Zardzewiały kaloryfer w łazience odstrasza :(. Nie działała lampa stojąca przy fotelu. Nie mogłam poradzić sobie z systemem otwierania drzwi- telefon nie radził sobie z WIFi przez co nie mogłam korzystać z aplikacji. Gdyby nie telefon partnera mielibyśmy problemy aby swobodnie otwierać drzwi.
• Zsolt (10/5): - Nicely furnished, well equipped, perfectly meeting the needs of a couple. Good location, near to railway station, bus/tram lines passing by but best to walk into the town since every corner is a surprise. Walls are rather narrow, upper neighbour's noises were sometimes loud.

• Monica (10/5): - Great apartment. Cozy and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Ten minute walk to train station. 20-30 min walk to museums and sites. It was further from the old post of Florence than we would have liked. Still a great place. It was only 20 -30 mins walk to where we wanted to be.

• Mykhailo Dykun (7/5): - Гарна квартира в безпосередній близькості до центру міста - до основних пам’яток можна дістатись пішки. Житло обладнане всім необхідним - кухня, балкон, всі необхідні прилади тощо. Багато посуду, є посудомийка. Зручне ліжко Дивне поселення - спочатку треба заповнити онлайн-анкету, завантажити кілька фото паспортів всіх мешканців, а також селфі з паспортами кожного гостя. При цьому вони посилаються на італійське законодавство, але щось більше ніде в Італії я з таким не стикався. Анкета ще й глючна, довелось перезавантажувати дані кілька разів. Замість ключів - спеціальний сайт, кнопки в якому відкривають двері в під’їзд та в квартиру. Що робити, якщо телефон розрядиться чи не буде інтернету - невідомо, мабуть доведеться ночувати на вулиці. Загалом квартира дуже гарна, але оці нюанси з поселенням та "електронним ключем" трохи псують ситуацію

• Sheauing (8/5): Nice stay near Train station - Location is good, near train station; has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine Bed is too soft and bathroom is very small; owner’s instruction indicated that we can dump garbage to the bins outside apartment, we tried to dump garbage as suggested by owner and it did not work because we need a code to open dumpster; however, owner never provided us a code to us;

• Cris1121 (10/5): Perfecto. - El apartamento es perfecto para dos personas, cómodo y la ubicación genial, nos movimos andando a todos los lugares y el transporte público pasa por la puerta. El check-in y el acceso al apartamento muy cómodo, nos indicaron todo con detalle antes de llegar. Como apunte, sería genial contar con tostadora, para facilitar el desayuno y televisión.

• Peter (8/5): - Spacious studio apartment with nice high ceiling, clean and comfortable bed. The provided coffee pods were welcome! Multiple food options nearby. We stayed here to be close to the train station for our departure. Owner graciously allowed us to leave our bags a few hours past the checkout time. If you are tall (like us) or wide, the shower and elevator are challenging
• Sylvie (9/5): Studio très agréable à proximité du centre historique de Firenze - Appartement très agréable, très propre et aménagé avec soin et goût. Assez grand et calme. Tout le nécessaire était présent (linge de maison et sèche-cheveux, matériel de repassage et de ménage, ustensiles de cuisine et dosettes de café appréciables pour démarrer la journée...). Balcon agréable, particulièrement avec un animal (animaux bienvenus!). Wifi fonctionnel. Localisation très pratique, logement très proche de la gare santa Maria Novella et l'ensemble des musées ou autres sites d'intérêt artistique de Fireze peut aisément se visiter à pied en 20-30 mn La seule chose que je n'apprécie pas est le système d'accès par application téléphonique, nécessitant une connexion pas toujours stable en voyage, et la serrure à code de l'appartement. Pour moi des clefs sont beaucoup plus simples et sûres. Un peu cher.

• Amy (7/5): Good - The location is great - you can pretty much walk to the main area in Florence and there are plenty of food options around. The room is a little dated but has pretty much everything that you need. The lift was not working the 4 nights we were there *cries* but that was of no fault of the host

Very comfortable, well maintained apartment in great location on tram line. Only short walk to the centre of Florence. Access system requires Internet and battery. Late at night I was often running short on battery and worried I wouldn’t get in.
• Marius (6/5): Pleasant - - Comfy bed - Tea and coffee was provided - Host allowed to drop our bags off earlier - Convienient location - The flat was very clean. - The walls are paper thin, the ceiling seems to be as well. You can hear every movement and conversation of the neighbours. Also one of them had a dog that kept barking in the middle of the night and didn't let us sleep. It was good we only stayed for q night only. - The automated check-in system kept spamming messages every few days to check-in.

• Tatjana (9/5): Superb - Easy check in, great communication with the host, apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that was missing was a handheld showerhead, they only have fixed(mounted) one.

• Anke (9/5): Nice location, all needs accommodated - I stayed for 5 days for business travel. The location is really well connected to public transport and Arno river for morning stroll. The flat is equipped with everything needed, including washer and iron (thanks!) and a small coffee maker to start the day. The windows are to the west, and the balcony is in the shadow for most of the day, which was really nice in the summer heat. Very easy to get in touch with the host, thank you for accommodating my needs for staying a bit longer. I had to get used to the online check in, but it worked smoothly once I figured it out. I had the breakfast at the recommended cafe, and also tried some others nearby that work nicely. A small supermarket is nearby.
• Nancy (8/5): Very good - Very nice and clean apartment! Responsive host. You can find everything you need, well located.Breakfast was included in a cafe 5min away, and it was excellent. We highly recommend it! If you have light sleep, you should know that you can easily hear neighbours talking/walking etc..

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - My stay in appartement was an amazing expirience. Host Federica is extremely helpful in each tiny question (how to get from airport, where to print tichets to Opera etc). Check in could be done online and you get easy access to flat. She provides also photos of entrance doors, so you can easily find it. Apartment is very cosy and warm (heating in January was very helpful). Kitchen is fully equipped, and you even get coffee capsules for delicious morning coffee :-). Apartment also provide you with great sweet breakfast in very nice caffe in neighbourhood (you can change sweet addition for sandwich for small extra fee in caffee). Location is perfect, just 30 min by train from airport, 15 min walk from main attractions, 5 min walk from concert hall. Bed is very convinient, so you get relaxed after full day of walking :). N/a

• Lizaveta (10/5): Cozy and clean - The apartment is 10 min walk from the main station. It is very warm, cozy and clean. Also, it is a quiet area as no sounds were heard during the night we stayed. The breakfast is in a 5 min walk in a coffee place, where we enjoyed fresh Italian coffee and croissants All was good!
• Kookyredhead (9/5): Great studio apartment with some cool tech! - We really enjoyed our stay at Florence Chez Moi, and thought the studio apartment was very well appointed with plenty of room for two. The shower was strong and hot, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils for use, there was a washing machine, and plenty of other things to make a comfortable stay. We loved the wide breakfast bar area and enjoyed a couple of lovely meals there. The balcony was a nice outdoor space to have. The entire apartment is full of storage options which would be great for people staying longer. In terms of location, you are a minute walk from the tram line stops (with great access to central city and also the Villa Costanza bus park) and only 20 minutes walk into all the main areas too. The breakfast tokens were a nice addition with clear instructions on how to use them. The studio is in a secure building, and the area felt fine to walk around too. There are a few grocery stores in close proximity. Wifi signal was reliable and strong. The keyless door system was convenient for us and we liked that a lot. Communication from the host, Frederica, was excellent throughout the whole process even though we never met in person. The only thing we didn't like was the inability to control the heating. At times, the room felt far too hot and we looked everywhere for a way to turn it down. Also, this didn't bother us because we have access to a mobile roaming service - but the keyless door unlocking relies on you having an internet connection, so explain to Frederica before you arrive if it will be a problem for you. The apartment would benefit from having a television.

• Cherie (9/5): Superb - Delightful apartment that is aptly named, stylised with French accents and vintage kitchen. Check-in is all automated using the Vikey system. As a result, we never got to meet our host, Federica. Although she is only a message away and is always very helpful and responsive. Thank you, Federica.
