FORISSIER (8/5): - Location, cleanliness, modernity, bed comfort, washing machine. Very cold when incoming (aircon not very effective) Electronic lock was defective, need to call service center at night. No possibility to dry clothes on balcony. No wifi indications in room, we couldn’t use.

It was also 10min walk away from Nishi-Shinjuku station. -There were popcorns on the floor (under the bead) when we got there. -The carpet was dirty -The bed sheet was also dirty - There was no heather at the kitchen and toilet area (really cold) - TV remote was hard to use. -The room was small, not like in the photos. -It was an okay stay overall.

Jenny (1/5): Disappointed and poor service ended up staying elsewhere - Unfortunately we didn’t like anything. Upon arriving it was difficult to get into building and apartment. We had asked for early check in but was told they couldn’t accommodate due to cleaning the room. When we did arrive the room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests and was dirty. Was not cleaned from previous guests was impossible to contact the property so had to contact booking.com they struggled to contact them. Eventually someone responded by email and wanted evidence. By this time was late we had no where to stay so request cancellation and had to book somewhere else.
XIANG TING (9/5): 虽然离地铁站约8分钟，但考虑到价格也还能接受，是很不错的选择。 - 我很喜欢这家旅馆有洗衣机、充足的衣架和洗衣液。在日本买好的衣服就能洗了放浴室里烘干隔天穿。此外，它附近有Lawson，很适合买宵夜和早餐。房内有负压，开关门的时候需要用点力气才能打开。

Jane Ying (4/5): 房東是AI嗎？ - 床單床舖地坂亁淨，有廚房設備很方便，週邊交通方便，有超商購物，環境安靜。科技鎖操作使用不易要求房東幫忙遭拒。住2人只供應毛巾一條！要求補充還被要求拍照及繁鎖流程來往，房東還不保證會供應？很官僚。房門外有兩包大型床單垃圾，防礙進出要求清除，住宿第三天才來清理。廚房插座只有2個但有3個家電要輪流使用，但高度太高無法可隨時更替換！很不友善（我身高155）。浴室沒有熱水，洗冷水澡洗很久？我們都不知熱源在那裏？最後找到廚房有個電腦面版，隨便亂按15_20分鐘，才有熱水可洗。找房東應該也不會來，懶得花時間去問了，只好全部要硬着頭皮自己來。當天5點入住搞到半夜才可睡覺。希望房東不是AI機器人才好。

Piotr (4/5): - We arrived around 22:00. The instruction which was send to me by owner said that i should open a lock box on the fence. I couldn't do in by code which he provided. It turned out I didn't have to open lock box, I had to have to codes to get to building and my room, which instruction said nothing about! Owner constantly said that i should read the instruction, which was wrong. I don't know why he send me some kind of old instruction but he was so sure I can't read the instruction! It was terrible because it was middle of the night, we were tired and had no other options. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. On top of that when i send them my reservation number they said my reservation is made in defferent period of time! Such a mess and incompetence. Also it was supposed to be 3 people flat but we only had 2 cups oraz 2 forks

Lai (4/5): Not recommended 🥲 - Customer service response was relatively quick. 1. Inadequate Cleaning 　On the first day of our stay, we found a personal item (a thong) left behind on the rack behind the bathroom door—likely from the previous guest. This raised serious concerns about the thoroughness of the room cleaning. 2. Unreasonable Handling of Amenities 　After housekeeping on the second day, the in-room amenities that had been provided (and not yet opened) were removed instead of being replenished. Since we were staying for four more nights, this felt quite inconsiderate and inconvenient. 3. Persistent Odor in the Bathroom 　There was a noticeable urine smell in the bathroom that remained even after cleaning. It seems the cleaning process or equipment maintenance was not sufficient, which negatively impacted our overall comfort.
Connie (8/5): Very good - Large space which is hard to find in Tokyo The bathroom always had a sewer smell and we had to take out the trash ourselves at the end of our stay. If there's cleaning staff anyway, why can't that be part of the cleaning staff duties?

David (8/5): Very good - It was very quiet. It had a washing machine but not a drier making really difficult to dry your clothes once you wash them. The towels were very small.
