The property was very clean, and provided teas and coffee which I thought was a nice touch. It is located a very short walk away from La Rambla, and about 15 minutes away from the center of town. There are lots of amenities located nearby, and the bus station is also close by. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in almeria!

Gemakkelijk om erin te komen, prettig contact met de verhuurder die snel reageerde op vragen. Om de hoek een supermarkt die tot 22 uur open is. Strand en centrum zijn binnen 15 min te bereiken. Het enige nadeel is dat het appartement wat donker is en geen balkon heeft.

Convenient location near the bus stop connecting the city to the airport, and the city center. My room had a great patio-balcony. Check-in without the presence of the owner is always a huge plus. The owner was very fast in answering emails, as well. I would definitely reccomend, and visit again if needed. The room was satisfying regarding cleaning, the only remark is that towels had a bit of a smell (like humidity). I also did noticed some crambles under the microwave. The owner should probably put some more effort in communication. Speaking in your own language when the customer is speaking english, is not convenient it does not show respect. It would be more appreciated to answer in english. Google-translate is always helpful, however when in a hurry during a travel it is not the easiest to do, from the customer's side.

La cocina completa para el tamaño reducido que tiene. La ubicación en una zona tranquila, pero cerca del centro histórico, a 15 minutos andando. Nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto durante la estancia.

Las toallas tenían un fuerte olor a humedad y durante toda la estancia hubo un olor intenso y persistente procedente del baño, que condicionó claramente la comodidad. El aparcamiento en la zona es complicado y siempre de pago.

• TM Watson (8/5): A good choice for central Almeria - Excellent location, just off the main Las Ramblas with a Carrefour around the corner and numerous bars/cafes. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Comfortable bed (extra pillows) and good shower. Communication with host was very efficient (thanks Jesus) TV not compatible with streaming services (tried Netflix and Prime). Light on balcony didn't work - presume solar powered and the balcony didn't get enough sun to power it.

Nous nous sommes garé au parking du Lidl qui était ouvert et gratuit H24 (les barrières restent ouvertes).

Tuvimos que cancelar durante la primera noche; si no fuese por la tardía hora de nuestra llegada, no hubiésemos pasado ni una sola noche allí. Cancelamos y nos retiramos después de la primera noche. Esperamos que Booking haga honor al reembolso de las dos noches restantes que no utilizamos. La ubicación llegó a tener una expectativa menor a la que esperábamos.

Había una cristalera que daba al patio de luz y en cuanto amanecía entraba muchísima luz, era un poco difícil volver a conciliar el sueño. Además, del baño salía una olor muy fuerte tuberías, casi inaguantable.

Nous avons reçu code pour la porte d'entrée et code pour récupérer la clé très facilement. Pas de parking gratuit. Il faut faire un kilomètre pour aller vers Lidl

El apartamento reservado debía tener un bidé y el propietario, persona muy amable, se activó inmediatamente para ofrecernos uno alternativo, asì que puedo decir que la atención al cliente fue perfecta. pequeños detalles harían la estancia aún más cómoda, per ejemplo faltarian: - un escurridor para las vajillas - un recipiente para las cápsulas de café, para que se escurran antes de tirarlas a la basura - un vaso para cepillos y pasta de dientes en el fregadero del baño - un par de perchas junto a la ducha para las batas
• Stephen (6/5): Disappointing - The bedding was comfortable. The terrace was nice but no sundowners to relax. No drawers in the bedroom not even bed side drawers. Not enough coat hangers. One cracked wine glass when there was 2 if us renting. No cleaning sprays to clean the toilet, shower or kitchen. No ice trays in the freezer. TV keeps pixalating and the sound is awful. Only one hand towel and bath towel each for a 10 day stay. No spare sheets. I emailed to ask for more sheets and towels and a bread knife. No T towels to dry the pots. We were not impressed with the facilities.

• carole (8/5): - Bel appartement moderne et spacieux avec un grand patio privatif,bien équipé,lit très confortable, climatisation intégrée,immeuble sécurisé dans un quartier calme,pas de nuisances sonores,des petits cafés,de commerces et supermarchés aux alentours.Proche des centres d intérêts de la ville,tout est faisable à pied !On recommande! La salle de bain a malheureusement un petit problème d odeur certainement dû aux canalisations de l immeuble....mais rien d insurmontable pour quelques jours.
