Guest Reviews
- Hattan (6/5): 50/50 Hotel - Eastren breakfast was excellent Wifi disconnected for the first night, the receptionist pretended he is not aware when i mentioned it is not working in the lobby during the check in, and he asked me to call 215 from the room. I checked in 7pm, they fixed the wifi 7pm the next night partially, the wifi kept disconnecting.
Also 2 receptionists, I asked in different times, refused a late check out even for an hour.
- Lopez (1/5): Never found this hotel - Never found this hotel Never found this hotel
- Badr Saeed Ahmed (10/5): -
- Giuseppe (9/5): -
- Simona (10/5): Ottima struttura qualità e prezzo - Pulizia cordialità e vicino ai templi Niente
- Lorenzo (7/5): Could be betterr - The hotel is partly renovated with a nice garden and spacious room. Also has a position that allows walking distance to both Karnak, the Temple and ferries to the west bank (but this is only one side of the medal). Personnel at the reception very collaborative. Position is along the corniche which not only means easy access but ... lot of egiptian traffic: very noisy till late night. And the windows don't help reducing noise. We have been very disappointed by breakfast: no choice, bread not fresh, asked for eggs but were not available. Corridors to access rooms with an old, worn and in parts broken carpet
- Shelley (5/5): It was OK. Could be alot better. Egypt definitely has a selling culture, and they would pester you until you buy. Please - View was lovely and where the hotel was located. Although difficult to find when driving to the hotel. The room was a decent size and spacious and bath. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning looking over the river Nile. The cafe opposite HUAWI cafe very good for smoothies and hot teas. Staff were lovely there! The breakfast was not as expected, continental breakfast was offered full of dry bread and cakes, staff didn’t bother offering buffet. The call to prayer was blasting out of the speaker right near the hotel, Friday prayer sermon was sooo loud and blasting over the hotel, ruined the peace, this is located right near the hotel. I respectfully I understand it’s a Muslim country however I just found it unnecessary, the rooms could have been a lot cleaner. Staff were very polite, however they always have a selling culture there! So just be aware, you don’t need to take them up on the offer.
- Iwona (10/5): Exceptional - the hotel is located in a very good place
- Marah (7/5): Good but expected better - The location
The staff
How safe it felt inside the room
The room was spacious Breakfast was a bit bland
A creepy man followed us inside the hotel and the security let him.
- Shaun (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, value for money. No toilet paper in lobby toilets. More attention needs to be made in this area.
- Sarah (8/5): Won’t stay here again - The location is good ! They charged us more than what we should have paid ! Saying the system is showing another amount that if we didn’t pay the employee will pay from his own pocket ! There were a few insects at the hallways ! The first room the door didn’t lock , so we had to change it ! The second day the elevator stopped working!
- Tonie (7/5): Good - The staff was very helpful we have encountered beautiful persons. The cleaning and food was not that good but we enjoyed our three nights there.
- Abdul (10/5): Exceptional - The view and the quietness
- Juan (1/5): terrible - nothing poor facilities
bad staff services, they didn’t help in any matter
Very noisy place
- Raj (4/5): Disappointing -
- Paula (10/5): Would definetly recomend this stay! - We liked and enjoyed the hotel very much. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and since it was facing the Nile river and we enjoyed the sunset from our terrace. The hotel facilities (the restaurant and their outdoor seating) are also big, spacious, and comfortable.
We feel like we have a very nice comfortable stay and for cheap!
- Hamad (9/5): Superb -
