• Aarre (9/5): Sopivan intiimi ja rauhallinen mutta silti likellä vanhaa kaupunkia - Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja laadukas. Sijainti vanhan kaupungin ulkopuolella juuri sopivan matkan päässä siitä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja pystyi toteuttamaan erikoistoiveita joustavasti. Kulkemisessa vanhaan kaupunkiin tulee varautua suureen määrään portaita, joten sijainti ei sovi henkilöille joilla on vaikeuksia kulkea rapuissa.

• Matthias (10/5): - Wunderschönes kleines Hotel! Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich! Besser geht nicht. Lage ist perfekt für Altstadt. Außenanlage sehr schön mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein ganz besonderes kleines Hotel!

• ANNE-ANGE (8/5): Je recommande ce lieu magnifique - Merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de la chambre à notre arrivée tôt. Nous avions la grande chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, literie de qualité (attention des creux se forment dans le lit). Le lieu est agréable et paisible, le personnel est agréable. La piscine est très agréable, nous avons eu un temps magnifique sur 5 jours. Le petit-déjeuner est bien mais très industriel malgré les salades, les œufs à la demande mais le pain et viennoiseries industrielles, confitures,etc... Pas de jus de fruits frais, pas de chocolat...Pas de produits locaux dommage ! Peut être vite bruyant si les touristes ne respectent pas la tranquillité des autres. Dommage que personne ne parle français un minimum merci au traducteur !

• IVAN (10/5): Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! - I had an amazing stay – the room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my visit was the pool – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options that gave me the perfect start to the day. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with anything I needed. A special shout-out to Andrea at the reception – she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. Her warm and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

• Ton (8/5): Heerlijke locatie om centraal te zitten voor enkele dagen bij de stad! - De locatie ligt prachtig en heel dichtbij het centrum, en toch ervaar je veel rust. Het zwembad is fantastisch om af te koelen van de hitte. Het ontbijt was redelijk, om te eten kon je eigenlijk enkel buiten zitten wat met een regenachtige ochtend toch last werd.

• Fiona (10/5): Lots of steps to this delightful property, I would have liked to have known this. - The landscaping and the view. I wasn’t comfortable with the “reuse/recycling” of the glass bottles. The caps were not sealed so it seemed obvious that the bottles were just being refilled. This begs the question of “How were they being properly cleaned and sanitized?” I saw no evidence of bottles being removed empty and returned filled from the property and the onsite facilities didn’t seem to allow for proper sanitization.

• Dominique (6/5): Mooi maar vermoeiend - Mooie en propere kamer en badkamer, maar wel een hard bed Weinig schaduw in tuin voor 16 uur, ontbijt was zeer basic en je moest 120 trappen doen naar beneden en dus ook naar boven om naar en terug van het oude centrum te gaan en dus ook om iets te gaan eten

La piscine et le jardin constituent un lieu de repos et de rafraichissement très agréable de retour du vieux centre au mois d’août. Très belle surprise.

• Lisa (8/5): Lovely quiet gem a few steps away from the enchanting old city - Position, new rooms, very clean The first day we were put in room 1 which was far too noisy as being in the reception area. But very nice staff changed our room from second night and our stay was great! The swimming pool is very small and you cannot swim in TBH, But, the area is extremely relaxing and familiar.

The staff were lovely from start to finish, our room was exactly as described and shown in pictures - if not better. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, fresh fruit, two hot options, pastries, fresh cakes, yoghurts etc. The view from the garden is gorgeous and was the perfect spot to watch fireworks for the summer festival. Couldn’t recommend enough

This small hotel is a gem with sparkling clean rooms, luxury bathroom and supreme beds. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided a quality breakfast in the morning. Thank you!! The rooms are not totally soundproof, so you can hear other guests unlock their doors and stairway noise. However, it is a small set of rooms and guests seem to be respectful of noise.

Brilliant view of the Old City walks & fortifications. Rooms very well presented, stylish decor. Excellent walk in drench shower. The staff were exceptional. Superb customer service. Andrea was very attentive. Went above and beyond for us - for instance, went out and bought decaf coffee pods for my wife. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast is taken in an uncovered outside seating area which doesn’t get the morning sun - problematic if weather inclement. We had to have breakfast in bed on one occasion and it was a bit cold eating al fresco on a couple of other days. I think this could be addressed by having a retractable patio sail etc or converting bedroom 1 into a small eating area, which could then open onto the poolside patio area - which gets the morning sun.

• Mateusz (9/5): Perfect stay close to the city center - The hotel has the perfect location. It's just around the city walls and has the best view over the tower which is part of the walls. You can enjoy the view of the old city while chilling in the pool or in the well maintained garden. The bed is firm however very comfortable. The whole building is freshly renovated and super clean. The choice for breakfast options could be better. However it was very tasty and every request was accommodated.

• Noora (9/5): Lovely villa in great location with beautiful views - Lovely villa in great location. Beautiful views down to old town and the sea. Cosy and clean room with beautiful decor. Nice outside area with sunbeds and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this villa. Soundproofing could be better. Our room was located in the first floor, next to entrance and reception. Especially in the morning the sounds of breakfast preparations, people passing and talking could really be heard in the room. Breakfast in the first morning of our stay was great. Next two mornings there we less options at breakfast; e.g. no boiled eggs, orange juice, fruit salad.
• Andrew (10/5): Unbeatable location and general aesthetic. - The aesthetic of the property is top tier, with it newly renovated but in an old villa. The whole outside of the property and the garden with the scenic view of the Tvrđava Minčeta, Fort Lovrijenac to the right, and the sea is excellent for late afternoon drinks on the terrace, giving it an iconic view of Dubrovnik and its walls. The location is unbeatable too, your less than 5 minutes walk to much quieter Buza Gate, or 10 minute walk to the main Pile Gate. It’s a steep walk up and down to both, but we found crossing the Buza gate way better both for easier walk and so much quieter. You’re also near a main road making it really easy to get taxis/transport for trips outside old town. Room was all brand new and very clean, also service was great by staff. Overall an excellent stay with one very minor issue which is solvable. They need to cover the meat and cheese when serving the continental breakfast as wasps were swarming around us at breakfast, which obviously put us off a little. The rest of the breakfast was delicious.
