• michelle (9/5): Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful villa - The villa overall including outside area was beautiful and as described. There was only 2 of us on our trip however, it was big enough for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen had everything you needed and the whole place was clean and nicely laid out. The bathrooms were lovely and had hairdryers. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect considering our weather wasn't the best and there were some lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as a couple of supermarkets. There was also a Lidl a short taxi ride away closer to the town. The area itself was quiet and relaxing, just what we wanted, and was a 50 min stroll to Playa Blanca town along the seafront promenade which was suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs etc with bars along the way to stop for coffee or cocktails. There was also a nice little white sandy beach. We booked the hot tub for our stay and was a little disappointed that it was not heated on our first day. The maintenance man told us he only turned it on at 2pm and it took at least 12 hours to heat up. We were very much looking forward to using it on our first night considering they knew what time we were arriving and had paid 30 euros per day for the privilege so bear in mind that although you pay for it you might not get your money's worth.... Also the towel situation was a bit strange. We had one hand towel, one small bath towel and one pool towel per person for the duration of our stay. As the weather wasn't great, we struggled to dry our towels properly. Even though we asked for more towels, we didn't get them. If you are staying at a 'luxury' property you should expect to have an adequate amount of towels for your stay. If like us you change your towels at home regularly or need towels for your hair (ladies you will know what I mean) then you might want to take your own but shouldn't really expect to.

• patriciaheathcote (8/5): Amazing had a wonderful stay - Villa is lovely and clean and really spacious. We were 2 families so was perfect. We did get locked out one night because the battery’s ran out of the door code. They were quick to attend and got us back in asap. The outside lights kept tripping so we had to turn them back on at the fuse box. Maybe needs looking at.
• amadine (5/5): What should have been a rejuvenated stay ended up in sever sickness for Xmas - On arrival, the villa was presented in a very clean and well-maintained condition, and we were welcomed with a small alcohol hamper. While this was appreciated, it would have been more beneficial if bottled water had also been provided. Overall, the villa was spotlessly clean and well presented. We felt uncomfortable during our stay due to concerns that we were being monitored via CCTV, as we received messages regarding aspects of our stay that could only have been observed through surveillance. Additionally, we encountered cockroaches in the dishwasher, and our children became unwell with dermatitis after using the jacuzzi and pool. Unfortunately, the response from the property owner regarding these issues was very poor and lacked appropriate support.
• Keith (8/5): Good but could be better. - Pool was great. Just ice cold. Never seemed to heat. Pool table should be redone as it’s very worn. Same with dart board. WiFi is very bad as is the tv box I ended up giving up on it. All in all i would consider over priced.
• Elizabeth (5/5): Would of been perfect if pool was usable on the first day - Location and villa in general First 4 days pool was freezing 🥶 when I asked for the hot tub to be cleaned the man also turned up the pool for us so at least we could use it the last 3 days
• Thomas (8/5): Really good, just a couple of things off perfect! - Very modern, rooms really good sizes, had really good facilities and everything we needed. Just a few things off being perfect such as WiFi not great, sun loungers fairly uncomfortable, pool table and darts worse for ware

• James (10/5): Loved every minute of it. Will definitely return. - The pool was excellent, the property was very clean and tidy our boys loved the pool table. Could be a little safer for children, for example stair gates at the stairs and the sharp edges on the coffee table and kitchen table covered over.

• Iñigo (8/5): Una casa de lujo - Lo mejor la piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi, la barbacoa y el pin pon. La cama balinesa y los sofas de fuera tambien muy comodos. Una super casa. Zona muy tranquila aunque muy ventosa tambien. No pudimos entrar a la casa hasta las 15 por que el código no se activaba hasta esa hora a pesar de estar ya preparada. El primer dia el jacuzzi no estaba encendido y tuvimos que esperar hasta el dia siguiente que vino el chico a activarlo. Lo hizo mientras dormiamos. La ultima mañana teniamos hasta las 11 el check out pero nos apareció a la 8:30 el chico de la piscina y nos fastidio bastante la despedida de la casa, de la piscina y del jacuzzi.

Very generous welcome pack included champagne 😊 Nothing really- only there was no WiFi code available at the villa but contacted staff and it was provided right away.

Well equipped with all you would need, the most wonderful outside space, the pool was amazing. Great location for good restaurants, sea walk along the promenade and bus stop near by if needed. Stayed in a lot of nice villas in Playa Blanca, but this is the only villa that we would consider staying in again (already looking to rebook)! Absolutely loved it 😊 Nothing at all
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Villa Clean, Spacious, well equipped and quiet area. Kids loved the pool. Just a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Theres also a bus stop just around the corner of the villa. Perfect for a family holiday. Will definitely book again and recommend to family & friends.
