• David (10/5): This place had the wow factor as soon as you walked through the front door. - Key collection was simple via an external key lock box. Access codes were provided prior to arrival. This place had the wow factor as soon as you walked through the front door, with water views out to the canal at the back of the property, the home was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. It had a very relaxed atmosphere. We had a 3-night stay and could have easily stayed another 3 nights. We had to shop for more toilet paper on day 1, as there were no fresh supplies on the property. Rolls were nearly empty on arrival.

• Jason (10/5): Luxury and location - Fantastic property with everything that you need. Well presented and spacious. Perfect for those travellers who want to stay in luxury whilst being centrally located to all the benefits that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The host is fantastic and readily contactable for any reason. You cannot get much better!
• Courtnay-jane (9/5): Wonderful property in an amazing location with everything you could need - We had a wonderful stay at the "Modern Waterfront House." Superb location right by the water and only a 5-10 minute walk to the local cafe which has great coffee and exceptional service (Cafe on Flinders). The property is super close to the Sunshine Plaza too. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Lots of space! When we weren't exploring we spent most of our time in the outdoor undercover lounge which was just lovely. Super comfy beds which almost made it too hard to get up in the morning. Excellent communication and quick to respond always. Would highly reccommend and would certainly stay again.
• Simon (10/5): This was an amazing place definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area. - Great views, beautiful house, pleanty of room and great artworks and furniture to compliment the whole house I loved how it backed into the lake. The outdoor area made for a great afternoon watching the sunset. The multiple bathrooms and tv’s meant we could stay out of each others hair. Absolutely loved everything
• Meagan (10/5): Great family holiday house - Beautiful home, so well maintained. Very spacious and lovely spot over looking the canal. Easy check in and out. Great for a large family group. Fabulous BBQ area and fridge space. So many thoughtful inclusions to make the stay easy. Having a few more useful kitchen items e.g. salad bowls etc would have been easier with a bigger group staying for a longer period and cooking at home.

• Yang (8/5): Great entertaining space for large group/family - Waterfront in the backyard, lots of entertainment space, quiet street, friendly neighbours. Watching the sunset is a must! The house was lovely but there was a camera in the back of the house watching over the spa, the spa was not filled on arrival, it takes a long time to fill it. In my opinion the house is lacking a clothing dryer , shower amenities such as executive style body and hair wash rather than supermarket brand. P.S We didnt receive gift on arrival as mentioned.
