• Yuliya (7/5): Good - Every day we had a problem with light in apparents. When we plug in the kettle - at that time the light in the half of apartments was out. And there’s something with water pipes, it was constantly pouring from the ceiling.

• Jakob (9/5): Great location and nice, clean apartment, friendly host, would come back! - Great location, urban but secluded. Very clean, well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge, stove and everything else, good WiFi, spacious apartment, bright rooms, bathroom with wash basin, tub and bidet, good water pressure and temperature, cool open bedroom, comfy double bed (hard mattress which was perfect for our backs), nice little garden, washing machine if needed, open layout, AC was useful, no TV which we liked. Friendly host, answers quickly, clear instructions via WhatsApp, self check-in and -out. Esselunga supermarket (huge) is a 20 minute walk away. Tram no. 5 end stop (Ortica) is 3 minutes away. 25 minutes to city center. If you sleep with open windows or need absolute quiet, the train tracks are right behind the small garden and obviously there's some city noise. That is to be expected when renting an apartment in a big city so not really a criticism. We used light AC in July (hot nights) and slept very well. If any, please consider using toilet freshener balls for odor reduction, but that's really grasping at straws because it's a very clean place! The two pans didn't work reliably with the induction stove, please consider a contact plate/ring or other pans. The pots worked fine. The open bedroom is an issue when traveling with four people but the apartment is laid out for 2 anyway.
