Immer wieder gerne hier!

- Zakhar (5/5): We came to relax, but felt constantly watched and had no privacy - The main pluses of this apartment were the view from the terrace and good communication with the host. We felt a bit like we had come from "poor Poland" to visit a wealthier, more modern uncle in the Netherlands. The host messaged us every day and visited us a few times in total. If I didn’t answer my phone, he would get annoyed, because he “had something important to say.”
I must admit I booked the place mainly because I liked the terrace in the photos — but when we arrived, we saw one note on the door where it was written three times that we were not allowed to use the terrace after 10 p.m. At the same time, the host lives right next door and would walk onto our terrace from his (which is connected) to water his flowers, so we didn’t feel any privacy there.
There was a thermostat on the wall, and I assumed it was for air conditioning — it was extremely hot in the apartment. I messaged the host asking how to turn it on, and he replied that there is no air conditioning, but asked whether I was cold or hot. The temperature inside was 26°C...
I understand some guests may want constant communication and assistance, but my wife and I came here to relax and unwind — unfortunately, that wasn’t possible, because we felt constantly watched. It wasn’t the peaceful stay we were hoping for.
- Joseph (10/5): Beautiful views - The view was incredible and the bed was very comfortable. Great location in a quieter part of Amsterdam. Shops all around, and its fun getting the boat across the river. This will be my main stay for when I come to Amsterdam.
- Christian (8/5): Perfect hub for Amsterdam - Excellent location if you want or don’t mind to be slightly outside the centre.
Walking distance for public transport - which you should use in Amsterdam.
Very clean small studio located on the 9th floor of a modern building.
Very good breakfast restaurant (Brunchdale) just beside the street.
Very caring owner. Nitpicking : the towels are rough, possibly dried outside😉
- Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - A very quiet, cozy space for days in peace
- Jerome (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cerys (9/5): Superb -
