- Pantelis (5/5): I want a refund - There was no sofa bed so we didn't have enough beds. We lost power on the 2nd day due to a main switch fault, the sofas were full of cat fur, and my phone bill was high because I had to keep contacting the owner who lived in the UK. There was Construction happening next door and we couldn't sleep and the shower was horrid, the shower head was spraying water everywhere, the shower curtain kept falling and you couldnt open the window because of the Construction workers working on that side of the unit. Theres no off street parking and we were constantly driving in circles looking for a spot to park. We found this unit as it seemed convenient for a family of 8 but this was a terrible experience. I've emailed the owners about the list of issues and no reply.
- Moshe (1/5): Never again - Location When you arrive at the place the only instructions yiu find are the wifi password. Then you goto take a shower and find there are hot water just for one person and no information how to get more hot water. The you try the beds and it feels like laying on wood and every move make a noise. At night you find that the air conditioning does not warm and you freeze all night. The owner tells you some story that this is the first time he learns about this issues!
- Jeroen (8/5): Great location apartment for larger family. - Location was great. Easy acess to beach / boulevard / restaurants. Handy to have separate 2nd toilet when travelling with more people. No problem to find a parking space in the street. Owner should leave a one page welcome note in the apartment explaining garbage disposal and how to get hot water. We had no hot water on first day, only after contacting owner he explained there was a hot water heater button (no label on it) on the other side of the apartment.
