• Karabo (1/5): Stay away from this place! - Nothing at all it was a bad experience and a waste of money they post faults things It was very bad and a waste of money imagine taking my family out for a getaway just to be disappointed 😞 the place is not what we booked for then they told us that we have to go to a complex in a different location I had to drive around at night in a area I dont know with their cleaner so that she can show us the complex when we got there the place was so full off cockroches im talking of millions of them my kids where so traumatized they we didn't even sleep then as if thats not enough when the lady notice that I canceled for the next day she came very early in the morning and said we have to leave it was not even check out time she came at 6am she just walked in with her own key and started open windows and cleaning in the kitchen walking around ..telling us to leave instantly she invaded our privacy our valuables were just all over the place she didn't even care instead told us to leave right now it was a very bad experience and a waste of money im so disappointed she spoiled our weekend and getaway we could even bath she demanded we leave instantly while she was busy walking around all over the place im so disappointed and I wasted my money and my kids are now left with trauma from the millions of cockroches that they saw I have videos as prove!

• Ndamulelo (9/5): Good and peacefull neighbourhood, close to sandton with amazing rooms and great service - The staff was very friendly, from the host, cleaning staff, caretaker and security. When there was a slight issue with the plugs in our room, we were upgraded to a much better room. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen was very useful, has all the basics. Facilities are sufficient. we didnt get a room with a kitchen, but there is a kitchen that is available to use. While the kitchen is kitted with all the basics you will need. (oven, microwave, Stove and sink) at the time there was some basic ingredients. But some had run out, such as cooking oil, salt and seasoning; these would have made it even better. but then im not complaining because the kitchen was very helpful to prepare food when we didn't feel like cooking.

• Silke (9/5): Harmonisches Preis-Leistungs-Wunder - Naomi war sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Das ADAIA Guesthouse verteilt sich über zwei Standorte, und wir hatten ohne es zu wissen ein Zimmer und ein Appartement an unterschiedlichen Orten gebucht. Als Naomi sah, dass wir mit drei Kindern reisten, bot sie uns statt dessen drei große Doppelzimmer (zum selben Preis) an. So konnten wir gemeinsam ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Joburg verbringen. Naomi und Ihre Crew sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit; die Zimmer waren allesamt sehr sauber. Es war vielleicht nicht alles super bei, aber für den Preis einfach großartig. Die Ferndale Mall ist keine 5 Autominuten entfernt und bietet alles vom Supermarkt über verschiedene Restaurants bis hin zu allerlei Geschäften!

We were not informed that the properties were separate. so we had to compromise and all go to the other property and did not utilize the rooms we paid for which was such an inconvenience.

• Winile (10/5): My Awesome brief stay @227 - The Host ,Noami was so warm and welcoming .She called to confirm my arrival time ,and even advised that I was more than welcome to come through before official check in time just as long as I communicate . Friendly staff. The safety and security of the place .Proper bedding and cleanliness 💯 .I got so much value for my money honestly.I just loved the ambiance of the property👌 Nothing that cannot be fixed ,honestly the property is well managed.

• Ndamulelo (10/5): Exceptional - The whole place is clean and well maintained, pool's clean, room was clean and well equipped, they have great WiFi, a TV with streaming services, friendly and very considerate staff. The Place is very peaceful, no noise in the neighborhood, and in yard security is available even at night, and local security was visible outside the yard, so pretty safe. There is access to a kitchen to warm up food was some dishes etc. we enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

The attention to detail was impressive and the staff were friendly and welcoming. • Jenna (10/5): Well located, high value for money in a gorgeous setting - Stunning facilities, well located, beautiful room and very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was a little less comfortable than I would have liked and the lightning was a little like a hospital... No option for a bedside lamp.

• Kgomotso (6/5): It was a fair stay - The pool is amazing and the staff was friendly and always willing to assist especially the man supervisor Most comments I gave directly to the owner but I will mention the below which I forgot to mention:Every room must have tea and coffee amenities not just the cups. Regardless that the other rooms are smaller ,if they have cups they must have tea and coffee just like the other rooms. Use white linen for all rooms not only for the bigger rooms.White linen helps you sleep better and one can easily detect when not clean. The beds at the back rooms I think 15 and 13 are not strong as they had big people sleeping on them but they didn’t have a good sleep as they complained that the beds we sinking in .lots of flies maybe it’s because of the heat but try get pest control to assist

Extra point for the speaker in the light/fan so even if you forget your mini speaker, your covered Our room had an issue with the TV but it wasn’t too much of a problem
• Caomh (8/5): A beautiful and peaceful stay with friendly and helpful staff - The place was in a quiet location which made it a very nice and peaceful escape from busy Joburg The showers do not have glass so you need to be careful when showering to avoid splashing water everywhere
