• Margarit (7/5): - Great location – very central and close to all the shops and the Spagna metro station. Arsam, the host, was very helpful. I informed him that we would arrive late, and he stayed up until 2 am to wait until we check in, which I really appreciated.

• AGNI (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Ένα βήμα από την via del corso και 5 ' από την Piazza del Popolo και γενικότερα σε όλα μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια σε απόσταση 30' το πολύ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός . Επικοινωνούσα μαζί του με what's up και μου έλυνε κάθε απορία. Την τελευταία μέρα μας άφησε στο σπίτι να μείνουμε ως αργά το απόγευμα γιατί δεν ήταν κλεισμένο για εκείνη την μέρα το σπίτι, κάτι που ήταν πάρα πολύ βοηθητικό. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει locker για τις βαλίτσες και στον πίσω δρόμο υπήρχε πηγή για να γεμίζεις νερό τα μπουκαλια Το πάπλωμα του κρεβατιού θα ήθελα να είναι μέσα σε παπλώματοθήκη και όχι απλά σεντόνι και πάπλωμα γιατί έτσι έφευγε. Επίσης τα σαμπουάν και τα αφρολουτρα θα έπρεπε να ήταν περισσότερα, δεν έφτασαν, αλλά οκ αγοράσαμε έχει αρκετά κοντά Carrefour express. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα για την τοποθεσία του. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολυ!

• Stefan Ben (10/5): - Very central location on via del corso one of the main shopping streets and just 5-min walks to piazza di Spagna and piazza del popolo. Apartment is on a nice safe street and the block is clean and quiet. Communication with the host was exceptional and he facilitated both check in and check out... I highly recommend this place.

• Marlies (7/5): - Locatie was ideaal. Toegang tot appartement via binnenplaats was perfect. Onderhoud: stopcontacten zaten los, plankjes in badkamer waren niet goed bevestigd. Douche gaf na 5 minuten koud water. Houdbare etenswaren van vorige gasten lagen bij aankomst nog in koelkast.

• Konstantina (10/5): Όλα υπέροχα! - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πραγματικά φοβερό! Δεν έχω να πω τίποτα αρνητικό. Σε τρομερή τοποθεσία, ασφαλής γειτονιά και πάρα πολύ κεντρικά! Δίπλα στην piazza di popolo και την via del corso. Πεντακάθαρο, δροσερό, οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια άψογα! Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη και το μπάνιο επίσης. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι πάρα πολύ άνετος!! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Επίσης ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πάντα πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει ανα πάσα στιγμή! Όλα υπέροχα! Σίγουρα όταν ξανα έρθω Ρώμη θα επιλέξω το ίδιο κατάλυμα! • Tayfun (9/5): A place close to the most famous places - The location of the house is perfect; right behind the street is the most famous street in ROME. You can easily go anywhere you want by public transport. It would be nice if there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. For a family with children, having only a sofa as a bed is a disadvantage.

• Ricardo (7/5): Good location but unexpected claims from the owners - The apartment is in a great location, very close to Piazza Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona…within walking distance of most touristic places. The apartment is well catered with all the necessary things for a meal at home or just breakfast. The host left us Nespresso capsules and a welcome bottle of wine and sweets. We were provided with toiletries and towels. There is a small washing machine which is very handy. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. The host sent us the instructions to open the door with and link and advised us with it was ready to check in. On the other hand the cleanliness of the place was not up to standards, the bedroom floor had some coffee stains fluff and dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. We found 3 mosquito blood splats on the wall by the dinning table. The shower could have done with a bit of maintaining. There were 2 glass shelves in the bathroom that were slanted. We were very surprised that the duvets in both beds didn’t have any covers on them, the one the sofa bed had blood stains which was not pleasant to use. They should have had duvet covers. The one in the bed had some small holes. When we arrived to the apartment we noticed a pen scribbled at the bottom of the back rest of the sofa bed, this was covered with a cushion but it did not bothered us. When we arrived back home we were made aware that Freeza’s Holidays had contacted booking.com and told them we had broken a wheel on the shower door (we left the shower as we found it, we certainly did not break anything and did not scribble anywhere) They requested us to pay £2000 to replace the sofa! This has taught us a lesson of always always take pictures of everything as soon as you see them, as you may not be bothered by them but they may make you liable of them.

We were 3 adults and the apartment was well equipped and clean for our 3 night stay. Loved the area and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when in Rome. Fantastic restaurants at the doorstep and main tourist sites very close by.

• Gulnaz (1/5): Awful place - Nothing I liked. This place is awful. A/C didn’t work and they put 2 fans instead. However at 38C outside temperature they didn’t help. Before we asked the host about A/C, but he said everything works perfectly. He fulled us. Also this place was dirty, and has a lot of ants. We moved out on second day. Don’t believe in good reviews. I don’t know why people rated this place high. The host agreed to return some money, however, we paid all the taxes and cleaning things, which wasn’t worth it. Moreover I got message from service center later after a week that I have to pay for a broken A/C. Haha, it seems the host in the end lost his mind. Beware of this host and do not rent his place. I’m gonna complain to booking.com too

• Maria (9/5): We will stay here again if coming back to Rome. - Location was perfect, can’t beat it. Apartment had all the facilities you needed and very comfortable for a family of four. Every major site was in walking distance. Our host Arsam was exceptional in helping us with everything we needed, answering to all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable and even arranging a ride to the train station. Stay here!

• Iliana (10/5): Exceptional - Frezza's Holidays was the best choice for accommodation. Right in the center of Rome, just a few minutes walk from everything. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. The best part was our host Arsam!! He responded immediately at everything we needed, always willing to help with anything we would ask!! He helped us with our luggages, with our transport to the airport, with information about the sights. Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely come back!! ❤️

Facilities: fully equipped, comfy bed, nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, tv, internet, hairdryer, shampoo, everything Cleanliness: very clean Host: responds instantly, he welcomed us personally to show us how to use the links to open the door. There was a bottle of wine and nice chocolates waiting for us as a welcome gesture. He allowed us to leave the baggage earlier, before the check-in time, and let us stay a bit longer at the flat, all that with a smile on his face. I can only say - thank you! We need more hosts like you are! The fact the world doesn't have more hosts like this one 😂
• Monika (9/5): Peace and quiet in centre of Rome - The appartment is wonderfully quiet and warm, which aint easy to find in centre of Rome. The host is really helpfull and kind. The appartment has all whats needed for a short or ling stay. I would prefer to use only a code for opening the doors (provided but didnt work) instead of using an internet link which requires having a phone that has some power left, which is difficult after lkng day in Rome.

We had a very comfortable stay in the heart of everything! The internet and AC helped make things extra comfortable and convenient. The check-in process was also very convenient and clear. • Michelle (8/5): Good apartment in a good location. - Close to lots of cafes. Located on a lovely street. Sofa bed was very comfortable & probably the easiest one to unfold & close, so no need to leave it open all day. Good supply of toiletries, detergent for the washing machine & towels. Bedroom & bathroom was nice & airy. Great to have a washing machine. Electricity cut out around 2am on our last night which wouldn’t have been that bad but the next morning we were going on a cruise & had to leave without showers because water was freezing. Bedroom closet & cupboard at the entrance could do with a good clean out. Didn’t want to use the blankets that were in there because it looked used. A quick clean out of items that are not really required, is all that’s required.

And apartment could be better furnished. It feels too old and almost ‘just enough’ to pass a certain standard.

Rome is beautiful city and this accomodation is so enough to enjoy it! - It’ so good I could use almost all cooker in the kitchen. and the master is pretty kind. (I misunderstood to use towels. it will be provided 1 time per week, even though he changed towels one more time) The fan and airconditioner is not clean.

• Yevheniia (10/5): An amazing place in the heart of Rome! - The apartment itself is beautiful (a great combination of retro and modern), has a small kitchen with everything you need to cook + a coffee machine, and a citrus juicer :) It's light, very cozy, and clean. Plus the host was kind enough to leave us a bottle of excellent wine and a bag of chips :) It was a good way to start our stay :) The location is fantastic — you live right in the heart of Rome with all the main sightseeing spots from the most famous movies easily accessible and very close. There are a couple of supermarkets just 4-5 minutes away, too — just in case. Also, really liked the building itself — super clean and classy :) I would definitely recommend it! :)

It was cosy, clean, and It is located on a very charming, super central street that is minutes away by foot to many attractions. We walked everywhere, and every stroll took us someplace magical. The host is something else! If there was an additional star available, Gianmarco would deserve it! He is by far the most attentive and helpful host we’ve ever had. We had a very late arrival and a complicated departure with delayed and canceled flights. In both situations, he staid up late to make sure we were all right. His assistance and recommendations were instrumental in making my family’s week-long vacation in Rome just perfect. We will definitely go back. Grazie mille!

• Adriana (10/5): Absolutly amazing - The apartment is located in a very good area, a few meters from Via del Corso and near all the tourist attractions. Check-in can be done very easily, and the house door can be opened right from your phone with a simple click. The host, Mrs. Gianmarco, is an extraordinary man. He was very polite, offered us a gift and allowed us to check in much earlier. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is very large and beautiful. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable, and the whole house was incredibly clean and cozy. I stayed in Rome for 5 days and I can say that this apartment was the best choice for me. • Linda (10/5): Absolutely wonderful apartment, with a great location. Would highly recommend!! - The location was perfect, neat the Spanish Steps and the Vatican . We walked everywhere with no problem. Close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The apartment was recently renovated, nice size bathroom, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Our host, Giancarlo was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He even provided a nice bottle of wine and pasta for a nice dinner in. Loved everything!
• Dorota (9/5): A perfect spot to enjoy Rome - The location is phenomenal - you can easily move around the city center on foot. In addition, you can leave the window open for the night as you won’t be getting the noise from the street. The owner is very responsive and you will be provided with all necessary information. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything that is needed. Not a dislike but a suggestion for improvement - although the place was cleaned for our arrival, I think for a longer stay (more than 5 days) a cleaning service of the apartment should be offered. Also you might consider providing a bigger supply of soap and shampoo (I always travel with my own set but I know there are people for whom this will be an important thing).
• Anonymous (10/5): Great property, great location - the property was in a great location, very central 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, you can get to all of the key attractions in Rome with ease. The building is very secure and well kept which is lovely. It also comes with great facilities such as a fan in the room. Gianmarco was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.
