• Christelle (4/5): - Nous préférons les guest houses aux grands hotels car cela permet d'être plus proche des Egyptiens et de la façon dont ils vivent. De ce point de vue, cette guest house tient ses promesses, elle est située au milieu d'un quartier populaire, à l'écart des lieux fréquentés par les touristes. Nous avons aimé nous balader dans le quartier et croiser ses habitants très chaleureux . Même si le tarif est bas, nous nous attendions à une guest house en meilleure état, notamment vue la note qui était affichée sur Booking... Nous avons été très déçus par l'état des lieux et notamment la saleté . La salle de bain était propre, mais le sol de la chambre était poussiéreux. La climatisation tombait en ruine même si elle était fonctionnelle... La cuisine mise à disposition était très sale, y compris la vaisselle. Les parties communes (salon) ainsi que la piscine et ses abords mériteraient eux aussi un grand nettoyage (les chaises longues sont inutilisables car trop sales). Dommage car cette guest house a un beau potentiel... A ce tarif on ne demande pas le grand luxe, juste un peu plus de propreté pour se sentir bien, et pour cela on serait prêts à payer quelques euros de plus...

• Christian (10/5): - Ideale Lage in Luxor. Ein hervorragender und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Preis für die Unterkunft war sehr günstig. Wer abseits der großen Hotels eine schöne Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Clim OK Pas de petit déjeuner possible. Il faut donc penser à acheter la vieille, et ce n'est pas aisé quand on ne parle pas arabe :-) J'avais réservé une grande chambre avec vue sur le nil. On m'a mis dans une petite chambre, sans vue, ...

• XIANG (10/5): 开罗、卢克索、赫尔格达，开罗有经典的壮阔，赫尔格达最无忧虑，但最怀念的还是卢克索，老爷子民宿占了很大功劳 - 房间：非常干净整洁，入住当天甚至可以看到现场打扫。房间干净无异味，装修清爽，设施五脏俱全（除吹风机需要问老爷子借，但好像基本埃及酒店、民宿都这样）。虽为民宿，但内部陈列标准（包括热水和WiFi），和外部庭院结合在一起，既有酒店式便捷，也享受民宿式的温馨和缱绻。 位置：周边环境安静，私密性拉满，每次回去，先走到道路尽头再右拐进甬道，打开古铜大门看到蓝莹的泳池，拧开门把手最后躺上床，慢慢消解一天的疲劳；旁边主路是小孩子中午放学必经之路，看到教育就会觉得这里还有希望；门口的街坊楼上挂了彩带，在当地文化里表示希望见到彩带的人拥有快乐的一天；离花少去过的“Chinese Restaurant”几分钟步程，KFC也在餐馆旁边，去的路上有不少本地人开的小店卖可乐、咖啡、本地菜，不缺吃喝。总之，除去各个景点基本2公里以上需打车（当然爱运动的也可以腿过去），个人认为完美 Tips：卢克索似乎不能点外卖，talabat在开罗能用但在卢克索用不了，但KFC可点，appstore需下KFC Egypt，网页版也可，肯德基外送员直接送到了门口 服务与卫生：可再单拎出来点赞。我们带的现金第二天就花完了，跟老爷子说，直接让我们刷机器给我们换了两千埃镑（实时汇率很棒）；入住当天收取的费用也和booking上一致。泳池旁的休息区垫子和靠背刚入住的那天有苍蝇在爬（避免不了），以为很脏，其实员工一直有在换洗，泳池也每天清理。 人味：我们入住的时候隔壁房间来了一家子中国人，后面换了个英国人，由于低头不见抬头见，打着招呼就聊了起来，这种随意的缘分感觉很奇妙。 后面快走了舍不得，给老爷子说会给他好评，于是得到老爷子给的俩果子 注：有厨房可以煮食，但无早餐，可以买点方便面或者面包；每天早上五点五点老爷子会放几分钟经文，虽对晚睡的人来说是种打扰，但现在回想真是种独特的体验 洗发水沐浴露护发素三合一，不太起沫 东岸南部边缘，比较尴尬的位置，去东岸各景点包括go bus、摆渡船站点基本两三公里起步，稍有不便

• hattiejack (10/5): 卢克索独行侠或自己做饭性价比第一 - 民宿名字是老板女儿名字，老板一只眼睛边花，但服务态度非常好，能按照契约精神协商处理事情，这个在埃及很难得。而且民宿能帮的忙都尽力帮，比如借给我充电头。 民宿带厨房，有电炉气炉，可以买菜做饭。但看到部分住客卫生习惯一般，用了不打扫干净。这个难免，只是提醒大家自觉维护好大家都方便。 今早朋友女儿找不到东西哭闹，非常不好意思给民宿添麻烦，怕吵到其他住客休息。还好听说后来都早起参加热气球的，宽心了些。 总之建议独行侠，或者愿意自己做早晚餐的优先考虑这家，一是价格确实划算，二是这个价格对应这个服务和质量性价比足够高。 无。非要挑毛病就是热水用一罐后需要等一段时间电热水器重新蓄水。然后出门500米内没有性价比高的当地餐厅。不过若自己打车或买菜自己做，那就没有这些问题。

• Maria (1/5): I was very hurt by the way the owner spoke to me and my husband and then refused our booking sadly. - Nothing The owner was very rude to myself and my husband and said he rejected our reservation and had no respect for our legal marriage (with paperwork) just because I was from an outside country and my husband Egyptian. He turned us away in the middle of the night and told us that if we had a problem with that we could go on booking.com and complain. We have never had any issues with our hotel stays in Egypt while traveling ever before and told him that. It was my only bad experience in my stay in Luxor. Be very careful with choosing this place to stay.

We felt more at home when we had the chance to prepare our own meals and coffee when ever we felt like it. Also it was very nice to wash our clothes and hang them outside in the sun to dry. The owner is a very pleasnat man. We recomend this place if you like it simple and convinient for your stay in Luxor city. Don't really feel like complaining. Of course the place has seen some years during it's existance. Could use an extra pair of hands to make it more sparklig, but it does not matter if all you need is a comfortable place to stay and relax from all the chaos on the streets.

• Léonard (9/5): Séjour authentique - Super séjour. L’hôte est au top : discret, bienveillant, jamais dans la vente forcée. On se sent vraiment chez soi. La chambre, la salle de bain, la cuisine et la petite piscine sont propres et agréables. Le quartier est calme et très local, loin des zones touristiques, ce qui rend l’expérience beaucoup plus authentique. C’est un peu excentré, donc il faut prendre un moto-taxi pour rejoindre le centre (simple et pas cher). Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande. Le wifi est capricieux.

Die reizende Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr schnelles, zuverlässiges Internet. Der Pool ist super! Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, beantworten Anfragen sehr schnell. Wir empfehlen allen Reisenden diese wunderbare Unterkunft herzlichst und würden in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. • Miseong (9/5): Sofia Guest House에서의 2박 - 사장님이 엄청 친절하시고, 방도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었어요. 에어컨도 잘 나오고, 아래층 세탁기(무료), 주방도 이용가능합니다 ~! ** Go bus 터미널이나 룩소르 시내에서는 걸어서 45분 차량으로는 7-10분 (40-50파운드) 정도 걸려요 없음
• Céline (10/5): Un chouette séjour - Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Mohamed et sa famille. Nous avons partagé quelques fragments de vie quotidienne avec eux, notamment le show spectaculaire de l'ouverture du nouveau musée égyptien on tv. Il nous a aidés a trouver les taxis pour aller au centre à toute heure. Nous avons pu utiliser la machine a laver : génial après 10 jours de voyage ! Mohamed nous a laissé occuper la chambre le dernier jour jusqu'au soir, ce qui nous a rendu un fier service car notre bus était à 23h30. La vue du roof top sur le Nil est sympa et il y a une petite piscine. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement !

• Gérard (10/5): Cool - Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits mais n'avons pu y passer qu'une nuit à cause d'une erreur de calendrier de notre part. L'annulation de la 1 ère nuit s'est faîte sans encombres. Nous avons rencontré Mohamed le maître des lieux, une charmante personne que nous regrettons de n'avoir pas connue d'avantage, très réactif et plaisant. Les lieux sont très sympathiques et le personnel aux petits soins. La piscine extra. Tout était très bien.

• 黄韵 (10/5): - 位置不错，很安静，房东人特别好，帮解决各种问题，推荐的热气球也非常棒，物美价廉，还可以自己去门口的小摊买菜来做饭。 床太软了点，或许是我睡硬的习惯了，这不是什么问题。

• Yuko (10/5): - The owner was very kind and allowed me a late check-in due to my evening flight. Just a minute’s walk from the property is the Nile, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and watch hot air balloons floating in the morning sky. The room I stayed in offered a partial Nile view. It’s an affordable, comfortable place, and I highly recommend it. The property is located in a local neighborhood, and there are no restaurants nearby.

• Bonin (10/5): Une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale, un personnel impeccable. - Vous serez reçu dans un lieu agréable et sécurisé. Le propriétaire et sa famille vous mettrons à l’aise, dans de grande chambres confortables. Vous disposerez d’un accès gratuit à une cuisine équipée avec thé en service libre. Vous pourrez aussi accéder librement à la piscine, propre et tempérée, nous avons pu nous y baigner en toute tranquillité. Je terminerai par l’expression de ma reconnaissance envers le personnel, et particulièrement le propriétaire, qui dans un monde parfois malhonnête a fait preuve d’une bienveillance que nous n’oublierons jamais. Je n’ai rien à dire de négatif sur cet établissement.
• Dario (10/5): - La casa está un poco alejada del centro, aunque recorrí el trayecto caminando varias veces sin problema. Si no desean caminar, pueden arreglar un transporte económico sin inconvenientes. El barrio está bien: es humilde pero familiar. Los chicos juegan en la calle y es agradable caminar por la noche. Hay un almacén bien surtido cerca. La casa es muy linda y la pileta fue, sin duda, una salvación (estuve en agosto). La hospitalidad de la familia es excelente: me ayudaron a planificar excursiones y compras. Pero si tengo que destacar algo extraordinario, es la comida. Al llegar, les pedí que me compartieran lo mismo que cocinan para ellos, y así fue. Me cansé de felicitar a la señora de la casa: cocina muy bien, platos típicos muy bien preparados y porciones generosas. Realmente fue un placer que sin duda repetiría si alguna vez regreso a Luxor.
• Won Jeung (10/5): - The owner and his family were very kind and helpful. A bit far from the central area which usually means adding the stress of dealing with taxi drivers, but this is nothing to do with the accommodation.
