• Stephen (8/5): Great location close to Trains and tram,many restaurants and shops close by. Great for walks along promenade viewing sea - Beautiful views to sea. Large room. Noisy from passing trains.
• Myke (1/5): - Condițiile igienice di apartament erau de nedorit..miros neplăcut persistent...canapeaua din sufragerie nu se putea dormi pe ea din cauza mirosului neplăcut... salteaua din dormitor era plină de pete vechi de fecale...lenjeriile erau nespălate și urât mirositoare ..apartamentul nu fusese deloc curățat. ..când i-am lăsat mesaj proprietarului și i-am spus că acolo nu se poate dormi a zis că nu poate rezolva...Am părăsit locația în aceași zi ..a trebuit să găsim altă cazare la un preț mult mai mare...am cerut rambursul banilor dar a zis nu...plus că în descriere spunea că marea e la pași și nu era .. și nici piscină jos in complex nu era.. in concluzie de nerecomandat..cea mai proastă experiență...nici măcar nu a venit să îi predăm cheile... le-am lăsat în apartament
• Kev_dizzy (8/5): - The view and location was excellent. You have a very big mall were you can shop for everything. A train station that is like 5 mins walk. A bus station opposite. And alot of good cafes and resturant around. And the whole environment looked safe to me. Yusuf the owner of the property was also very Helpful. The apartment needs a lil touch and a renovation/upgrade

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Great location close to Sabiha Airport and Yunus Metro Station that takes you to Sirkeci. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. I arrived a bit late and Yusuf who handed the keys over was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The view outside is amazing and there is a shopping mall downstairs which has plenty of restaurants and things you need. Nothing to dislike.

• Veronica (3/5): Disappointed - On a positive note, the building is well-located and has great facilities including a pool, parking, and more. The host was very friendly and accommodating, but the apartment needs significant improvements before being suitable for booking guests. Our recent stay at the apartment was quite disappointing. The bed sheets were old and had a bad smell; we had to wash them before using. The bed itself was very old and uncomfortable. Additionally, some of the furniture was broken. When we arrived, the apartment smelled of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. To make matters worse, there were items left in both the washing machine and dishwasher, so I had to clean up before we could settle in. The floor was also flooded with water from the washing machine, and we needed to drain it each time we used it. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

• Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice host. Despite the delayed flight, we were welcomed at 1 a.m. without any problems. Very nice apartment with a huge gallery downstairs. Spa, parking, shops, metro, sea, taxis - everything is there. You don't have to worry about anything. If you have any questions, the host is always helpful. And of course, a beautiful view from the bedroom

• Manochehr (10/5): Amazing host, amazing property - The host, Yusuf, is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning, he very kindly came out to meet me and let me into the property. He was always available to answer any questions I may have had. The location and views were amazing. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. I will certainly stay there again. There was nothing not to like!

You are in a beautiful location in a beautiful apartment with a sea view and downstairs you have a large shopping center where you can do and get everything, so this is definitely 100% recommended and we will definitely come back :-) Nothing to be earnest all was in perfect condition :-)
