• Jakub (9/5): Wszystko co potrzebne było w apartamencie, atrakcyjna cena. - Bardzo czysty apartament, świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Atrakcyjna cena plus za możliwość późnego zameldowania. Jedyny minus to nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki.

• Gediminas (7/5): - Viskas buvo kaip ir sutarta ir kaip nuotraukose. Baldai, buitinė technika nauja, remontas irgi darytas neperseniausiai. Nepatiko tik lovos. Kairėje dar pusę bėdos, bet dešinioji labai prasta. Ir jei būsite ne vienas ir nuspręsite kažką pikantiško nuveikti, bus daug triukšmo.

• Jose (4/5): Bien ubicado, limpio pero al tratarse de un garaje no reúne las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad - Estaba limpia la estancia y el entorno es muy tránquilo. Las habitaciones no tenían ventilación directa o sea que no reúne las condiciones de la normativa de habitabilidad, se trata de un cambio de uso de la vivienda, un garaje por una vivienda que reitero, no reúne las condiciones mínimas, y tenía olor a pozo séptico porque tenía un imbornal de recogida de agua de lluvia en la entrada principal y el olor entraba al interior, y por ultimo poca batería de cocina, solo tenía un caldero mediano para cocinar pero sin tapa, los sartenes estropeados, falta de electrodomésticos.

• Stefano (9/5): Sun Beach Arinaga - Parcheggio davanti casa. Ottima posizione Ambiente accogliente e disponibilità super del proprietario. Si dorme benissimo! C'è qualche dettaglio da sistemare ma stiamo parlando di cose molto frivole che non incidono sulla qualità del soggiorno

• Manfred (10/5): Super zufrieden, angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen. - Ordentliche und saubere Wohnung. Bequeme Terrasse für Raucher. Ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistuns- Verhältnis. Kaum störend aber dennoch zu vermerken, dass es in den Schlafzimmern an natürliches Licht fehlt.

Pas de prises et éclairage de chevet dans les chambres- Cumulus insuffisant pour obtenir de l' eau chaude et pas de pression. Prise du frigo capricieuse et manque de prises accessibles au dessus du plan de travail pour connecter les divers appareils ménagers ( grille pain, bouilloire, etc ).

• Gokhan (6/5): Renovated from the garage in the basement - Arinaga is lovely town. Apartment is renovated from the garage in the basement, so the sleeping rooms have no windows to open air.

• A.Goldar (8/5): - El precio nos pareció espectacular ya que era para descansar una noche antes de coger un avión y además quedaba cerca del aeropuerto Que esos dias hizo mucho calor y al no tener aire acondicionado solo un ventilador hacia bastante calor.
• Kirill (8/5): Pleasant for a short stay - The apartment is spacious, the kitchen well equipped, even has a kettle. A little patio with garden furniture in front of the entrance to the house which is pleasant to sit in in the evening. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment appears to be a converted garage, so it has French windows in the entrance and no other windows to the outside. The two bedrooms have windows that open in the sitting area. The only means of ventilation, if you close the French windows, is the air conditioner.

Tenía de todo La manguera y presión del agua de la ducha, como te bañaras con agua caliente no había punto intermedio, o te quemabas o salía congelada , iba rara la presión, pero fantásticamente es lo único malo que puedo decir , por que es imposible decir algo malo de este sitio tan fantástico

• Vero (1/5): El alojamiento es en realidad el garaje de un dúplex, mal acondicionado y con un olor muy fuerte a humedad y lejía. El m - No llegamos a quedarnos ni la única noche que habíamos reservado. El alojamiento no corresponde a lo que se anuncia: es literalmente el garaje de un dúplex, mientras los propietarios viven en la planta superior. Se nota que intentaron acondicionarlo como vivienda, pero la ejecución quedó muy lejos de lo esperado. Al entrar, lo primero que percibimos fue un olor muy fuerte, mezcla de lejía y humedad, que en pocos minutos resultaba agobiante. El menaje estaba sucio, no había ventilación adecuada (solo un ventilador oxidado), y el baño tenía un olor aún peor, como a bajante. Los ambientadores estaban vacíos y había detalles descuidados como un reloj sin pilas. Además, los muebles estaban rotos y en mal estado, por ejemplo el cajón de los cubiertos. Tratamos de hablar con la dueña para que nos devolviera el dinero de la reserva, pero solo puso excusas y no aceptó devolverlo. En resumen, la experiencia fue tan negativa que decidimos no pernoctar allí. No recomendaría este alojamiento.

• Varinia (10/5): My - Lo práctico del alojamiento , tiene de todo, la ubicación, y la terraza , solo pasamos una noche pero esta muy bien para pasarse unos dias No puedo valorar nada negativo ya que solo pasamos una noche

• Jose Enrique (7/5): Cómoda pero con mucho calor - La ubicación y el anfitrión es muy atento El calor que hacía dado que es un garaje de una vivienda y creo que e le falta aire acondicionado y un poco más de ventilación a las habitaciones
• Yeray (4/5): Espero que mejoren para próximos inquilinos... - Está muy bien distribuido para ser un garaje reformado. Pedimos una limpieza después de lo ocurrido no muy positivo y respondieron y actuaron sobre la marcha. El primer dia que entramos ya vimos la falta de limpieza que había, empezando por las habitaciones( sábanas y almohadas manchadas), bajos de la cama con mucho polvo incluido una cucaracha muerta, un royo de papel higiénico en el baño casi gastado, estropajo de losa muy usado, reloj no funcionaba, los ganchos de toallas rotos que se caían al colgar una toalla...y para rematar la primera noche, durmiendo en un colchón incomodísimo, una cucaracha me pasó por toda la cara.

No windows, loud child living upstairs, and just not OK. - not so much too dark apartment with no windows in rooms. only way to have some air from outside, so you need to leave outdoor door open to the street. not really clean, terribly loud child living in the upper floor constantly making a lot of noise every day. i usually give good reviews and don't require much, but this was really bad.

We were allowed to check out late, which was really helpful. Location is great if you're looking for a couple of day away from the city. Beach is close by, super residential, chill area withs grocery shops near by. Electric plugs are scarce but an extension chord was provided to make things easier.

• Shaun (10/5): Amazing apartment in an amazing location. - We were greeted and shown around the apartment by the owner who is lovely. They have really thought of everything in this rental, with all facilities provided. The location is a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants. The town is really not touristy and a hidden gem of a local seaside town.
