would sit on the balcony with my coffee, watching the sunlight reflect on the water. It was peaceful in a way that’s hard to describe — quiet, calm, and deeply relaxing. The apartment itself felt like a real home, not just a place to sleep. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The furniture was modern but comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. I appreciated the small details — the natural light coming through the windows, the tidy kitchen area, and how organized everything was. It made settling in so easy. One of my favorite parts was the swimming pool area. Whether it was a morning swim to start the day or just relaxing by the pool in the afternoon sun, it always felt calm and never overcrowded. The entire resort has this peaceful atmosphere that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the moment. Another thing that stood out to me was how safe and secure the place felt. The environment is very family-friendly and respectful. You can truly disconnect and relax without worrying about anything. The staff were polite and welcoming — not overly intrusive, but always available when needed. That balance made a big difference. The location is also very convenient. It’s close to the airport and not far from the main areas of Sharm, but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. It feels private and exclusive, which I really appreciated. - Hesham Tarek (10/5): We didn't want to leave ❤️ - I don’t usually write long reviews, but this place truly deserves it. From the first day, Sharm Hills just felt right. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful , away from the noise, but still close to everything. Every morning we had coffee on the terrace with the most beautiful sea view, and it honestly became our favorite part of the day. The apartment was super clean when we arrived (and I mean spotless). Everything smelled fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the space itself felt cozy but modern at the same time. It didn’t feel like a rental , it felt like staying in someone’s well-cared-for home. The pools are amazing , clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. What I really loved is that it never felt crowded or chaotic. The whole resort has this peaceful vibe that makes you truly disconnect and relax. But the best part? The hospitality. The host was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. Any question we had was answered quickly, and we felt genuinely welcomed, not just like guests passing through. It’s also very close to the airport, which made arrival and departure so easy , especially after a long flight. By the end of the trip, we were already talking about coming back. That says everything. If you're hesitating about booking don’t. This place will not disappoint you. We’ll definitely return ❤️ Nothing

- Lorand (2/5): You are better off taking your money somewhere else, unless you don’t want anything they offer and will do everything yo - The room was quite large, the beds were ok. Everything else. The staff is lazy, the beach is around 2km from the property. They advertise “free shuttle” to the beach, yes they give it to you, but except very long delays. Any time you schedule will always be longer, doesn’t matter if you call 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour or even 30 minutes before. You ask for a time something will be done and they simply cannot stick to it. The free breakfast is all over the place, first day the food itself was ok, but it arrived ALMOST 2 HOURS LATE, after i met the staff who was making our dinner in the nearby store 1,5hours after the scheduled breakfast time. Some bed sheets had hard brown solids in it, and hard clean spots, which you can guess what it most likely is. Half the tiles in the apartment have come up and are moving, some you could even lift with your hand, the washing machine was leaking, the bidet cable was leaking, so the corner of one of the toilets always had a puddle, one of the showers had a shower head that wasn’t connected and if you are moderately tall, you would hit your hand when washing your head, same shower had a 1-2cm gap in the glass panels, on the upper part, the faucets in the showers were extreamly rusty. The drier rack was literally broken in two, i don’t knoe how it’s not embarrassing to them that a customer even needs to ask for a new one. Returning to breakfast, fist day either being so late was the best, since they delivered 4 separate omelette for each person in our group. But that’s pretty much where it stops, after that the breakfast became horrible, and then they didn’t even deliver enough for 4 persons, i had to ask for omelette again, since what they brought before was a joke, but they started bringing the omelette in a single container, which was all together 1/3-1/2 the quantity of what we got the first day, if i had to guess they maybe used 2, max 3 eggs for 4 people.

It has fascinating private beach, every water sports are a vailable .There are a lot of services and nearby restaurants also, there is a restaurant and supermarket inside the resort. Swimming pools work 24 hours aday.Staff is very good and cooperative. Ahmed is helpful and supported me to do attractions . Apartment is spotless, clean and luxury. Its furniture is new. Really,it's top notch.
