- Khor (1/5): Felt like cheated by the sales agent. - Location. The sales agent transferred me to another service apartment when I checked in Dorsett. I felt like cheated by the sales agent because the other apartments are far from the shopping centre.

- Li (5/5): Cannot wait to end the stay. - The property is way too rundown.. all the wall papers are peeling.. the water filter badly need a change … the bathroom smells bad.. the water leaking each time we shower to the bedroom.. all the utensils (ie pots and pans) are too used and oily to be used… there is no place to hang towel or clothes.. the towels are stained … the sound proofing is so bad that we can hear cars the whole nights.
I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Almost everything except the location.

- Curtain123 (4/5): Very Disappointing - We liked the location. It was good having a washer /dryer in the apartment. The security guards were very friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their help. We could connect with the owner via Whatsapp. I liked the mailbox system. The apartment was unprepared for visitors as it wasn't cleaned. Everything, including the linen, was dirty. It was extra terrible because we just had a long flight with a two year old and really wanted to sleep. I had to find a convenience store for cleaning supplies to start cleaning the apartment (on the first night). We sent a message of complaint to the owner and to Booking.com's customer service. There was no Internet service at first, (this was connected 2 days later) so we had to roam which was expensive. We don't know who came through for us, but the owner sent a cleaner on our third day and the difference was clear. If there is no daily cleaning service (it is 70 Malaysian Ringgits for cleaning services), the owner should make sure the place is CLEAN to begin with and that there are cleaning supplies for the guests to use. I would have no problem cleaning for the rest of the stay, but at least give me a clean apatment to start.
I believe the owner should visit the apartment to check before he accepts bookings. There were bad smells coming from the drains in the bathrooms, and the 2nd bathroom had a leak. The shower curtain was moldy. I am not sure but maybe the filters in the kitchen also need changing? Also, maybe invest in some sofa and chair covers as these will protect your furniture from wear and tear. The sofas and chairs had unsightly stains from visitors over time. The owner should consider providing the apartment with a booklet to explain things like how to dispose garbage, how to operate the TV, microwave, etc. We also had no TV for most of our stay as he came and took the one we were using on day three and exchanged it for a new one without setting it up. We asked for help to set it up but it just didn't happen, so we had no entertainment for almost a week. This place has the potential to be good, but the owner has to commit to it. Some refurbishing is due before this place is booked again. Maybe two keys should be provided?
