• Andrei (10/5): Amazing - The property and the room were amazing, very nicely decorated and felt modern and cozy. The whole place had a great atmosphere and was very clean. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always responsive and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which really improved our stay. One small thing that could be improved is the shower setup, having a proper shower head would make the experience even better.

• Katherine (9/5): A home away from home. - The property was beautiful and comfortable. The host was very attentive. I liked the shared kitchen space that there was a laundry room The only downside for was the loft bed. Climbing down to use the bathroom in the middle of the night was not fun.

• Tracey (10/5): Truly excellent. - A really good 4 night stay. The room was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we required and shower in particular was excellent. The shared kitchen area was perfect for us to have breakfast and an cheap evening meal. The planting help it feel like you were in the rainforest. Also managed to get some washing done with the free facilities. Location close to lots of shops and food places in La Fortuna. Truly excellent. Small thing- better lighting in the room as it was a little gloomy but it was atmospheric.

We were greeted with a very warm reception on arrival which set the tone throughout our stay. If I returned to La Fortuna this would be my number one place to stay. Would have loved for the jacuzzi which is used as a pool to be heated.

Cleaning service available as needed daily. Vibes felt like a spa relaxation experience. Shared Laundry machines were available with 2 pods complimentary. Staff were very responsive to questions and needs via Whats App and on the property. Bath products were provided and smelled great. Patio chairs were very cute. Laundry felt competitive during only limited hours of availability. Bed could’ve been a little more comfortable

• Karin (10/5): Fantastisch - Echt een paleisje op een top locatie. Achter de deur een oase van rust. Kamer was relatie klein maar super schoon en comfortabel. Heel fijn ook dat er wasmachines staan die je mag gebruiken en onwijs leuk en lief personeel. Als je naar La Fortuna gaat zou ik zeker voor Suwa gaan. Doordat de kamer vrij klein is, is er geen plek voor de koffer. We verbleven maar 2 nachten dus dan is 2 koffers uitpakken geen optie, we schoven ze daarom maar steeds onder het bed. Koelkastje zit naast het bed, aan hoofdzijde. Koelkast maakte vrij veel lawaai bij koelen dus hebben de stekker er maar uit getrokken en weer in gedaan. Al met al een fantastische accommodatie en dit zijn slechts aandachtspuntjes, doet niks af aan hoe geweldig ze het hier doen.

• Dmitry (10/5): - We had a family reunion in CR. We booked 4 rooms in Suwa. It worked great for us. Excellent location with many food choices within walking distance. At the same time, it was really helpful to have a well equipped kitchen. It is also great to have access to a washer and dryer after hiking or hot springs. Super clean. Snacks in the room to buy. Free or nothing. I would prefer nothing.
• Laidlaw (10/5): Amazing stay in La Fortuna! - The rooms were small but worked perfectly for our group of three. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The location was also amazing. The hotel was close to restaurants and right downtown La Fortuna but still in a relatively quiet area. The staff was amazing and we were able to leave our bags safely in the hotel while we explored la fortuna before our shuttle showed up. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting La Fortuna. Shared lobby bathroom would be awesome if you need to use a washroom that’s not in your room.

Also they have recommended excursions you can take in or around La fortuna. And you can book and pay for said excursion at the hotel. And they have a small pool that’s very relaxing, plus two private patios No lotion, and no bottled water refill during cleaning

• Jacqueline (8/5): Loved the birds and outdoor area. - Great location, very clean. Rooms were a good size and the outdoor area off the room was great. Had a mini bar with complimentary water and coffee. Our room was not ready when arrived and it was after check in time. We stayed for 4 days and had to ask for more coffee and water every day even though the coffee filter was cleaned every day.
• Sandra (10/5): Amazing place for a great stay - Very nice, clean, modern, with a nice touch. Beautiful garden, small patio for each room. Coffee was available in room for free. Option to do your laundry (great idea!). Small jacuzzi in the garden and kitchen + relaxing area were cool. Welcome with cold coconut water was very nice in a hot day after long drive! Highlight was to see hummingbirds in the patio directly from the bed :) Room was bit small. Not a lot of space for suitcase, clothes and others.
• Emil (10/5): What an oasis! - Whoa, what an oasis! It felt very zen as you walk in and get greeted by these lush tropical plants and flowers. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that it is a walking distance away from the plaza and from all the marvelous restaurants. After all the hiking, sightseeing, and shopping Suwa Villa welcomes you back and decompresses you. What an awesome place! None
• Elena (10/5): It was a beautiful property with a washer and dryer and kitchen. It was also located very close to everything and the re - It was gorgeous and gated. The rooms were new and well designed.

• Chris (9/5): A good choice in La Fortuna - Very clean comfortable secure accommodation. Friendly staff with good communication via WhatsApp. Well located in town for restaurants etc. Would recommend.

• Gemma (9/5): Superb - The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen was really well equipped and I was able to make many meals with everything they had. It's in a good location within the town and you can walk to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. There was an incense type smell that was a little too strong when I arrived and it did make my lungs hurt a little bit. I managed to air the room and that fixed it.
