• shirley (8/5): Bien situé mais équipements pas top - L’emplacement est très bien, 2 chambres. Literie confortable. Pas de draps. Juste des couvertures. Lumière d’une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas (déjà mentionné dans plusieurs commentaires), pas de pommeau de douche. Le parking est indiqué comme prévu et à côté dans l’annonce au tarif de 5€ par jour, mais attention, ce parking ne lui appartient pas, nous avons dû négocier avec lui et la personne du parking (aucun ne parlait anglais) et nous avons payé 3 fois le prix (il nous a répondu qu’il n’avait pas eu le temps de changer l’annonce).

• Rebecca (8/5): Short and sweet! - I liked the location and the comfort it provided. A perfect little stop over spot. The one bedroom light didn’t work and the floor was very creaky.

• Cristian (7/5): Se il proprietario ha aggiustato l'aria condizionata, casa eccellente in ottima posizione. - Il proprietario estremamente gentile, ci ha fatto lasciare le valigie lì oltre il check-out, facendoci risparmiare soldi che avrei speso per il deposito bagagli. Casa molto minimal con i servizi essenziali presenti. L'unica pecca è stata l'aria condizionata non totalmente funzionante, probabilmente non i filtri erano sporchi e non gettava aria fredda in tutta la stanza, lasciando le stanze da letto calde durante la notte.

Good news, turns out there is an excellent and affordable parking garage within 500m: “Tirana Parking - Parkim Nëntokësor Bulevardi Ri Underground Parking”

• Göker (3/5): would not go back - The location was okay and house was big enough for 4 people, clean. First of all it was hard to communicate with the host, we couldn't find the apartment for a while tried call him and text him but he didn't pick up, he wasn't there. He gave us some directions but it was not enough. Also there was no wifi connection when we tried ask him he didn't do anything to figure it out. One of the rooms' light was not working. Also for parking space he told us to go park somewhere else which is 10 euro per day, nonsense. Overall we were not pleased at all.

• Dalila (10/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per un weekend in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo - La casa era pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è centrale, perfetta per visitare Tirana a piedi, con ristoranti, caffè e attrazioni a pochi passi. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente e ci piacerebbe tornare!

• Cinzia (7/5): - L'appartamento piccolo ma decoroso presenta 2 stanze per un totale di 4 posti letto, comodo per chi come noi ha bisogno della propria privacy. Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato, soprattutto nella pulizia. Emanava un odore forte.

• michal (10/5): - Obiekt w którym byliśmy to dwa apartamenty z jednym wejściem. Nr 11: Są dwie sypialnie z podwójnymi łóżkami, czysta łazienka, dość spory salon i mała kuchnia. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja w zasadzie w samym centrum. Wszędzie można dojść na piechotę, co jest bardzo ważne w tiranie gdyż jest non stop zakorkowana. Troszkę ciężko znaleźć wejście. Jest od strony malutkiej uliczki. Wejście jest na załączonym zdjęciu.

• Maria Elena (8/5): - El lugar fue un poco difícil de encontrar, pero bien con las instrucciones. El problema es si vas en coche, el parking de la calle, es gratis pero no encuentras!! Debimos guardarlo en el parking de un hotel cercano y pagamos 32 euros x 2 días. El resto bien. El barrio no es bonito, pero queda cerca de la zona de la plaza Skandenberg. El propietario hizo todo para hacernos pasar bien, respondió todas nuestras preguntas.

" se rezolva imediat , va sun in 3 minute "" si nimic. Parcarea asigurata nu exista , am parcat la cateva strazi distanta. De la intrarea in curte un miros urat de canalizare iar in casa , la fel. Odorizante in toate camerele. Wi fi nu functioneaza. Casa , o daramatura amenajata . Pe balcon risti enorm sa stai ( vezi poze ) . Priveliste terifianta ! Pe pat in loc de un cearcea racoros am gasit paturi groase de iarna. Afara 37 grade 😁😁 Detin mai multe poze. Prost impartit mobilierul. Am preferat sa luom 2 saltele si sa dormim pe jos. Nu poti dormi 4 pers intr o cam de 8 -9 m2. Vecinii .....la 12.30 ascultau muzica. Totul " inedit " 😁😁😁

• Silva (10/5): - Ficamos aqui na primeira noite e na última noite. Foi espetacular. Super bem localizado, com cafés e mercado perto. Dá para ir a pé até ao centro.

É perto de cafés e de um mercadinho, fica também perto do centro e dá para fazer tudo a pé. Foi complicado encontrar o local, mas contactamos o anfitrião que nos enviou a localização. Se forem de carro dispoe de poucos espaços para estacionar.

Нашли не сразу, но фото с ориентиром от хозяина квартиры очень помогл - Всё чисто, квартира просторная, оснащена всем необходимым для пребывания. Место расположения отличное. Всё рядом. Вид с балкона на грязные крыши. Некорректно указано время заезда, написано с 03:00 до 00:00. Мы прилетели ночью , и в приоритете было раннее бронирование. Я указала , что мы хотим заехать с 3:00 до 4:00, и в ответном сообщении нам подтвердили заезд в это же время. Но когда мы прибыли на объект, нам сообщили, что у нас бронирование с 15:00-16:00 и там спят люди. Вот нам пришлось спать в машине на платной стоянке, что весьма неудобно. Хозяин постарался исправить сложившую ситуацию, и подготовил квартиру к нашему заезду в 10:00. Но всё же, у нас был ночной перелёт, и очень хотелось спать в комфорте, а не вчетвером в одной машине. При раннем бронировании акцентируйте на этом внимание .
