• Joan (10/5): A pleasant experience from - Ana on the desk was really lovely person, very helpful, very easy to talk to and always had a smile on her face, just what you want as you know she is approachable, nothing is any bother for her. As for the cleaning staff they were exactly the same, nothing was a problem and they were there to help you with anything you needed. Really pleasant, gave you a laugh and made you feel at ease when they were doing their work when you were in your apartment. A toaster in the apartment would have been good.

• Eva (5/5): Die Lage ist toll, aber wir konnten uns wegen der hellhörigen Wände nicht erholen, erst recht nicht auf dem Balkom zur S - Es war sehr sauber, Lage war top, sehr freundliches Personal, Teile der Einrichtung aber sehr abgewohnt, könnten einen Anstrich oder auch Austausch vertragen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr übersichtlich, nur eine Steckdose dort, Kaffeemaschine ist eine Dolce Gusto, keine gewöhnliche, so musste man erstmal passende Kapseln kaufen. Nur ein kleines Spülmittel für eine ganze Woche ist viel zu wenig, nur alle 3 Tage Reinigung, extrem hellhöriges Apartment, Balkon an der Straße, durchgesessene Couch war ein Klappbett. Auf den Plastikstühlen im Wohnzimmer gab es nicht mal kleine Sitzkissen, keine Garderobe für Jacken, Heizung/Klima klappt nicht einwandfrei, erst am 3. Tag lief sie reibungslos.
• Mirosława (8/5): ogólnie pobyt udany, plan na zwiedzanie zrealizowany więc wszystko mimo uwag na plus!! - wyposażenie apartamentu było w porządku, to co trzeba było, ekspres do kawy przelewowy, dla nas ok. czajnik dwupalnikowa płyta grzewcza, czyściutko, pościel elegancka, łóżka wygodne, gorąca woda pod prysznicem, łazienka ładna i wygodna w użytkowaniu. personel miły wymienił nam ręczniki. restauracje niedaleko, można się przespacerować na plażę i do restauracji ok. 300 - 400 metrów, wybór restauracji ogromny, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie, polecamy RHEIN pyszna paella. Jeśli chodzi o położenie geograficzne i możliwości zwiedzania wyspy to chyba był strzał w dziesiątkę, bo w góry dość blisko i na wschodnią stronę wyspy też. niestety dla mnie ważne było położenie w pierwszej linii brzegowej i nie wiem dlaczego ale na bookingu zdjęcia sugerowały takie właśnie położenie i widok na morze, okazało się, że budynek jest położony na osiedlu, a widok z okna i balkonu wychodził na ulice. pierwszy apartament był ciemny ale po pierwszej nocy na nasza prośbę zostaliśmy przeniesieni na I piętro ze słonecznym balkonem, więc tu podziękowania dla personelu. strefa hotelowa była nieczynna więc atrakcji nie było w tym tenisa stołowego:-(
• Jakub (9/5): Clean apartment very close to restaurants and beach. - We loved our stay at Casablanca Apartments. Firstly, the location was brilliant, just a two minute walk to the closest restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach and strip. The apartment was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning system wasn't great, we visited in early May when the temperatures were ~22 degrees outside and we weren't able to cool the room down very well. I can imagine that if we visited later in the summer when it's hotter this could uncomfortable.

• Yannier (8/5): gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage hat für uns perfekt gepasst. Wir haben eine zwei Schlafzimmern Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet war. Die Küche war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Leider hat der Bad keinen Fenster, deshalb ist die Lüftung ganz schlecht.

Le personnel et réceptionniste Ana très serviables , réactifs, gentils et sympathiques. Le fait que l.appart est entretenu tous les trois jours. Le système d.aspiration d.air dans la salle de bain pas très performant Et donc une salle de bain très humide, séchage serviette difficile ( surtout qu.il n.a pas fait très beau la semaine où nous étions),et le sol reste humide …et donc glissant. Dommage qu.il n.y avait plus de chambres libres avec vue sur piscine. Accès Parking un peu difficile surtout avec une grosse voiture.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Bardzo udany pobyt we dwoje. Apartament był czysty, nowoczesny i komfortowy. Bardzo blisko morza i centrum, a jednocześnie nieco na uboczu. Małe okienka z sypialni wychodzą na korytarz wewnętrzny, więc nie słychać ulicy. Korzystaliśmy z bezpłatnego parkingu miejskiego, który widać z balkonu. Brakuje podstawowych produktów spożywczych typu sól, cukier itp.

• Nadja (8/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub - Sehr centrale und doch etwas ruhigere Lage in Santa Ponsa. Geschäfte, Strand, Bus und Taxistand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Hochsaison bestimmt deutlich lauter, je nach Lage und Ausrichtung des Apartments. Wir waren in der Vorsaison für wenige Tage in Santa Ponsa und hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Apartment. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Mitarbeitende, Sauberkeit top, Ausstattung für die wenigen Tage top. Alles soweit gut! Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet was an sich super ist. Allerdings hört man die nächtlichen Heimkehrer der anderen Apartments sehr laut.

El baño y las habitaciones eran espaciosas. Las camas cómodas y la cocina muy completa. El departamento era muy silencioso. Y tenía una muy buena piscina gratuita con reposeras. El baño tenia un poco de olor a humedad. Lamentablemente por la época en que fuimos no había disponibilidad de desayuno. Podrían limpiar la pieza todos los días y no cada 3 días.

• Iwona (9/5): Przyjemny na pobyt dla rodziny z dziećmi - Apartament czysty, wyposażony w to, co niezbędne. Bardzo blisko plaży. Tuż za apartamentem bezpłatny, duży parking był ogromnym atutem. Łóżko piętrowe trochę trzeszczy:) ale to drobiazg, do przyzwyczajenia. Do 10/10 brakowało mi pralki, ale ręczniki wymieniane co 3 dni, więc po prostu trzeba bez prania jakoś zaplanować bagaże. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Można zostawić bagaże w przechowalni i skorzystać z prysznica po wymeldowaniu.

• Marina (7/5): - Preis-Leistung für diese Unterkunft war sehr gut. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Studio sehr gemütlich, farblich alles abgestimmt, freundlich und einladend. Leider war während des gesamten Aufenthalts niemand persönlich an der Rezeption. Die Kommunikation verlief nur über E-Mail. Man bekommt Codes für den Haupteingang und das Zimmer. Codes für den Parkplatz haben wir erst verspätet bekommen, mussten die erste Nacht auf der Straße parken. Der Code vom Parkhaus ins Treppenhaus funktionierte nach der dritten Nacht nicht mehr. Aus Angst, dass wir nach der letzten Nacht nicht aus dem Parkhaus kommen und unseren Flug dadurch verpassen, haben wir wieder auf der Straße geparkt. Die Sache mit den Codes könnte besser gelöst sein, man könnte zum Beispiel bei Ankunft eine Liste von allen benötigten Codes bekommen, ohne jedem einzelnen hinterherzulaufen. Ausserdem wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Codes dann nicht nach ein paar Tagen geändert werden, ohne bescheid zu bekommen.

• TOMASZ (10/5): Great place, close to the beach. - I booked an apartment with my family. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had two bedrooms and a small living room with a kitchenette, just what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy, and the cleaning service every few days was a nice bonus. The ladies working there were super friendly. The manager was great, and helpful, easy communication all the way:) The location is perfect, close to a sandy beach, shops, and restaurants (5-7min). There’s also a pool in the complex, which was very convenient. The only small minus was the bunk beds. We didn’t use them because of small kids (maybe two separate beds would be better in the future). Overall, a lovely place and we’d happily come back.
• Maren (10/5): Top! - Die Apartmentanlage war sehr gepflegt und auch das Studio was wir gemietet hatten war super. Wirkte alles ziemlich neu und auch die Küchenausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Bad war auch super. Balkon war zur Straße. Wir waren jetzt in der Nachsaison auf Mallorca und daher war es insgesamt sehr ruhig, aber wenn ein Auto vorbeifuhr hat man es schon gehört. In der Hochsaison ist die Straße vermutlich sehr laut was in einigen Bemerkungen aufgeführt wurde. Parken in den umliegenden Straßen kein Problem. Zum Personal hat man kaum Kontakt gehabt, weil die Türen über Zahlencodes geöffnet werden und sonst die Kommunikation nur online erfolgt. Das Personal war aber telefonisch zu erreichen und immer freundlich. Es wird in der Beschreibung aufgeführt, dass alle Services (Frühstück, Abendessen, Pool etc.) vom benachbarten Hotel Casablanca mitgebucht/ genutzt werden können. Das Hotel hatte allerdings komplett geschlossen als wir vor Ort waren. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, aber ein Hinweis zu möglichen Abweichungen wäre sicherlich hilfreich.

• Artur (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war schön aber nicht erholsam! - Die Lage war super! Der Pool ist schön! Es war nach dem Einzug durch das reinigen alle drei Tage sehr sauber. Die Wände waren extrem dünn. Man konnte das schnarchen der Nachbarn und jedes Wort hören und verstehen. Auch konnte man alles hören was im Treppenhaus passiert.

Дуже погана вентиляція в приміщенні всі речі вологі, рушники взагалі не сохли. Довелось докупити ніж (бо той що був в наявності зовсім тупий), нормального розміру чашки, стакани, толочку для картоплі, миючий засіб для посуду (надано було малесенька пляшечка 30 мл).

• Renate (8/5): Dikke prima! 👍 - Schoon, comfortabel, locatie, heerlijke douche, mooi zwembad met ligbedjes, strand, supermarkt en restaurantjes op loopafstand. Bed vonden wij niet heel fijn.

En plus de la piscine de de la résidence, accès a celle de l’hôtel (attention fermeture de l’hôtel et sa piscine du 20 octobre jusqu’au mois d’avril). Bonne insonorisation aux voix mais on entend les douches, chasses d’eau et chaises des appartements voisins.
• Ulla (7/5): Fin lejlighed med skøn pool og tæt på strand. - Det var en fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed tæt på byen og strand og dejligt med 2 x pools. Rigtig sødt og venligt personale. Nemt at købe ind og finde en restaurant og gå til stranden. Det var lidt lydt så man kunne høre alle der talte og tog elevatoren og tastede koden til at åbne døren. Så vågnede en del om natten. Der lugtede lidt af mug også i skabene.

• Christina (8/5): For a short stay it was fine - The apartment itself was nice, clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful, friendly and responded very quick to any question. The property's location was also great as it was quiet but still close to the center and the beach. The breakfast was an absolute desaster. We ended up making our own or going somewhere else. The swimming pool could only be use from 10:30 am till 6:30 pm which was a bit disappointing. We would have loved to go for a swimm in the morning.

Abbiamo fatto colazione nell'albergo a fianco, sulla terrazza vista piscina, molto bello e anche buono. La proprietaria degli appartamenti è molto gentile e disponibile. Distanza dal mare solo 3 minuti! Vicino a diversi ristoranti, bar, negozi, supermercati e anche alla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto! Consigliato! Mi è dispiaciuto solo che davanti al nostro balcone c'era un grande albero che toglieva luce. L'appartamento era sul lato della strada e purtroppo non aveva una bella vista sulla piscina.
• malcolm (7/5): Nice place but can be noisy - Great location. Easy access to shops,bars and restaurants Our balcony faced north so got no sun. It made the property very cold at night. The courtyard in the middle was very echoey. With considerate guests it wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately we had a group of adults and children who seems incapable of talking in anything less than a shout.
• Torben (6/5): Kommer ikke igen. - Personalet er venlige og imødekommen. God plads ved swimmingpool. Tæt på mange restauranter. Der er meget lydt i lejlighederne, hver gang personer bevæger sig rundt ude eller inde i lejlighederne kan det tydeligt høres især om aften og nat. Ørepropper en nødvendighed. Morgenmaden er meget simpel og uden variation.

• Julia (6/5): - Das Bett war bequem, der Balkon groß, die Mitarbeiter per Mail erreichbar Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet (nicht mal ein Pfannenwender vorhanden, nur flacheTeller), die Rezeption ist fast nie besetzt, unter unserem Bett war viel Dreck und alte Taschentücher, im Schlafzimmer war kein richtiges Fenster, die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Für den Preis leider nicht besonders gut.
• Marta (10/5): - Czysto, przestronnie, wygodnie. Apartament znajduje się blisko plaży, 4 minuty spacerkiem, atutem jest też blisko położony bezpłatny parking publiczny. Okolica mimo, że blisko plaży i restauracji, spokojna i w miarę cicha. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy też zostawić bagaże w przechowalni oraz korzystać z toalety i prysznica. W przeddzień naszego wyjazdu pokój został wysprzątany oraz wymienione ręczniki. Obsługa sympatyczna oraz pomocna. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i polecam zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziećmi.

• fariza requejo (9/5): Excelente ubicación y calidad-precio. Muy familiar. Repetiremos. - Lo mejor es su ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila, alejada de la zona bulliciosa pero cercana al centro. Apartamentos de ambiente muy familiar. La piscina es muy tranquila, con poca gente, sin ruido ni música, a diferencia de la mayoría de los hoteles, y con la posibilidad además de acceder a la piscina del hotel. El precio es bastante razonable comparado con lo habitual en la zona en verano. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, con menaje variado en la cocina, y está muy limpio. Excelente trato de todo el personal. Mi hija se hizo un pequeño corte y pudimos curárselo con el botiquín disponible en la zonas comunes. Hay aparcamiento accesible en el entorno cercano. Facilidad de acceso con código digital. A mejorar pequeños detalles. La mampara de la ducha no sellaba bien y se salía un poco el agua. Se podría poner un colgador en la pared para dejar las toallas mojadas. En la cocina se colaban hormigas a menudo. Los armarios están bien de tamaño, pero faltan cajones, al menos para una estancia larga y de 4 personas, como fue nuestro caso. Hice la reserva tarde por lo que nos tocó un apartamento bajo y que daba a una calle, en lugar de a la piscina. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de la vistas hacia la montaña y la playa.
• Vilukko (9/5): - Peaceful and cosy apartment with great location and a parking hall. Easy access from highway. Apartment was modest, but there was all we needed, was perfect for a couple for a week stay. Good beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can warmly recommend, if you don't need/want a bar party life at your hotel. Nothing to complain.
• Anne (8/5): First apartment balcony right on the road but we moved and everything was then ok. - The location is excellent and lovely pool area. Good that one can use hotel next door facilities. The apartments are functional and would be nice to have a clock or couple of pictures on walls. Also cutlery very minimal - not ideal if you want to prepare meals.
