• Cano (3/5): Bad smell on the rooms, cleaning still after checking time. - The **only good thing** about this place is the view. I strongly recommend NOT staying here. The check-in experience. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., which is a bit later than other places, but that’s not a problem for me. The issue was that when I arrived, the room was still being cleaned, even though check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. When I asked if I could go into my room, they made me wait, and the cleaning staff seemed very annoyed, as if I was interrupting them. I waited about 15 minutes while they rushed to finish because I had already arrived. I contacted Booking, and they told me to be patient because there was no other option. It was a very uncomfortable situation. On top of that, they had asked for my ID well in advance because there’s no one there to receive you in person, which made things complicated cause nobody confirmed that they had received my ID at all. I want to clarify that sending it wasn’t the issue; the problem was that no one replied that they have received it and I kept receiving endless messages from different people trying to contact me to send my ID that I already have sent. But the worse part is the room smells really bad, and I mean REALLY bad. The bathroom has a horrible sewage odor that makes it hard to sleep. Finally, as a tourist, you have to leave a tax of 12 euros in cash, (which isn’t a problem either). I even took a photo of the tax as proof, but even now I’m still waiting for a confirmation that they received it.

Nos reclaman reiteradamente el pago, a pesar de haberles enviado el justificante de pago. La comunicación es inexistente, salvo para acosarte por WhatsApp y solicitarte insistentemente un pago q ya está realizado .

• Riki-lee (10/5): Incredible place to stay & location - The location is perfect just outside the crazy busy streets of Rome, close to the Roma central station, we walked everywhere and were still only 20-30’minutes walking from all the top tourist sites. The room was modern and clean, easy to get into and everything was explained so well in the communication from the property.

Really recommend this place! - The location is good, near public transports that go everywhere you need. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The address on google maps doesn’t lead you to the property.

• Hazel (5/5): Not too far from the city centre. - It’s not too far from the city centre. The communication on signing in was not clear. When I arrived the cleaners couldn’t speak English so it was difficult to understand each other - the telephone number provided went unanswered for a long time. The sheets had a stain which I let the owner know off and they were changed the next day. You should market yourself as an Airbnb and not a hotel. Please include a picture of the front entrance so it is easy to locate - there is another Veneto hotel around the corner which was very confusing.
• Selwyn (9/5): - Neat clean rooms, good proximity to the trevi fountain. Supermarket nearby for emergencies. Good security for access. Could use some provisions for milk/instant coffee/tea. All perfect otherwise.
• Abdulaziz (2/5): The location is good, but overall the stay was very disappointing. - The only thing I liked was the location, as it is close to many attractions and tourist sites. The place is very old. The elevator is unsafe, very old (over 40 years), and feels scary to use. The bed was not clean, and I noticed some insects that caused several bites, leading to allergy issues, so I had to use cream. The window view was unpleasant. No coffee, tea, water, or snacks are provided. The room was not cleaned during my stay. You cannot directly access the room with the elevator. Very few power outlets (I had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle or vice versa).

• Maria De Los Angeles (3/5): Pésimo - Que está céntrico y la cama El baño es espantoso y da asco el tener que ducharte y dejar todo el suelo empapado porque la ducha tristemente no está cerrada y por más que intentes se sale el agua ,segundo punto grifo del lavabo tan grande que no te deja ni lavarte la cara no hay espacio y tiras también el agua por fuera ,tercer punto la asistencia para comunicar con el propietario pésima porque te responde 7 horas más tarde y te recalca 600 veces que hay q pagar las tasas …madre mía no lo recomiendo está en una buena zona pero ya está no repetiría

La ubicación no es la mejor de todas, desde allí se puede ir a todas partes pero te toca caminar un par de cuadras para conectar con el transporte público, los anfitriones me daban la info en Italiano a pesar de que yo les hablaba en inglés, pero realmente son puntualidades.

Communication with hotel also good, very responsive. One day we asked not to have it but then there was no cleaning the next day also. • Dương (10/5): Amazing - Everything is perfect. Nice location, not far away from attractions but also close to a quiet and local area with many hidden gems of coffee, gelato and restaurants. Very clean and spacious room, much bigger than in photos. The building is also a lovely vintage one but interior is modern and new. The staff don't speak much English but not a big problem.

Happy with the service provided through messages. 1) only provided with two towels for 4 day stay? 2) no area to leave baggage before check in- maybe a locker could be created for situations like as the suite does not take any responsibility of missing items. 3) shower pressure is slow

It was also great to have a lift (even though you have to walk down some steps to reach the flat). We were hoping for some better facilities - but the fridge shuts off when you leave the room, so you can’t really use it. There’s also no cutlery, only two small spoons. The electricity also went twice, but this was quickly fixed. The walls are also quite thin.

• Rafael (6/5): In general, I do not recommend Veneto Suites Rome - for me its not worth what you pay for - - We were allowed to check-in earlier, which was really good - Room was generally clean - Location was decent for Rome, but way less central than what we expected - You hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms, we woke up several times during the night with people getting in and out. Not to mention the windows, definitely not amazing so we also heard the constructions on the building in the same patium as the suite - Hot water does not last very long... I was with my partner and I always ended up having shower with cold water because she took slightly longer in the shower - Some details are not good. Example: walls deserved a good painting overall - Price is too high for what you get

The door to the suites banged on closing and it was necessary to bang the bedroom door to close/lock thereby disturbing other guests.
• Tayane (10/5): Better than we imagine! - Our first time in Rome couldn't have been better, staying at Veneto Suite Rome. The hotel is not only beautiful, combining classic architecture with a modern touch, but it is also extremely comfortable! The room was fully equipped, we had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, three pillows, three towels, and a bathroom with an amazing shower! We had a small issue with the power, but the staff was immediately available to help us, and it was resolved within minutes. Additionally, the location is excellent! We were just minutes away from markets, pharmacies, and great restaurants! It's also possible to walk to the city center, though the heat made it impractical for us, but luckily, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Without a doubt, when we return to Rome, we already have our hotel. Nothing, we didn't have any problems

• Jj (7/5): Really great room, brilliant location, check-in issues. - The room was in a fantastic, central location and the facilities in the room were great. Lovely bed, shower and air conditioning was all fantastic. There was also a smart TV in the room which was an addedd bonus. Our check-in was delayed by an hour which was really disappointing. I had messaged the property prior to check-in to see if we could arrive a little earlier than the 3pm check-in, they said this wasn't possible and that was no problem. On the day of arrival we got to the property at around 3:15pm, our room wasn't ready and we were told it would be "10 minutes" before it was ready. An hour and 15 minutes later, we were allowed to enter the room. There's no waiting area or seats around the property so we just had to hang around outside on the street with our bags whilst the room was being prepared which was quite annoying after a long travel day.

• Jiayi_lau (10/5): 20mins walking from Roma Termini station - The location was fine. I walked from Termini station with a 32' luggage, which took around 20 minutes and wasn't too difficult. The path was mostly smooth. The booking agent was incredibly responsive, providing almost instant replies every time and offering great assistance. Although I experienced some electrical tripping a couple of times during my stay, the agent promptly addressed the issue, and it was resolved quickly. Please note that there is an additional fee of €6 per person per night, which is not included in the price of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider returning in the future. The room smells bad, like sewage kind of smell. I think it's coming out from toilet. I have to open the window to get rid of the smell, but it's noisy outside because the room is close to the street. The odor is not super strong, you brain will get used to it after awhile.

• Rafaella (10/5): Perfect Location, Comfortable, Safe - The apartment is a new renovated apartment, minimal. It was very clean. Easy to get in when you arrive, clear instruction, and very safe. Next to the building you have a bakery and around the corner a kiosk. The bus stop is 1 minute walk.
