Nice swimming pool on roof top (just a pity that they play loud pop music to disturb relaxation, but that’s a matter of personal taste). Absolutely brilliant was the massage in the SPA, really wonderful. Great cappuccino’s in the lobby. Loud music at the pool. Smoggy air (pollution in Dhaka, but that’s not the hotel’s fault). Locations doesn’t offer anything, very much an airport hotel. Very expensive!

- Md (1/5): Too many hidden charges, inexperienced staffs, super expensive for mediocre amenities and facilities feels like 2/3 - Hotel building is nice and impressive however it seems dead and as a fairly new building it seems it doesn’t look after well It requires more cleaning and attention and better staff training, however the most important part is this hotel is extremely greedy and money driven rather than service based. Super expensive for no apparent reason, they are mediocre at best. They act as most expensive 5 star hotel in the city however they failed to delivery 5 star experience miserably. Amenities and facilities are just laughable.
